Ya'll I have had tried quite a few tacos and these.... these tacos were amazing and so fresh. The green sauce was the perfect addition to the buttery fish. They were served with Peruvian corn nuts which added an additional authentic Peruvian texture and flavor. Each proportion of ingredient perfectly balanced as not to overpower the flavor of another.
