She argued about a drink and it escalated to complete chaos due to her very unprofessional poor behavior. In my opinion she has no business working with the public. After reading the other reviews on this I would have to wonder why this manager continues to have a job. If leadership fails, then everything down the line fails as well. This location is a glaring example of how the management team is failing everyone, staff and patrons alike. First off, I'd never eat that slop. I was picking up a small order for someone. It consisted of two food items and a drink. It was a simple order. I went through the drive through, the little childish girl wouldn't allow me to pick up the order. All she did as to ignore what I said, had an ugly mischievous smile like she was trying not to laugh. As I've never (or ever would eat there) the little girl had a bad attitude and decided to get stupid. FINALLY after sitting at the window, finally said to go to the front and pick a spot and when they felt like it, they'd make the meal and bring it outside!! I again went outside and waiting a few more minutes but the lay girl never came. I called the customer and mentioned what happened. He confirmed they did the same thing to him before. I told him that there as no way of knowing if or when his order would be made. I told him I had another delivery to complete which was in Comfort--about 16 miles away. Their food was getting cold. I canceled his delivery all because of the three uninspired lazy children working there. I don't know how they stay in business with lousy attitudes like they have. Not only with my anxiety of a large order was a greeted with such kindness and care that they will get the order done but they talked and celebrated with me that it was my birthday and gave me some extra items! He explained that they had only been open for an hour and had no coffee. 10 minutes later, I was given a coffee with WAY MORE sugar than I entered on their kiosk. My daughter and I ordered over the app to pick up in the store. When we got there my food was cold and they said they didn't have an order for my daughter, although the credit card had been charged. They said they couldn't do anything about it or give her a refund. She had to place an order on the kiosk to get anything to eat, resulting in another charge on the credit card. The food was skimpy, the manager and staff were extremely rude and having to watch the kid with the lip ring playing with the ring when he was talking was highly annoying. There was an Uber-eats delivery guy in the restaurant who had been waiting for the client's order for over an hour when we got there. He finally got the food he was supposed to delivery about the same time my daughter finally got her food. As long as 'Crystal' is the manager and the same sloppy, unprofessional staff work at this store we will not go back.
