This is a small bistro of taco heaven. The food is delicious, made to order. Small discovery with a lot of flavor.

Our dealership gets fed every Saturday and this was one of the best choices this year. The Staff, was nice, and friendly, the food was hot, and very good. An order this large often gets complicated but it was ready on time. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Just found this place today and holy moly so delicious. I got the carnitas sope, chorizo Gordita, revueltas papusa, and pastor taco. Everything was so yummy and the green sauce was to die for. The curtida for the papusa was so good I ate it separately. Can't wait to try more from here!! read more

I love tacos and was a frequent visitor of Taco Bamba. I've been trying to find something similar here in Woodbridge. I kept driving Tacos Don Juan and figured I'd give it a try. I ordered 3 tacos (carnitas, chorizo, and birria), fajitas, and a slice of oreo cheesecake. The lady at the front was very nice. She told me it'd be a 15 minute wait (even though only 1 other person was there), so I sat down and waited. My order was to-go so I took the food home and started eating. The tacos came with the meat, sliced veggie toppings, parsley, onion, relish, lime, and a green sauce. Cheese was an option but I declined. The food was good. The fajitas came with rice, salad, and a cup of soup. My favorite taco was the chorizo followed by the carnitas. Pros: good tacos, friendly counter staff, clean place, big menu Cons: I wish they had a sauce station where you could pick the kind(s) you want, and I wish they had specialty tacos like Taco Bamba does. So it's not quite Taco Bamba but it's the closest I've found in this area. I'll come back. read more

Don Juan's is a hit or miss. Don't expect to get your food within 30 minutes of ordering- EVER!!! Tonight's service was absolutely the worst!! We ordered the carne asada, menudo, 2 tacos and a side of rice and beans and 3 drinks. The drink cooler was bare so it was slim picking on the drinks. 45 minutes after we ordered- food came. Carne Asada- was a thin piece of steak- maybe 2ozs if that!!!! Rice was crunchy and undercooked Beans were cold- not heated at all Still waiting on the tortillas... I told the cashier about the beans and rice and he heated the beans but said that was the only rice they had and I could have that or he could return my money... I told him to return the money; HE NEVER DID!! Tortillas came 5 minutes after food and they were raw still They were returned to cashier then the cook came out with a nasty look on her face to bring us 1 thing of tortillas- which we ordered 2!!! WE SPENT $56.... WE DIDNT ASK FOR ANYTHING FOR FREE... IF THE COOKS DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK THEN WHY DO THEY WORK THERE?? I DONT THINK WE WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR ALMOST A YEAR. ITS SAD BECAUSE THE FOOD USED TO BE AMAZING.... And always be prepared there's atleast 2 drunk guys at the tables being loud and obnoxious, playing their phones full blast on some random social media site videos or talking on their phone like they're at home. read more

Tried out this place for the first time with some take out. Chorizo and carnitas tacos, queso pupusas, chicken flautas, and tres leches cake for dessert. Everything was very tasty and seemed fresh made. Taco shells were handmade and very good. The carnitas was a bit too well done for me. A lot of central and South American cuisines do it this way so you may like it. I'm more used to SW style. This is in an old building and it shows inside, but it looked pretty clean and it had a busy vibe to it. I even bought some cakes on the side from a little old lady in the restaurant. They also had a pretty good selection of items. My wife and I both liked the food and will be back. read more

Inconsistent menu pricing and less than perfect customer service aside, the food is amazing. We've only had their chicken tacos, birria tacos, and chicken quesadillas so far. It is great food and we eat there often. I've eaten there many times since my original review and have yet to encounter that same woman again. I would also like to say that My initial review was incomplete since I did not touch on the food itself, however, customer service is very much part of the dining out experience these days. read more

This is our go to restaurant for tacos. They make the tortilla homemade which cost a little more which we don't mind. It's worth it. The fajitas are also great as well. No complaints. read more

The food is really good but you have to check your order because they will try to play you. There been times where something was missing from my order and they literally argued with me that it was in the bag. When I brought the bag back to them prove my point they had my missing item for me cause they knew they messed up. Also instead of the giving you refried beans like it says in the menu they will give you boiled beans like you wouldn't be able to the difference between REFRIED BEANS and BOILED BEANS!!!! read more
