I ordered through the Taco Bell app and when we arrived, the girl who brought our order out was great polite and helpful, no issues with her at all. She was actually the only person I saw working. After checking the bag I wanted to add some chips, so I went to the drive-thru window to see if I could order them there. I was told they were short staffed and that we'd have to go back through the line. That would've been understandable, but when we went inside right after, there were two employees on their phones one of the being the girl that said there short staffed while the same girl who helped us was the only one actually working. It was frustrating being told there wasn't time to take a quick order while employees were standing around on their phones. The service felt really inconsistent and left a bad impression. read more

The manager when we went on August 2, 2025 about 1:15 pm was so unprofessional and serving inedible food. She scolded the new young man at the register instead of using it for a teachable moment. She was older and the hickey on her neck was very unprofessional. My husband got a 5 piece chicken tenders meal, we had to ask for the drink cup. The biscuit was so hard it crumbled to dust when he picked it up and the fries were rock hard as well. We were on the road traveling and unable to take it back. I had a chicken quesadilla with about 2 pieces of chicken in it. We had really been looking forward to this meal and it was a huge disappointment. I had ordered 3 hard shell tacos with meat and cheese ONLY. I had to repeat my order a couple of times and the cashier still got it wrong. They sent out tacos with all the toppings and we took it back to the counter to let them know that they had made them incorrectly. Instead of making it right, they gave us back the original tacos (the girl was rude as hell too) and MADE us pay again for 3 more tacos. I will never come to this Taco Bell again! If there was something less than one star, I would select it. Taco Bell is a franchise. There is an expectation of basic menu items, and Moriarty seems to need some franchise food places to attract that highway traffic. I sure wish I had read other yelp reviews before I stopped in at this Franchise location. They were out of beans- hence could not prepare over 50% of the food items. Their slush machine was broken. As I am trying to see what is left on the menu to order- the worker said- we close in three minutes. I guess she was encouraging me to hurry. If I was the owner and in this time of COVID and dining room limitation, I would want to squeeze every sale I could out of a day. When I got to the window- turn out the young woman was ready to get off work- rude, couldn't tell me what drinks were what (sprite, water), but she certainly took my money. Had the worst experience I've ever had at this Taco Bell last night. We order about 11 items for the 4 of us in the car. When we drove away we realized they forgot about 5 of those items and gave us chicken instead and we didn't even order chicken. So I go back through the drive thru and tell the employee very nicely that we were missing said items. She asks me about 10 times which items we were missing, so we told her over and over again. Then we proceed to wait 25 minutes for our food just for them to tell us to pull up to the front door, okay no big deal. But when the employee comes to hand us our food his exact words were "this is the best we could do." And hands me a bag that was still missing one item. I go back through, and now I'm angry but still being polite as I've used to work food service too... and I tell them we are still missing one thing which was Mac and Cheese, that's it. To which the so called joke of a "Manager" comes over and says they sold out of the KFC side, but yet they failed to tell us that when we went through any of the other times. Then she proceeds to tell her employee that we are lying and that she gave it to us, and we even offered to let them look in the bag and see that it definitely wasn't in there, but what was in there was SOME CHICKEN WE DIDNT EVEN ORDER. Our receipt said nothing about chicken, yet we had a box full of chicken and they failed to give us a Mac and cheese, and failed to give us a refund, or even offer us something else. TERRIBLE management, TERRIBLE customer service, took 45 minutes all together and by the time we got everything it was cold. BEWARE. It took us waiting 20mins after paying just to get our food which they ended up getting completely wrong. They gave us a beef taco salad instead of a chicken taco salad. Was stuck in town because my car broke down at the TA. I went to grab some food waiting for a tow. They burnt my burrito to the wax paper. I asked them to not do that again because I literally couldn't detach the burrito without ripping it open from the wax paper. Wow, so glad I didn't read the reviews before I came here. It's a Saturday morning and I pretty much got here right after they opened. I ordered the new Nashville hot chicken with mashed taters instead of coleslaw because eww. My order came out in less than 5 minutes, everything was accurate, and the food was hot, both temperature wise and otherwise. My only beef is that they Taco Bell serves breakfast, but they still don't open until 10 because KFC doesn't have breakfast yet. First off, men's restroom soap dispenser was broken so it kinda worried me that the male employees weren't able to properly wash their hands. I asked about this and they said that there were other wash stations within the kitchen that they could wash up but they didn't seem to be worried much about customer being able to properly wash their hands. The tables and floors were filthy and just didn't seem like much pride was set in place at this KFC/Taco Bell combo. This place is shit, they got my order wrong and I went back so they could redo it. It honestly should not be that hard at all to put NO TOMATOES on a burrito but the inbred wastes of space that work there could let figure out my simple request. Disgusted!! I CAN'T give negative stars because that is not a thing. I went through the drive thru at 5:48pm ordered a party pack of tacos. 6 soft and 6 crunchy. Not an extreme order of no cheese no meat and some no lett. Simply a variety of soft and crunchy. This is a TB/KFC combo store so I added the family wedges. The box that has approx 16oz of wedges. It usually comes in the smaller snap close box for biscuits. After paying they asked me to pull forward and they would run it out. No big deal. I waited and the girl who ran it out was so nice I didn't know how long I waited. But I KNOW YOU GOTTA CHECK so I notice a tiny bag and think it's my hot sauce for the tacos but NO! It was the FAMILY WEDGES!! In a tiny clam shell container! I thought maybe they confused me with another car they asked to pull aside. I'm still not angry, just wanna get the right food and hopefully there wasn't a mix up. So I went in... Bare with me... This is where it gets CRAZY! The girl at the counter was adorable, maybe the same one who ran out my food. I asked if this my correct order. Any time I've ordered the family wedges it comes in a box. I'm paying $4.08 for the large wedges. She didn't know for sure and asked for her manager... This woman comes out fuming! Already mad! Barely glimpses in the bag that has a clam shell with a few potatoes and TELLS me this is the largest size of wedges we have! Very VERY rude! People in the line look at me. (I'm confused because I've had the BOX of wedges for dinner MYSELF numerous times) I'm embarrassed because this woman called me out in front of other people! I say NICELY I've ordered the family wedges before and they always have been in a box not this small. She scolded me and told me she has worked here for 11 years and this is how they come!
