They were so nice! We ordered around $50 worth of food and it was busy yet they made our food quickly! I accidentally ordered coffee when they didn't have any so they switched it for a fountain drink instead! I didn't realize it at first so I asked how long it'll take for the coffee and they said they'll make it for me as soon as they can. But I told them not to worry about it since they gave me a cup and asked just for a water cup instead. They were so nice about it! Anyways the food was really good but they did forget one thing, however they accidentally gave us a bit extra than what we ordered! Every time I have gone through the drive thru and heard the distinct voice of Allie Albaro, I know something is going to be wrong! She is extremely rude and incompetent! You ask for mild sauce she puts in Diablo sauce, if u do get the right sauce she'llput in one packet for every 2 items u get and tell you no when u ask for more. 2/6/25 i went through the taco bell drive thru and ordered numerous things, one of them being a grilled cheese steak burrito. i also asked for hot sauce. when served my order, the worker (ponytail and a mask on) didnt even say anything and then slammed the window shut. when i got home, i opened the bag and found that my grilled cheese steak burrito had BEEF in it, and i had also been given fire hot sauce. on top of that, this is not the first bad experience ive had at this location. every time i come here my order is usually messed up or under-seasoned. overall, a terrible experience. read more

If i could put zero stars i would, i am BEYOND disappointed, my husband and I drove to the Military base yesterday in Lemoore, we are from Madera-Tesoro Viejo Area and and we stopped by for a quick meal, i am pregnant and hadn't had Taco Bell for a while, so we stopped and ordered our food. We received expired sauces and food was cold and very not pleasantly done, i was beyond disappointed, i threw up all over our car the second i tasted the sauce it was such an awful experience. I called the restaurant afterwards and they stated they couldn't refund me as it needed to be in person, we are not driving back for $30. She said she could credit to that restaurant and i said we will never go back there again, and she said there was nothing she could do. Later that night my husband was super sick with vomit and diarrhea, he works early in the morning and didn't get any sleep being that his stomach was so upset from the food. The cheese isnt melted and its usually already cooled down and the chicken is always what I call a skimpy amount. Food is constantly wrong when you even do by chance receive the correct order it's incredibly cold and old tasting. So ya, its Taco Bell but I freaking love this location haha. The employees are all super friendly and my food has ALWAYS been consistent. I come here pretty frequent on my lunch break and the food always comes out fast and fresh! I always try their new specialty items, it's a hit and miss with them but with their new naked chicken chulupa is definitely a hit! I hope they keep this on their menu full time! I've noticed this location is always clean, they are definitely on top of cleaning it. As soon as someone gets up and leaves I've seen an employee go to the spot and wipe down the table. The drive thru is pretty fast as well, I've never really had to wait a long time, which is nice cause I'm always crunched for time on my lunch break! read more

My wife and I ordered food last night and had it delivered. The food was prepared quickly and was delivered within 30 minutes, which we were pleased with! I find that the food from here is consistently good, as good as you can expect from Taco Bell anyway! The service in the restaurant is usually very friendly too. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that they forgot to add the sauces to the order this time. Fortunately, we keep spares! I would definitely recommend actually going to get the food yourself though! Our actual food order came to less than $20, but after all the delivery fees and driver tip for GrubHub it came to over $30! And the delivery driver was a miserable cow too! I always go through the drive thru and lines are always long and the wait time is from 8-15mins. That is what keeps me from giving them a 5 star. Took my grand daughters to Taco Bell. They ordered a cheese quesadilla. I ordered the deluxe Gordita. The worst thing I ever had. The crunchy taco was very soft. There was only about a teaspoon of meat on one side of the taco, three tiny pieces of lettuce, a teaspoon of tomatoes, two tablespoons of sour cream wrapped in a ten inch flour tortilla shell!
