Picture me ordering two Cantina crunchy melt tacos and verify with the merchants customer service rep that it's the new Taco with the cheesy sauce at the bottom and the homemade style shell. I pull around to pay for my order and I'm handed a box as if I ordered a Box Meal. I immediately say to the guy in the window hey I only ordered two Cantina crunchy melt tacos. He proceeded to tell me that there are two Cantina crunchy melt tacos in the box and an additional taco and that the person put another Taco in just because. Imagine my surprise and Good Fortune to have been blessed with additional items that I didn't have to pay for. I thanked him profusely and drove off. I begin to tear into the box looking specifically for my cantina crunchy melt tacos only to realize that I had been bamboozled again and received that stupid ass chalupa Box Meal without even a shadow, Remnant, or even a crumb of the cantina crunchy melt tacos that I actually ordered and paid for. At this point I am over this Taco Bell location because even when you confirm with the person you're ordering with they still get the order wrong. I begin this story with a craving for Taco Bell. I went to Taco Bell this evening through the drive thru with 14 cars waiting (I would've went inside but I was shoeless... it's fast food don't judge) after waiting 40 minutes (my fault) I was greeted by a male voice asking me to "hold on a minute". After about 10 minutes a female voice greets me again saying, "have you been helped?" No I have not been helped, so I give her my order and get 0000000000 response. I wait another minute or so and the male voice returns saying "have you been helped?" I was helped, but my order wasn't taken. I give it again. I get to the window and the total is $80+.... My order should've been no more that $30. I politely tell the woman that and they repeat an order back to me consistent of nothing but burritos. I'm sure I had a few tacos in there...and definitely not that many burritos. They correct the order, I pay. I get my Taco pack and bag of burritos and roll out. About to head home, and something tells me to check the bag. Filled with burritos, yes, but not the ones I wanted. I check the taco box, also burritos. I now go into Taco Bell and go to the counter (where it is another 8 minutes before somebody notices I'm there... and it's cold, and I'm SHOELESS) I tell them about my order being wrong and about what happened in the drive thru. Man I just want my food, and not some weird Frito Burrito Mountain Dew concoction wrapped in a friend chicken. I just want some normal Tacos and Burritos. I finally get my correct order... 1 hour after I arrived. Yes I could've eaten somewhere else, but at that point I was determined. So... Taco Bell. No more, hasty luego, this Extra Fiery review out. Went through drive-thru and was interrupted at least twice by cashier while she took other people's orders when she should have been helping us. Also request a specific types of hot sauce and some quantities and did not receive what we requested had to go back in to get what we wanted. I would never go to this Taco Bell. I had a very bad experience yesterday. I haven't been to Taco Bell for over a decade. I most likely will never go again based off of the service I received. The manager was extremely rude and seeing the way she talked to her employees upset me. You should not work around people if you cannot be nice. People have bad days of course but don't take it out on others, especially customers. I walked in and was not greeted. I waited at the counter just looking around until finally the manager said to use the kiosk to order. When I had questions about using the kiosk I politely said "excuse me" to get someone's attention. After about a minute of waiting the manager finally responded. Another employee tried to help me and the manager snapped at her and said "I'll give it to her when I give it to her, I'm finishing up this order". I'm like hello! I can hear you. I would never make a review on a fast food place but this manager's behavior was unacceptable. The worst part is I was getting food for someone else. Awful Taco Bell! Every time I go to this location, the loaded grillers and the shredded mini chicken quesadilla are burned on the outside. I eventually stopping purchasing them from there. Today My husband got the $5 box with the nachos, 2 tacos and burrito supreme. The nacho cheese container had maybe a 1 tablespoon in the large cup. Then we receive our bags, the chips are thrown upside down, and we check to make sure everything is there and the burrito supreme is missing. Never mind all the chairs they have available since the dining room was closed... That's just nasty, that's where people's orders go. I have to say that I've never posted a bad review of a Taco Bell, before. I also don't frequent their locations often. I had a minor concern with our To-Go order and called to speak with the manager. She said her name at the beginning of the conversation but said it so rapidly that I asked her to repeat it. She hesitated and asked who I was. I gave my name and identified myself as a customer. She asked how she could help and I asked her name, again. She bluntly stated that she was unwilling to give her name. I reminded her that she gave her name when she first answered the call, but I was asking her to repeat it, yet, she still refused to give her name. Needless to say, I never got around to having the single issue I called about addressed because of how difficult she made a useless conversation motivated by her unprofessional and discourteous attitude. In my experience of dealing with any business, the only legitimate reason an employee has for not offering, or in this case confirming, her name is fear of a complaint being escalated to her superior...which is exactly what I plan to do. read more

Very appalled at the service at this particular Taco Bell on TWO separate occasions in the same day! To start I was very upset to hear that my 15 year old sister-in-law was directly disrespected by one of the employees (I believe she said her name was Anna or Vienna, like the sausage). After waiting patiently to have her order taken by this girl who was cashiering, she was given a very dirty look as soon as she stepped up to the counter and completely ignored. She said the cashier told one of the other employees in the back to "Take this one's order because I don't want to." She then said that as soon as she was done ordering, the cashier went back to taking other people orders after her. This is utterly a disgusting display of customer service, let alone no way to treat a child. To top off their less than lovely visit, she also said the wait for their food was at least 30 MINUTES FOR A SMALL ORDER OF FRIES! Unacceptable service all around. As for the second days instance of unsatisfactory service: After picking up my sister-in-law I thought I could really go for some Nacho Fries, and after deciding to go to the closest Taco Bell (You guessed it, this one!) we were told about her experience. We were shocked but thought this girl couldn't possibly be still working her shift as it happened some time in the morning and we could address the problem with a manager on a day she was working. After making a simple order of nacho fries and a nacho supreme w/ no beans, we were also faced with this establishments terrible service standards and waited AT LEAST 15 minutes for a simple order that was wrong (Nachos still had beans) AND IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY!! I don't know if the problem lies with certain employees here or the management itself, but I am very disappointed to have to write this review because I very much enjoy Taco Bell. Don't come after 3pm on school days because kids from the nearby the school go there and hang out, there will be a huge line, and they're a rowdy bunch. Very nice employees, but will sometimes will mess up my order. When it does happen it's a simple fix. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to in my life. On my first visit I ordered some regular crunchy tacos and my whole taco was litterly lettus. 1 grain of meat and one grain of cheese.
