I love Taco Bell. I'm a fan. I shop on their website for clothes and goods. I have been visiting this location for decades. I am thinking since the 1980's. I can't remember when this spot opened. It has changed a lot over the years but I have always enjoyed it. I can't believe that I haven't reviewed it yet. I stopped in the other day and got 3 Bean Burritos, one Cheesy Double Beef Burrito & a Chicken Enchilada Burrito. Everything was great. It was too much food for me eat at once but they reheat in the microwave pretty well. I say that you should always order too much rather than too little. read more

I'm a 71 year old retired black professional. I've lived in this area and have gone to this Taco Bell through the drive-through for 40 years. I never went inside to place an order or to eat. Yesterday I was returning from a funeral and I was fairly well dressed and decided to go to Taco Bell to get something to eat. I needed to use the bathroom so I decided to park in their parking lot and walk in. The pathway to the bathroom is immediately to the right once you enter the door. I walked in and turned to the right and a black employee who was probably about 20 years old, came from behind the counter and asked me if I was a paying customer. I asked him why he asked me that. And he said that the bathroom is only for paying customers. Take note that there were no other customers in the store at that time so he was just jamming me up for no reason. I should've asked him if he would ask White Customer the same thing. The entire employee staff that I saw there was black. I wanted to complain to the manager for being interrogated like that, but the manager stood up for the employee. I will never return to that Taco Bell again. And I suggest that any Black people in this area avoid this Taco Bell at all possible cost. They do not respect the Black people in this neighborhood. I went in there dressed from a funeral and they treated me as though I were a homeless person. read more

Man yall are being way too hard on this place. I was hesitant to go because of all of the negative reviews. I decided to play it cool and just get two beef crunchy regular tacos. Them jokers was so good I went through the drive thru again and got two more!! Beef was perfectly seasoned and hot. The cheese to lettuce to beef ratio was perfecto. People are quick to leave bad reviews for the slightest inconvenience for a fast food restaurant, but hardly will take the time to give a good review. I'll be honest, the only thing exceptional during this visit was the guy at the drive thru window. Everything else was just... good. And that's fine! I don't expect Taco Bell to blow my socks off, taste wise. But the gentleman at the window was super polite, had a smile on his face, and seemed like he generally enjoyed being there. Late night weekday drive-thru visit, perfect experience. Can't ask for much more. This place is something, I tried to order and they said "we only have chicken" I ask to clarify if it was just chicken and the guy said "and beans" I laughed a little but I was hungry so I ordered and by the end he guy said " we only have chicken for the burrito only", considering I ordered for 2 people that was bad and asked what could he do, this guy said to just make everything else with just rice and beans, but I still pay full price, I laughed in his face do to this incompetence. When I pulled up at 11:15 p.m. the cashier gave me a list of things I couldn't order because they had already turned off the grill. I don't know why the grill is turned off an hour before closing with 3 cars in the drive thru, but okay. So instead I order a cravings pack and 2 chalupas with 2 avocado ranches. The crew on this night was very polite. But, when I got home I have NO avocado ranches. They already seemed busy and it was too close to closing to go back or call so I say I'll ask tomorrow when I go up there. Very politely I might add because I know mistakes happen. So when I return the next day I order 2 chalupas and I let the cashier over the speaker know that I purchased 2 avocado ranches last night and never got them, could they please put that with this order? The woman's only response is "I wasnt here last night!" So, I'm waiting for more information and when nothing else is said, I ask ,"So does that mean I can't get avacado ranch?". She says "I wasnt here last night so I don't know what you expect me to do." So, I politely ask, "Well may I speak to a manager please?" She says "I am the manager. How am I supposed to verify you didn't get an avocado ranch? Did you call?" I tell her that it was close to closing which is why I waited until the next day. She responds, "Will that complete your order?" And I say yes will the ranch be included? And she rudely says "Yea I guess I can do that for you this time." And doesn't say anything else. No total for my order, no please move to the second window, nothing. This is a MANAGER. I've worked fast food and I've also served tables for years and bartended; which is why I have understand that mistakes happen and wasnt upset when I returned to the store. But for a manager to start off with an attitude when the customer didn't? Over less than a dollar of food cost? That I already paid for and never got? Attitude is unacceptable. Especially for someone leading a team. Then when I was given my food by the manager, nothing was said she didn't even look in my direction. I would much rather go to the Arby's next door where they actually teach and practice good customer service. Every time I order from the app (specifically this location), part of my order is always missing, they never give you sauce packets and they will NOT refund you on missing items. I put in a complaint two days ago about missing items from an order, and they have not refunded for the missing items or reached back out. It's a scam, do not order from the app, your items will go missing and you will not get a refund. This is the last time I order from any Taco Bell ever on the app. This location used to be the hub but I see now that it's going downhill very quickly. read more

Every single time I order from this Taco Bell later in the evening. They give you what they WANT you to have and NOT what you order. They are lazy and don't want to work. You can order 5 tacos and 4 burritos and you'll receive two tacos with all lettuce, no meat and the rest of your order will be missing. Arrived at 8:35am on a Sunday morning, side door locked even though sign says they open a 7am. Walked around building for open door. Inside at counter, no one in sight. Had to call out before anyone came out from the back. Was told I was the first customer of the day. Food was what you'd expect for a cheesy breakfast burrito. Dining room had issues looking like the night crew had not done their clean up. If I was the first customer, and they've been open 1-1/2 hrs, why wasn't the dining area clean? Staff seemed unmotivated. Plenty of other fast food places on the area that I'll go to before coming back here. read more

I'm a vegetarian and when i eat here I have to order my food without meat. Even when it shows up right on the ordering screen they still somehow manage to screw up my order. Take the five seconds to check and make sure the food is correct before you give it to a customer. Taco Bell used to be my favorite but after this happening way too many times, and you guys getting rid of your best menu item, the Mexican pizza, I will probably never return. read more

After approaching the drive through area, we were greeted with "what's going on...?" After being asked to pull forward and wait for food (from an entirely empty restaurant) we were asked if we wanted to change our order to a steak quesadilla. We declined. Our quesadillas were completely bereft of chicken. This has been one of my favorite stops on the way home from work for years. Normally I like this Taco Bell, but tonight it/they left a lot to be desired. It wasn't a difficult order-- 2 crunchy beef Taco supremes, 2 beef Chalupa supremes and 1 Nacho fries. The staff had problems knowing what to do. The beef Chalupas are my favorite but not these. They forgot to put tomatoes on them -really, how hard is that to do? The Chalupa shell was hard, OLD. The Tacos had tomatoes so why didn't the Chalupas? Is there a new manager or whole new staff? This was an easy order. The Tacos and Chalupas have the same stuff inside, just different shells. The best part of the order were the Nacho fries. Obviously the staff does not care about the food they put out or their service. It's truly sad that today the majority of fast food workers don't care about their jobs. read more

I should have asked for a refund when they tried to ring up the wrong meal. Then they gave me the wrong food. My fiancés quesarito had silver metal shavings on it. And the ice in the drink machine smelled rotten. Its not like I have particularly high expectations for a taco bell but I would at least like what I ordered and for everything to be edible. read more
