This restaurant has gone south over the past year and a half. It used to be awesome when it first opened up. The last 4 or five times they messed up our order. Simple things like no beef extra cheese. I've worked at a fast food restaurant and they make it impossible to screw up anything. It would be like shoving a square peg in a round hole. YOU'D HAVE TO BE AN IMBECILE to get it wrong. This (picture) is what we got when we ordered a nachos bel grande- no beef (good), extra cheese (just a squirt and they charged us), they didn't add any tomatoes (100% sure it comes with tomatoes). I ordered a chicken casadilla. Chicken pieces had fallen out and were in the bottom of the bag. They made an attempt to cut it into 4 pieces. Obviously the cook hasn't made it to geometry or even understand the concept of equal. It was kind of warm but the cheese hadn't been melted. That explains the loose chicken pieces in the bag. When we drove up to pay for it the manager and the cashier were just laughing amongst themselves as if they were clueless or knew they were serving us crap. I don't know what the issue is but that is the last time we will go to that shit-hole. THE NIGHT MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED! The owner needs to pull their head out and actually care about what is going on in their establishment. Are the times so hard that they can't find any warm body to push the right buttons? Ordered through the app to make sure my order was going to have the customizations I needed for my family. The whole process went well until I got home. I put I wanted 25 mild packs (the max amount) didn't get a single one. I even put I needed forks and napkins on my order, didn't get any of those either. I also ordered nacho fries and the cups of sauce were literally 1/4 of the way full. My nachos looked like they put the lid on and then shook the whole thing up. We were all extremely disappointed. I don't usually leave reviews, but the food and service was bad enough to justify my time writing this. I will never eat at Taco Bell in Logan Utah again. After repeating my order 3 times they still got it wrong. I ordered crispy taco shells with cheese and lettuce no meat, and a vegetarian burrito. When I picked up my take out order I asked the cashier if she was certain that there was not meat in the tacos, and she said no meat. They still put a meat spread in the taco's that did not appear to be ground beef, and the vege burrito was inedible. I could not identify what was in the burrito other than the green guacamole. Ahh, Saturday: The pinnacle of my week, and a dependent foreshadowing of the following seven days. As you may observe, and very well expect, I try my very hardest to emulate the perfectly-proportioned life of a healthy individual on Saturdays; this behavior and attitude will very well ensure the emotional success of the week to come. In essence, Saturdays are my go-to relax occasion. Fast-forward to January 5th, at 1:30pm. I'm walking into this Taco Bell and it's a brisk 35 degrees fahrenheit. Not expecting a great outcome or overly zealous result of my visit, I open the front door. The first thing I noticed as I strolled into the building was the warm, faint scent of basil; it almost seemed to caress me as I lowered my guard and basked in the fresh, artificial climate. "Hi, welcome to Taco Bell. Can I take your order?" These heavenly words reverberated in my ear as the cashier softly beckoned me to the front. "I'll take a chicken Quesarito with extra sour cream, and a medium fountain drink." I found myself reciting, almost unintentionally as an intense sense of trust and safety seeped into my heart. I didn't even feel a slight sense of discomfort as I gave her my card. Almost as if run by clockwork, she scanned it, and rushed to execute my carefully concocted order. I didn't even have time to walk to the cushioned seats as my name was called. "James, order 422 is ready!" It probably took 12 seconds flat! I'm pissed. We have one car, no food in the house, I'm stuck at home working remotely all night and my wife stopped in to pick up a treat for me , near the end of a two hour drive home with a sick kid. Now I get to work all night with no food because of this. Order #908745. I wish I could post pictures here! The food was disgusting. Two 5-layer burritos and a beef chalupa. The burritos were ordered with beans, meat and cheese, and had almost nothing inside them. All tortilla. The chalupa looks and feels like someone dropped it in fry oil until it was saturated and then picked it up and threw it in the bag! It's completely inedible. I'm furious! At Taco Bell you are greeted with your first challenge strait away and that is, the door. That door is so hard to open because, the wind blows against it and it is already heavy enough. The second challenge is trying to get over the smell of musty burritos and cheese. Once you order your food, if you get a drink, you can go over to the drink fountain and get a drink from the wide array of drinks they have. We pulled up and got through the line at a decent pace. I ordered a 7-layer burrito. I have to admit, I'm not a fan of mexican food, but this was pretty good. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Decently sized, the rice, sour cream, and avocado all clashed beautifully. However, while there was great proportions of each ingredient, it lacked even distribution, thus destroying its ability to rise to its full potential. Every bite you took was of a single ingredient. As I ate through the burrito, the first bite for example, was strait sour cream, the next, strait rice, and so on. Is it really that hard to take five extra seconds to spread out each ingredient so you can get a bit of each, or at least most ingredients in every bite? I mean, really?!? In the long run however, this was but a small feat and the overall effect made up for it. read more
