    Calamari

First time here. They are open Thursday-Saturday only (5-9pm). Got the a bit before they opened. People already lining up. Opened promptly and the staff was very Friendly and we were quickly seated. Bread came to the table and I'll admit that could be a meal on its own. Excellent bread. Ordered the Calamari as an appetizer. Good selection of domestic drafts at very reasonable prices. Calamari was really good. I order the red snapper with shrimp, loaded baked potato and Mac & cheese. Snapper was perfectly fried. Mac and potato hot and flavorful. Very good My wife had the shrimp basket grilled with loaded baked potato and cheese grits. She liked everything except the cheese grits. I tried them too and wasn't a fan either but every thing else was really good to excellent. Lastly we tried the key lime pie. Different than what I'm used too from Florida but still good. TART but good. Will come back again!

Great food and excellent service. Very clean restaurant. Get there before 6, and you will not have to wait on a table. Try to nachos or the loaded fries. Beware, you will get full!

We sat outside to get seated quicker since it was Saturday evening. There was live music. Service was friendly and decent. We tried several dishes such as the dynamite shrimp tacos, black & blue ribeye, and the brisket mac. All the food was delicious.

Catfish fillet was huge and very greasy. Not what I'm used to in a fillet. Cheese grits were perfect though. Shrimp were fried well.

Chips on the thicker side but hot and crispy. I had the Burrito Locos and requested one chicken and one steak and it comes with rice and beans. The chicken was ok to me. Cooked but not much flavor. However, the steak was perfectly done and seasoned. The rice and beans were also very good. Overall I'd give my dish a 4. Next time I'll get two steak burritos. My wife had the Two Chili Rellenos. She said it was very well done. Beefy, cheesy and tasty is how she actually put it. She gives her dish a 5. Overall a very good and satisfying experience. We will return and recommend you try it as well.
