It's corporate fast food, and is what it is. I've been going to this Taco Bell for about seven years now, and it's usually reliable, though flawed. On the positive side the food's never been bad. Never really had a terrible experience there, so if you love Taco Bell's food they usually hit the mark there. There have been "off" nights, but it's not usually a deal breaker. Hooooowever, it's a flip of a coin if your order is right. One out of three orders is always missing something, and it's usually something big. Nothing quite like ordering a double chicken chalupa combo and them forgetting the chalupas entirely. Hurray for that extra random taco you get, 'cause otherwise I wouldn't have anything to eat at all. Always double check your order here, especially if ordering online. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I ever been at. If you decide to waste your time here be prepared to be in a drive thru line for at least 15-20 minutes. It's never any faster. Every once in a while, I get lured back to Taco Bell with the idea that I need a Burrito fix. I ordered two Burrito's: - Beefy 5 Layer Burrito: DId not seem all that beefy to me. My impression of the Burrito was that it was mushy and bland. Not beefy. - Volcano Burrito: Surprisingly enough - a decent amount of heat from a Taco Bell product with the name "volcano" in it. I actually semi-enjoyed eating this one. I also added additional heat by using two of the hottest hot sauce packets available. The Burritos also seems overly small to me. I want one big substantial meaty Burrito! Probably won't be going back any time soon. read more

I can get over it, but my wife and kids are more picky than I am. This place flat out sucks. Staff are rude too. Tell them the order is wrong and they dispute it, EVEN IF THE RECEIPT PROVES IT. the overall price for what you receive isn't great. first off all 3 tacos and 2 burritos are 30$ and aren't made correctly. i wanted a cool ranch doritos loco and the attendant Daniel informed us the only available flavor is spicy ranch. come to find out i received nacho cheese flavor and was charged an extra 1.80 for spicy ranch sauce. we subbed beef for chicken so it was expected to be an up charge but i wasn't expecting being charged for sauce. the burrito was supposed to be add jalapeños but we were charged for creamy jalapeño sauce. both sets of items were swimming in sauce and the tacos were more sour cream and spicy ranch then anything else. overall just bad service and badly made food. could've gone somewhere else for that kind of price. read more

This evening I ordered through grub hub. I had paid for my order and my driver had called me telling me that he was there to pick up. And they were not acknowledging that I had placed an order. He was patient and waited. He came with the order after staff acknowledged that I placed an order over 40 minutes prior. The bag had my name on it. However the order was not correct. It's not his fault, as the bags are already sealed. I'm disappointed to say the least. I tipped him extra on top of the prior tip because I felt bad that he had to wait. If you want authentic Hispanic cuisine, Manassas is literally swimming with better options. But sometimes a Doritos Locos Tacos or Crunchwrap hits the spot. But Taco Bell has upped their game with the newly-released and highly touted breakfast menu. And I am here to say that the Steak AM Crunchwrap is the most awesome fast food breakfast item in the history of fast food things. Truth be told, it's not that different that any other Taco Bell creation - it's breakfast stoner food in a tortilla wrapping. But for breakfast, this type of grab and go, everything in one bite that can be easily held in your hand is exactly what I want! The AM Crunchwrap has egg, hash browns, cheese, and your choice of meat wrapped up Crunchwrap style. Easy to eat while driving or on the go, and tasty as all get out. As for this Taco Bell location, it's as good as any other. I'm going to overlook that they forgot a straw for the wife's iced tea last week because of the sheer awesomeness of the AM Crunchwrap. So, today was not unusual when I waited 30 minutes for take-out I was picking up for someone who ordered online. What was different the atrocious customer service I saw for someone else who tried to order food there. This person came in a few minutes after I did. She stood at the counter waiting for attention for more than 10 minutes. After what I guess was about 10 minutes the clerk asked if she could be helped and the lady said she wanted to place an order and the clerk walked away from her refills cups took two other orders for the drive-thru, refilled more cups and then had to be hunted down by the customer in order to place an order. It was so ridiculous that I felt like I was on hidden camera TV show. The customer had to be the nicest person in the world. I know I would not have placed that order at that point. Recently renovated. Looks new and contemporary but has uncomfortable seats and is already dirty and shitty. It is still Taco Bell. Can't get around that. Lots of employees who were mainly grab-assing in the kitchen rather than cleaning the place to make it look decent. As for the food, it is what you expect - Taco Bell. I went there because it is cheap and fast and the food is predictable, if not delicious. Always decent, never great. I can settle for that.
