Obviously, what was served for my Crunchwrap Supreme was a previously made entree that had been sitting for a while, then microwaved when I ordered. Total disaster. First off - I love Taco Bell, and honestly, my experience today was stellar. It was Saturday afternoon, there were no issues with parking, and the workers were super friendly and helpful (who knew there would be some new items to check out?!). It was really nice because there was not a line so we took our time in deciding what to order and everything came out hot and fresh! I ordered 3 regular crunchy tacos and 3 supreme crunchy tacos with a drink. They put all the tacos together in the same bag. Would have been fine, but all the tacos had the same wrapping, so how would one know which tacos are which? I had asked the cashier and she went and got the person who made the tacos. He replied and said the ones with tomatoes are the supreme ones...how does that help!? Are we supposed to go through each one and decipher that? There was only one type of taco considering the name They should've had way more tacos than we went to order at the desk and the lady was so rude then when we went to get our drinks, we ordered an iced tea and it was just water and this is exactly what the worker said we don't have iced tea so water is what you get and she didn't even offer us a refund we had to ask. I came here with a party of 5, and every person got their order incorrect. It's not a huge deal we understand that mistakes are made, but a mistake of that quantity is slightly absurd... after returning to the counter to get the food that they either forgotten or miss made we were treated extremely disrespectfully and the main lady was very hostile. Super friendly staff! I asked for a Double Decker, which is no longer on the menu. The sweet staff member suggested a substitution and it was perfect! the service is terrible. I ordered my drink 30-40 minutes ago. I never received it. I told her I needed to leave soon, as I have school and we are on a trip, we had to leave soon. Yes it was busy, but that doesn't mean people who ordered complex menu items receive there food faster then I should especially considering the fact that I ordered before they did, and my order was a simple drink. I went through the drive-through like any other time at Taco Bell. I took the food across to consume while I charge my car. I realized then one of the items I ordered was missing. I went back and shared with them an item is missing. The gal that took the order at the window happened to be the one helping me when I walked in. She then went to tell her coworker, in a very weird manner as if I was trying to ask for something I didn't order. Never once did she turn back around to look at me and her coworker was the one that gave me the food. She was extremely rude. I hope in her lifetime when she has missing food or anything missing that when she inquires that they treat her the same way. A stop to grab something to eat from to or fro socal. Hits the spot every time. But the customer service from the guy taking drive thru order the other day was just ehh. Just not much help or accommodation on certain requests. Like if I don't want cheese, I'm told if I want the particular burrito, it has to come with the cheese. Why can't you hold the cheese? No problem holding rice or beans or anything else but can't do burrito without the cheese?!?! I didn't enjoy my burrito as much as I would like to. I didn't even finish it. My sisters ordered a Crunchwrap, quesadilla, and taco. The Crunchwrap was good as always. My older sister enjoyed her quesadilla and taco. This plaza has several fast food chains around. I went to one that I absolutely love but they weren't opening restrooms for their customers. Sure, the law and state guidelines etc but Taco Bell was the most courteous place to have their immaculately clean restrooms open for their customers. Travelers with kids have to have an option since there is no other choice. I truly am grateful that they were there when my kids and I needed them in the state of emergency (nature call of course):). We arrived around 2:15 p.m. in the afternoon (on a Friday). It was super busy inside. The restrooms were clean. When I placed our order for a cheese pizza meal (soda and breadsticks included) they said it would take 10 minutes, which turned out to be more like 3 minutes. Everything was piping hot, fresh and delicious. My husband said the diet soda tasted regular (meaning the water was fine). Have to admit, not a big fan of Taco Bell, but really was craving some spice in that 104 degree heat (don't ask, may be an Indian thing)! Stopped by while our car was charging across the street, and the $1 spicy chicken quesedilla was more than I bargained for - and for the price! The chicken was flavorful, and there was an ample amount of cheese (real cheese!). The server was friendly and kind, and the service was fast! I've tried a lot of Taco Bell locations, and they're usually pretty consistent. This is hands down the worst I've ever been to. I got the same order I always get - Crunchwrap supreme and a beefy 5 layer burrito. The Crunchwrap literally flopped over in my hand when I got it out to eat it. The flat taco shell inside was soggy and stale. The whole thing was falling apart and wasn't grilled at all. The beefy 5 layer was inedible. They should shut this location down, it's a travesty to even call this a Taco Bell. Yuck. read more

I've eaten at a lot of Taco Bell's before but this is even worse than the one in my town. Firstly, longest wait ever....and no one was there! Finally got my food and got on the road. Food just seemed off to me. Points for the meat being piping hot but the beef taco was soggy and the tortilla stuck to the paper making it hard to eat on the go. Then the lettuce, oh the iceberg lettuce had the texture of regurgitation....I had noticed they had wrapped my taco like a burrito, then cooking the lettuce to this horrible taste. I've never known ANY Taco Bell to wrap them like this. My guess is management is not up to par after reading the reviews. I will be going to my usual In & out the next time I drive through, lord knows that with these places increasing prices and putting unhealthy ingredients, we at least deserve consistency when it comes to the food. I don't want to pay extra money for junk food when it tastes horrific. And really, is it that hard to make Taco Bell consistent? UPDATE: got home with the worst stomach pains and just felt off. In Kettleman City I ordered 1 hard taco and 1 soft taco to tide me over for dinner in the Bay Area. Holy Taco Bell! Both tacos were full, the meat was hot, and the cheese and lettuce was cold. They were delicious. I was contemplating stopping again on the way back home, but I didn't see any chicken tacos on the menu to accomodate my Indian companion. I wish I took a picture but I was so in the moment scarfing them down in the parking lot. They exist now only in my memory... The next time I'm up that way I'm going to have to stop again.
