I very much enjoy Margaritas environment, indoors and outdoors. Their bar doors (entire wall) open up to a large open patio and they also have a large outdoor seating area under cover on the restaurant side. I have been hit or miss with their food, as I am not a fan of their salads or queso, however their quesadillas, tacos, guacamole, chips, salsa are all great. Their queso is good when mixed in with other items. Their street corn is among the best I've had, and you can get it on the cob or in a bowl if you're not feeling messy. Margaritas is located by the Lansdale exit on the PA turnpike and close to my work so I eat there every 6-8!weeks. Been eating at Margaritas for some time and the food is amazing. It's authentic and very delicious. Drinks are very generous and extremely reasonably priced. Waitstaff led by Josh are just so efficient and very friendly as well as knowledgeable. This is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The food is ok, the service is ok, and the atmosphere is ok. The restaurant is large and open so it tends to be loud. When the weather is warm they do have a nice patio with outdoor seating. I've had a number of things here, and the rice always tastes like it was cooked a few days ago. The texture is dry and hard. Not sure why this place has a low rating, I had a great time here! The ambience and atmosphere here was very fitting for the location and typical of this kinda of restaurant. The service was friendly and was fairly accommodating to our large party. I will note that this place is a little pricier than normal though. I really loved the margarita flight taster! It's something that more places should have. It allows you to have four different flavors, in this case original, mistletoe, agave, and coconut, to see what's really good. In this case, the coconut was excellent , I had to order the full one! The food was really good and leaves you very satisfied! I will keep this short as possible. Service was okay, we got our drinks like 15 mins after we sat down. When we ordered we ordered everything all at once because we didnt know when our service was going to be back. My husband got the steak- it was super salty, he was so hungry he just ate it. Me on the other hand, I sent my food back it was not edible. I ordered the quesadilla extravaganza.. chicken, pork and ground beef. It was not good, when it came to the table it was super soggy. My family and I were super excited to come here since we havent been here for years. We should of stuck with the other mexican place we go to and not tries this place. I came here this past weekend for the third or fourth time at this location. In terms of crowds it's hit or miss...sometimes it's packed and there's a decent wait and other times it's pretty empty. This time we were seated right away. Margaritas has indoor and outdoor seating. This time we were sat indoors in the bar area at a high top. Our server started out very attentive but kind of dwindled as the night went, but it wasn't terrible. They have a large variety of classic drinks you'd expect at a Mexican restaurant, all pretty decently priced. They also have a Marg flight which is fun. Food menu also includes a good variety, including options for vegetarians. I like that their Mexican rice is not cooked in chicken broth (some places do this and it makes it not vegetarian).
