You do have to ask for the dark red hottest one though, it's also very good and hot if you love spicy like me. I wish they would improve their Carnitas and Chicharrón if they need help I've been a chef for over 20 years, I can help them get the proper cook on their pork if they need it but I'm sure they know how to do it right.
