I also got a kids shredded chicken quesadilla with fries, and even that was fresh and well made. Every item tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The staff was very nice, and they have a wide variety at the salsa bar--especially the extra spicy green sauce, which is a must-get if you like heat. There is a limit of two hours at the table and with how slow the service is you will definitely need those two hours. When we finally got our checks and paid we were pushing the two hour mark. And this was in the middle of the day on a Sunday so imagine what the dinner time rush is like. But the restaurant itself is nice and they put thought into the decorations. The food is good which is a bonus. The design is contemporary. The only downside is how slow the service is, the lack of forethought thinking that your diners may need knives when they order steak, not knowing the difference between sunny side and over medium eggs are, just lack of training. Nobody refilled water glasses until several people had empty glasses. That brought the whole experience down. Oh and because I know your wondering, the cocktails were great!

Salsa was on the side. The crisp and color on the tortillas was perfect. I was excited to dig in. Each bite has a lot of cheese and juicy birria. This place was a great recommendation! So I'm grateful, can't complain. My baby loves her spaghetti and churro every time we come. It's her go too spots! Unless she wants something salty instead of sweet, then we'll swap the churro for a pretzel. Staff is always friendly at all the trucks I've stopped at. This place can get very packed, but many tables to sit and we've always had the have to sit when needed.
