Stopped by this Taco Bell on Saturday afternoon at noon and went in to place our lunch order - went in as we had two grandkids with us under 5 and eating in the car was not an option . We stood at the counter for over 5 mins before we could get our order taken- mind you I know they have those automated systems but we like giving our order and paying the person to person way . She finally took our order knowing the burrito was for a 5 year old and when he went to eat the darn thing it gushed out more sauce then it did beans . He was a mess , red sauce all over his shirt and pants just everywhere- this has never happened before when we have taken them out for his favorite food ( Taco Bell burritos and rice ) . Well once we were done eating we all had to use the bathroom to wash up and when I did I spotted a Pest dropping on the bathroom floor . This was on top of the disgusting dirty bathroom - they say if the bathroom is dirty - you may have to question the kitchen. We'll needless to say - we won't be back to this location. Does Taco Bell read these reviews? I tried using their "contact us" form on their website, which wouldn't submit: Today, I ordered a Mexican Pizza (good) and crunchwrap (my fave). Both specified vegan. I ordered from a kiosk from the Veggie Cravings menu, so ensured my order would use black beans instead of beef. Well, when I ate my crunchwrap at home, I realized I was eating meat. This saddened me -- please, please train your staff to be attentive to the word "beans" and not to confuse that with "beef." Sadly this Taco Bell experience was not a good one. It was saturday morning and when I pulled up to the drive thru for my order the very kind employee said she was the only one working that day. She then told me to pull around to the front and park and that she would come out with the food. 20 minutes later she did and the order wasn't completely accurate. This is not the first time I've been asked to pull in front of the restaurant and park and wait for my food but this is the first time that I've had to wait 20 mins. Now if this person is the only one at the drive thru and is also preparing the food then the management is failing it's employees and customers. Hire the amount of people you need for a given shift and understand that one employee on a Saturday morning when you have an established breakfast menu isn't cutting it. The only thing keeping this restaurant from getting only 1 star is the fact the employee was friendly and obviously trying her best while working the entire restaurant on her own. But I am hoping that management would read a yelp review on occasion and realize that the service workers they have are not even meeting minimal expectations. This is the second time I come in for food. The first time I left, no one ever came out to take my order. After waiting for 12 minutes, I decided to leave. This second time my children were with me and they were hungry so I ordered through the self order machine. After we received the food, we decided to take the food to Starbucks and eat it there because the dining area was disgustingly dirty. There wasn't one decent table to sit at. I know teenagers tend to hang out there, I saw one teenager sleeping in the booth who I am assuming was waiting for a ride. Perhaps, it is hard for the employees to keep up with the cleaning. I turned around to tell my teenager who is 17, "please tell me not all teenagers are like this, they leave a mess and expect others to clean after them. Please never be like that, I expect you to clean after yourself." I would understand people not cleaning after themselves if the trash cans were full, but they weren't. Nonetheless, I am giving this place 2 stars because the store manager should be doing a better job at managing this store and keeping it clean. This isn't Taco Bell anymore, not the one that a lot of us grew up with. The Taco Bell I knew had Tacos, burritos, Tostada's and Enchiritos with pinto's and cheese. None of this other yuppy crap. And OPEN END Burrito's. Since when do you roll both ends of burrito's that have lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream inside. When I took them back, staff was pleasant and courteous. After a phone call to the manager Betty, the employee was instructed to count the tacos. This is by far the grossest, dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever been too. The local kids are just hanging out without food. They on their phones cursing. I currently sit over a long abandoned soda that has spilt all over the floor. The seats are vile. Debris and left over food has been left on a table. They are dirty. I'm pretty upset at how the management handle today's app mishap. During these times it's hard to communicate and I know that there usually flood of HS students are not coming in. This goes to show you that this place service is the worst. The only thing holding it up was the location. It would have been easier to make the order I was charged for and make profit and keep your employees working than to turn away a local and have me call corporate and wait for a refund from my bank. I've been coming to this Taco Bell since I was a kid. The remodel looks great and they do a good job of keeping it looking nice. There are a few downsides, however. First, because this location is so close to a high school, it can get extremely crowded during lunchtime or right after school hours as the students flood the place for their cheap snack(s). Another downside is they're not open late. Taco Bell has become my go-to late late night eatery so imagine my disappointment when I drove up for a bean & cheese only to find out the lights were off & no one was home. Bummer. I like their hot sauce. I would not eat their food if they didn't have the hot sauce. I asked for 10 hot sauce packets for my order and they gave me 5 mild packets instead. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home because they seal the to go bags now and I didn't open mine up at the store. That pretty much ruined my meal. Also, one of my tacos had a crushed shell!
