Not the best experience this time unfortunately. After we had ordered our food in the drive through andwe had one car in front of us, and it ended up taking them 40 minutes to get to us while we were waiting for our order. I'm not sure what the hold up was, but we didn't even get an apology from staff. I really wanted to leave the line but we were unable to as we were stuck in line. I'm very disappointed with the service. Along with this, our food was cold and we did not receive hot sauce. Drive-thru order #345: The nacho bell grandes were missing items and prepped terribly. One of the nachos only had a giant ice cream-sized scoop of beans. There was no meat, and barely any cheese, even though extra cheese was ordered and paid for(requested no tomatoes and no sour cream). The other nacho had barely any cheese and a giant clump/scoop of beans. Just say you don't have enough food prepped to provide the standard items versus taking my money(almost $40) and giving me sloppy garbage. This location uses AI for ordering, but my problem was with the human error. The AI was actually correct and impressive. read more

I'm going to give this TB a solid four stars, yeah it's not five star dining and it sucks there's been a few bad experiences here. But this was one of the cleanest Taco bells I've seen in a long time and my food came out right was pretty tasty no complaints. Wait a second there was one little minor gripe, (see pics) they took all the menus and registers to order away, now you have to use the kiosk and put in your order yourself, can be tricky if you don't know what you're looking for or where the menu items are found , no person to person experience but that's the day and age we live in. This Bell was pretty good, definitely doesn't deserve the two stars. The one thing I did find also is that the design look inside is very boring, has no unique Taco Bell feel just kind of blah inside it was clean but boring and Yeah the days of cheap Taco Bell are gone, but I'd rather eat here and a lot of other fast food spots. I don't think people credit fast food chains the way they do with sit down restaurants. I've been to many taco bells and the service and food aren't always good. I have been delivering your food for over 2 years. To say this location needs special attention is an understatement. I had a horrible experience over a year ago and decided to give it another try. Bad idea. I pulled up to the speaker and politely told them I was picking up for DoorDash and the name. They then asked me to pull up to the second window. No problem. When I got there the little Asian kid long hair proceeded to tell me that because they did not have coffee for my order that I needed to park, walk inside and contact the customer. There were no cars in line behind me, so I said I would quickly contact him to find out if he would like a substitution for the coffee. He then proceeded to tell me that I was making their timer go up and needed to park and walk inside. The customer said they did not want anything else. When I told him that and that I would just take the customer's food and be on my way he refused to hand the food away o me through the window saying it was against their policy. Then he got another much older woman with only 4 teeth that looked like they had never been brushed. She proceeded to rudely yell at me out of the window that I needed to park and come inside and I was causing their timer to go up. Told her no, to hand me the food and she continued to yell at me, then closed the window yelling so loud I could hear it through the closed drive-thru window, sending another girl to the window to roll her eyes at me and rudely tell me the same, refusing to give me the customer's food. I noticed a car had pulled up behind me so I drove around, parked? Walked inside and took my food off of the rack. Terry, the manager that looked maybe 25 and clear signs of inexperience of any type of management skills timidly walked around the corner trying to lie and say it's their policy for dashers to walk inside. I hate to break it to you but not only do I deliver your food yet I, too, am a paying customer. I am providing you a service, we are a team whether Terry wants to admit it or not. You're running a business, and customers are #1, let alone the people helping grow your business by delivering your food. Your unprofessionalism, lack of communication, refusal to do your job and petty behavior will not bring my business or my services back. This is absolutely ridiculous. So I went to the drive through last night (on the phone with a friend) as I pull up the lady taking orders says (quite rudely) "before you place your order we getting ready to close and we are out of desserts, beef, steak, chicken and beans. This was at 12:20....The hours are posted till 2. My friend busted out laughing and I'm like oh ok....uh thanks. Now this is the first time for that but this store closes whenever they want. I have came here between the hours of 12am and 1:30am and they have closed. Or when I pull up to order the light shut off. Nobody says sorry were closed etc. The worst customer service. Tried again tonight after 10pm when only drive thru was open. I was 3rd car in line and sat there for 20 mins. When I got to the window I saw 3 employees hanging out by the window talking while one of them kept filling her water cup at the drink machine, drinking from it and filling it again. Ew. They say they open at 9am. I wait till then and show up at 0905 today was the second time I have gotten there and all the door are locked.
