I visited the Mcalester Taco Bell and waited in line in the drive thru for 34 minutes after ordering. I ordered 3 crunchy Taco Supremes. When I started eating them, the shells were almost empty. No meat at all, no veggies, and a tiny bit of sour cream. I paid $10.88 for 3 pathetic tacos. You guys can do so much better. read more

Upbeat and cheerful staff! Quickly served and correctly made items! This has to be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to! The manager on duty was staying on top of everything making sure the store stayed clean and made sure his staff stayed busy and kept the food just rolling out quickly like all " Fast Food" restaurant's should be! I sat and ate my food and was there about 30 minutes all together and it stayed the same as the moment I walked in! Slowest Taco Bell ever. 11pm on a Saturday night and we've been in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. My husband literally fell asleep in the driver's seat. We've been driving from Dallas with our 5 young kids and waiting and waiting and waiting. I'm just thankful our two youngest are asleep or they'd be howling by now. This is ridiculous. read more

There was at least 4 customers upset on the wait time as well. None of the tables were clean. Service here is the absolute worst I've seen in any country! Very ride and unprofesional staff and management. The drive through attendant was talking with a strong hick noticably fake accent. I asked him to stop several times and he finally talked normally after I asked for the manager who laughed at me and thought it was hilarious. Very dirty inside environment and greasy food. Almost everytime I go through drive through I have to wait between 20 and 40 minutes for my food. They have a clock counter for drive through and you can see it is broken with the cover hanging down and exposed cicuit boards... Obviously the management and staff can not get off their highs long enough to even care. read more

I am very disappointed in this location. My daughters went in to eat with one of their friends on August 28, 2018 at about 8:20 pm. The friend is allergic to tomatoes and told them more than once when he ordered. His food came with tomatoes. He went to the counter and the guy working there snapped at him. The friend made a comment about bad service and the guy took off his apron and hair net and started verbally assaulting my daughters and their friend. He threatened to beat them up, and he went outside and stood outside the door. Came back in and waited by the door intimidating them. I called their number and no one answers. He was loud and brash so everyone working there heard him, including management, or maybe he's management, I don't know. I think the owner needs to know this, but I don't know them. This is a danger to public safety. If I had been there I would have called the police. read more
