The food is always prepared as ordered, and the service is superb. The drive-through never has a wait, and the employees are friendly.

I have repeatedly stopped by this Taco Bell on the drive back and I am unfortunately disappointed every time. Whenever my order is brought out the food is never warmed up enough. The last time I ate here my meat wasn't cooked fully and gave me food poisoning. After a year, I decided to come back and try it again and the food was more cooked but was still too cold for comfort. Let me just say that I appreciate the consistency of this particular branch. This branch has been here since I was in high school many years ago and I'm happy for it. Customer service was amazing, and I seem to get through with very little hold up. Unfortunately, the main portion of the meal had a very burned taste to the beans. It is similar to that of the beans that I've been sitting for sometime and someone scrapes the bottom to bring up the burn parts. The rest of the meal was OK, but I think it could have been some thing with the oil. I also ordered cinnamon sticks that had that same burned taste as though they have been sitting in the light for sometime or they were cooked incorrectly or even worse, it tasted like the batter that could have made it was getting sour or even spoiled. I hate to point these kinds of things out because of how nice and easy it was to speak to the attendance, and how clearly it was when they took my order. But the food is why I'm there and this is one of the first times that I've tasted beans this bad from an establishment that I have come to enjoy throughout the years. I look forward to seeing how they will remedy this issue, and I hope to see a change when I pass through again in the very near future. read more

Bought two grilled sausage breakfast burritos and an orange juice. The cashier was cool and helpful in letting me know what Taco Bell had for breakfast as I've never had breakfast at a Taco Bell before and the two sausage burritos ended up being tasting great and were well wrapped. Was on a trip back home from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk when we swung by this Taco Bell. The restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms. A great place to stop. The lady at the counter was very very friendly and kind and took my order very efficiently. Once the order was placed, my meal was ready in 3 minutes. My food was tasty, average Taco Bell-I got the three taco combo- although the nachos were a bit stale. But the main meal was great. One drink flavor was out but it was later in the day so that's understandable. Overall, a great pit stop before I got back on the road. read more

Incapable of getting an order right. Never fails and they get upset and irritated that you don't want to wait behind 10 ppl in the drive thru AGAIN. ALWAYS having to come back to get something they either forgot or made wrong. They also keep the phone off the hook so you can't call them. read more

If I can give it a -1 I would. I eat taco bell all the time. It WAS literally one of my favorite fast food restaurants until yesterday that is. I was driving from out of town and decided to stop and grab my favorite "cheesy gordita crunch" and once I got there I seen there was a $5 box with the gordita crunch in there so I decided to try it. I ate some, not all and maybe 1 hour after I ate that food I instantly got sick. A little TMI but my stomach started hurting/cramping really bad, I had to throw up and I had (U know what). I knew it was taco bell because it was the only thing I ate in the past 5 hours. IDK if I ate something old or what but my I have never gotten this sick before because of food and I eat a lot so I know for sure something was wrong with their food. I will NEVER eat there again and I'm pretty sure my taco bell days are now OVER with! There are 2 Taco Bells in town. I prefer the one in the Walmart shopping center. The reason is that they are generous with their ingredients. Every time I have ordered a burrito, it is stuffed FAT. And the tortillas are always fresh tasting. The other one, the burritos can be anemic and Ive gotten stale tortillas more than once. So yeah, the one by Walmart is totally the TB you should hit up. read more
