I waited 15 minute for 2 tacos to take to a family member who was sitting all day with my sick father at the hospital only to get ice cold food. The hospital is 2 minutes from Taco Bell WTF??? As with what seems is the issue with all the fast food places in the area, there is new ownership at some point over the past few years. All of the local places have seriously gone down hill. This Taco Bell is feast or famine. They are either fully staffed or have 3 employees. I understand that it's not their fault, but it does make a big difference. I will say the food is hot, and they take their time making it (which could be good or bad, depending on how much time you have) The staff doesn't engage the customers at all, so some people are left confused on how to order, by kiosk or at register. The dining room is rather large, and fairly clean, if you choose to eat inside. Don't think that you are going to get in and out of here quickly though, because you're not. read more

This place is horrible. I was the only one in the dining room at 6 pm and waited 25 minutes for food. The drive through was so backed up and cars were parked all around the building waiting for orders. They locked the door to the dining room, keeping customers out, because they couldn't keep up with orders. Six people in the kitchen but only one making food. Where is the manager of this business? When I got there, they would not open the doors and asked me to get in the long line of cars. I was getting late for work. Well, it took forever to get my order and when I got it, it was cold and the chips packet was missing. I was in too much of a hurry to get to my work. On a Monday night, with 1 family in the store eating and no one in line (as visible through the windows when I entered), I went onto their drive-thru. Lady over the mic messed my order up a few times...but eventually figured out what "grilled chicken" meant and stopped hallucinating the extra stuff she was saying. I finally put my order in and moved as far forward as possible. And then I was trapped in a drive-thru with no extra lane, behind 4 cars with 2 behind me...unable to simply abandon my order and go elsewhere because they don't have ANY extra space around their lanes. After about 30 minutes, I called. They said they were "shortstaffed" (protip: if you pay people a living-wage, they may just actually show up to do their jobs!). After 40 minutes, I finally got to the front. Woman at the window said "How can I help you". Pissed after 40 minutes of being trapped against my will I said "yeah, you can pay me for the time you stole". She slams the window shut and walks away. I knock on the window and nothing. No order, nothing. I go inside. They ignore me, so I pronounce loudly that I waited for 40-minutes and they wouldn't even give me my order. They threaten to call the cops. Without some serious ass-kissing, I don't think I can bring myself to ever patronize a Taco Bell again...and you most certainly should avoid this one at all costs. There's another one in North Wales (5-min away) and they actually know how to run a business. If you actually need Taco Bell...go there. Otherwise, there's a buttload of other fast-food nearby. I was just in the drive through about an hour ago. I do Door Dash. Picked up an order for a person who's name begins with the letter K. First off, if the drive thru line is long you cant get out of it once you are in it there isnt enough space to pull out of it and drive past it. 10 min in and I wanted to drop this delivery and get out but I was stuck. I was in the line for 25 minutes. when I get up to the window, finally, they dont have the order ready at all. They start making it once you get to the window instead of already having it done. From what I could see it was two teenage boys and a girl working. The girl was doing all the work, the two boys were literally standing there joking around and not helping AT ALL. I even heard the one boy make the comment "she looks pissed" Ummmmm YEA me and every single person in line are PISSED that you arent doing your job and having this food ready by the time we get to the window! What are fast food places paying nowadays? $15-18hr? Taco Bell, you are WASTING giving such a high wage to two teenagers who are literally doing nothing to earn that money! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service received. I had over a 50 dollar order placed for my family and after driving 15 mins home, 6 items were missing. Not only were 6 items missing, but many items were made poorly. The crunch wraps were burned up and the soft taco contained stale beans mushed together. The food is decent, service is good, the only complaints I would have is the small and cramped parking lot/drive thru and leaving onto North Broad Street can be a pain as it is constantly crowded. The manager is a piece of shit, so are the employees (the evening people). Today was the most absurd and rude interaction I've ever experienced in any place I've ever been. I'm sure our rating would be higher had we actually been served, but no...we were turned away because they hit their "car count" at 6:45pm on a Tuesday. My wife and I sank to a new low and actually wanted to try Taco Bell again - it's been years! We tried to go in to order in person (drive through lane was too long), but the lobby doors were locked - at 6:30pm. After sitting in the drive through lane for another 15 minutes we finally make it to the order box...the lady in the box mentions something about hitting her car count for the day - we assumed she was talking to another employee and forgot to turn off the microphone (because nobody should talk with the tone that she did to a customer). So we sat for a few more minutes waiting...again, the lady very rudely says "I counted my cars and put up my cone" (there was no cone when we got in line)...no description as to what a car count is or anything, but I guess it means that you can stop serving customers at 6:45 when you're open until 8. The car behind us (or in front) didn't get served either. If we ever sink so low as to crave Taco Bell again, we will definitely follow everyone's advice and go the extra 5 minutes to North Wales. read more

Sorry guys the new quesalupa is terrible and I'd rather just have a regular chalupa. Pricing around 3.50 I expected much more. The texture of the fried tortilla shell is nothing like a chalupa. It's just an overly fried tortilla that tastes slightly burnt. And where's that melty cheese flavor? It's completely lacking. Its a great concept and I think they were heading in the right direction to try and upgrade/promote the chalupa but come on. For such a well established brand you gotta do better than that. This Taco Bell is actually a Long John Silver's / Taco Bell co-branded store. I usually go to one of these hybrid restaurants for Long John Silver's rather than Taco Bell, although I am fond of using Taco Bell hot sauce on LJS fried fish and Baja Blast goes well with that too. It's really the best of both worlds. Anyway, I have no complaints yet with this restaurant. It's basically on par with Taco Bell / LJS in Mantua and Berlin in New Jersey, and I'm glad they are keeping to a decent standard. read more

The Friday family joke has become: what food will we get today? The last dozen times we've gone through the drive through the food order hasn't been right. Today we ordered two chicken plank meals, and got all fish. We also ordered three tacos, and got one taco and a chalupa. All of our iced teas were Pepsi. I mean, let's review. Fish is diamond shaped, chicken is a plank. Iced tea does not start with the letter "P". It's not that hard. The receipts are always right, but the food never matches the receipt.
