I love this Taco Bell customer service is always amazing here, such sweet and kind people.

I've been going to this particular Taco Bell for a long time now and I order from there at least once a week. But it is getting worse and worse and I have made the determination that I just can't do business there anymore. I always order ahead of time and do 'pickup'. However, there have been numerous issues with this, namely, that when I get there, my food either isn't ready, they can't seem to find the order or I can literally see it, but have to wait for someone to actually acknowledge me. For whatever reason, they have the drive-thru operator also manning the front counter. There is literally no logic in that. Second, WHY HAVE THE PICKUP SHELVES IF THEY AREN'T GOING TO BE USED ANYMORE. GET RID OF THEM. Or better yet, do what Little Caesar's did. When a person places a mobile order for pickup, send them a 3 digit numerical code. Have locked shelves where the order is placed and kept warm. Then the customer inputs the code, the door opens for the shelf containing their order, then they can grab it and leave, no employee interaction necessary. But the current method is just terrible. I ordered last night, the app said my order would be ready at 8:59PM. The lady working the drive thru asked my name, I told her, she said she couldn't find my order. I showed her the order on my taco bell app, including what items were in the order and the order number. And then nothing, I just stood there and waited for an additional 20 minutes waiting until they finally gave me my food. This isn't a one off either. This is essentially the norm. You order ahead of time with the expectation that it will be ready by the time you arrive. You get there and either can't get your food because it's over by the drive thru window or they haven't made it or they gave it to someone else. And even if your order is there, you have to try to flag someone down or wait for them to actually acknowledge you are there before you can get your order. This is just terrible service. They employees are nice enough, but who the heck wants to wait an additional 20 minutes for their "fast food"? read more

The Baja blast slushy was, as always, BOMB. So good. You can literally never go wrong with a Baja blast.

Horrible service times. Don't bother going inside. Even if you used the app before getting there. Drive Thru comes first - period. Not enough help. Minimum 1/2 hour wait if you ordered ahead and go inside. Go across the street to the M place or go to Taco Bell off Prince William. Harbor is Horrible. read more

My first time stopping in to this particular Taco Bell was for breakfast, probably after they've been here about a year or more. This also happened to be the first time I've been to a Taco Bell in many years, so I wasn't too familiar with their menu. I tried a egg taco and a breakfast burrito. The food looked pretty good and seemed fresh, but it had an odd taste, not sure if it was from the grease some ingredients were cooked in or the hot sauce from the packets they give. Overall, it was still very edible and would have been a lot more enjoyable, if that slightly greasy flavor wasn't there. I used the drive thru and the service was excellent and very friendly. Coffee was decent and overall, the price was amazing, only $3 for all of this! read more

Unfortunately my wife loves taco bell and this location is just the worst I ever seen. Biggest part is their slow service in drive through. I hate it when my wife ask me to bring her taco bell and I have to wait in line 30mins or more regardless how many cars are awaiting. The staff at this store went above & beyond the call of duty! My son turned 21 during Covid... we decided to have a small surprise gathering with a few friends & placed an order for tacos & quesadillas. The food was great! The gave us plenty of condiments. Quick for breakfast, but the consistency from day to day is off. The #18 with steak is my typical order, but today it was liked the ingredients were stacked and the burrito was rolled so you could only enjoy one ingredient at a time and the steak was a little overly done. read more

What an amazing customer service I got at this location Lake Ridge , I walked in this super clean restaurant, to find a young staff member going around the tables asking diners if they needed anything .I looked a little confused as Theodore " offered to help me use the new IPAD order device rather than order from cashier , which I welcomed . It never fails! Taco Bell is famous for at least 90% of the time forgetting at least one item on medium to large orders. I asked the worker at this specific location three times if everything was in the bags. She answered me with an attitude that it was. Because the line was wrapped around the place I didn't argue with her. Well little do you know everything was NOT in the bag. Three items were missing. Taco Bell is Taco Bell, Cheap but oh so tasty. I have never had a problem with this one and probably never will have an issue. The order is always right and the food is always delicious. Great food as usual, but really slow drive thru service during a time when no one else was inside eating. They put the food in containers and bags which were not meant for them. The quesadilla was folded in thin paper that almost burnt me. They gave us paper bags for the food instead of plastic so it is a lot different from other Taco Bells I've been to. Weird. read more

Two stars because they are sooooooo sloooooowwwww. I'm convinced the only reason they stay in business is becuase they are open so late. But even at 2AM it will take you 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line. If you go during lunch time, you will literally wait for 30 minutes to receive your two burritos. The only reason they rate two stars is that no matter how long you have to wait the order is always right no matter what you add on to an item or take off of it. read more

This is by-far the worst Taco Bell ever. Try ordering a Bean and Cheese Burrito and tell me what you get...Better-yet, I'll go ahead and let you know: You get a tortilla with MAYBE half a scoop of beans and a few shreds of cheese...THAT's IT! What happened to quality control? Try going to the Taco Bell on the east side of Dumfries Road right off the I-95 and getting one of their Bean and Cheese Burritos...Drastic difference. It's unfortunate that they all can't have the same quality and expectation. This place is just ok. The Taco Bell food is usually fresh but the Pizza Hut food is a different story. I know they just heat up frozen pizzas but many times the cheese isn't even melted and the breadstick sauce is very watery. I haven't been here in a while as the Pizza Hut in Dale City offers fresh food at a cheaper price (lunch special) read more

The Taco Bell food is normally fine...but STAY AWAY from ordering Pizza Hut from here. In the 5 times I order breadsticks here, 4 times they were soggy and almost not even cooked and the last time they were hard as wood and hurt to bite into them. read more

Food is good as always but for the first time (04/13) I walked in around probably soon before they close, LITERALLY THE CASHIER KICKED US OUT because according to her it was 11:01 I asked why did she give us service to dine in if she was gonna kick us out, she responded its not her problem that it's time to go. Never being treated like this at any place and felt embarrassed that my young cousin had this experience here in VA for the first time. Also she just placed the cups in front of the counter not letting us know and also didn't even offer to give us ice since the ice machine wasn't working. This is easily the poorest quality Taco Bell I have ever come across. The past 4 times my order was incorrect all the same exact issue; charging me for Supreme and giving basic tacos. Every time I was told I can not get a refund and keep my tacos, either give them back for my money back or get my correct order. This last time, I called and asked for the manager for a refund and was told it is not possible to refund a card over the phone. When I asked for the name of the manager, she hung up. When I called back they picked up and hung right up and the 3rd call after 30 seconds of ringing they picked up and hung back up. Aside from the disgraceful customer service and attitudes the quality of the food is outright sad. read more
