To my surprise the drive thru had a line. I thought I had found a little hidden gem. But it was okay. The line actually moving really fast. The cashier was rude rushing me to place my order and is that all me to death. I asked for a moment so I can see what's new. If someone ask for a moment just give them a moment. They will let you know when they ready to order and they will end with that's all. I ordered the steak fries and the Gordita Crunch Combo with a large sunset freeze. The steak fries are okay. My family and friends were coming home late from a concert. So of course Taco Bell is a must. The line in the drive through was long so we decided to go inside. That was around 12:15am. We were told it was pick up only or drive through. So we got back in the line but did our order online. Popped back inside to pick up. The doors were locked. 5 minutes after we were told we could do online ordering. 5. Minutes. Later. The guy after knocking on the doors came over and said drive through only. Said they close at 12. Sooooo why did he say we could order online??? Then AFTER we ALREADY PAID we got shut out. So after seeing his buddy laughing at us from the other side of the door we are back in line to get out already paid for food that will probably be ice cold and watered down drinks. Do. Not. Come. Didn't have much at home for a meal so decided to do take out to have at home with my wife. I had two beef taco supremes and one beef burrito supreme. When you make your order, they ask if you want to round up your order to put towards a donation. If you have the means to do so, round up your order; as it goes to a good cause! They neglect every single walk-in customer in the name of attending to drive thru customers first. I literally just stood at register for 20 minutes while two parties waited on their orders in hopes of being attended to while the manager looked at me and never once asked me if I needed help. Alright so most fast food places around here apparently have horrible customer service, I was hesitant to even leave the house and pick one that wasn't AS bad. But I'm lazy and didn't want to cook for me self. I got my order through the drive-thru and I didn't have to wait long to get my food, they got it right as well(I replaced chicken for beef.) they weren't crazy friendly which is understandable when you've got to work at 9 PM on a Saturday. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! When I arrived to pick up (inside) my order they told me that the store was completely out of Wings, but I could still get the other food I ordered. I take the other food home to find out the burrito I ordered had Tomatoes (I asked for no tomatoes) and no Rice (I asked for and paid for). I then DRIVE BACK to the location to show them they made my order wrong. They were not apologetic and tried to say they made it right until I had to open the burrito to show them. She tells me (non apologetically) that I have to process my refund on my own in the app (If you're reading this and have the app, there is NO WHERE to even initiate a refund in the app) another employee tells me "You have to talk to corporate about that". My review doesnt have anything to do with the food. Last Sunday I stopped here to get some cinnabons for my grandson who absolutely loves them. As I was turning into the the street that leads to Taco Bell , my front wheel fell into a pothole loudly, my grandson thought I had run over someone, which thank goodness was not the case, but I developed a flat tire!! The total cost to replace it was $349!!! Some expensive cinnabons . The tire was a total loss!! Please beware of that pot hole!!! And there is another one on the other side of the street!! Terrible customer service and false advertisement of posted hours. I pulled up to this Taco Bell at 4:30am today which they close at 5:00am on weekends. I kept speaking at the box and nobody responded. Then I drove around to the window and noticed the desserts still out and the equipment still on so I knew it was not closed. As I honked my horn, an employee came into sight through the window and made a gesture saying they were closed. I put my hand up in confusion trying to ask if they close at 5 ( which I guess he didn't understand my gestures) the employee came to the window and stated "we're closed". I told asked him if the hours were suppose to until 5am, he said "yes, we're closing early". Me, still craving Taco Bell, I asked him "you can't make me a few tacos?". His response was , everything is already cleaned and put away. This is pure laziness and shows a lack of customer service. Brand new location. Nice and clean. Same food. Beware - The slowest service ever, though. Drive thru will take 20 minutes for 5 cars. Usually Taco Bell's are fast. Last time I was in the drive thru, waited at least 10 minutes. Got to the window and the lady said it'd take 6 minutes to make a new batch of empanadas, would I like something else?
