Either customers in store should be served first, or told they won't be for an hour. Supposed to be fast food! No one even approaches counter, unless a customer asks if they can place an order. Manager yelling in hostile manner at her nervous staff in from of customers, with no regard. Employees treated badly will ultimately mess with the product. Stopped by drive thru on a Friday night. After paying my money, it appeared to be unclean. If I purposely ordered a chicken quesadilla that comes with no lettuce, why am I biting into it and tasting wilted lettuce. Gross... I can imagine what's in the rest of the food mixtures. read more

Absolute worst! Waited 10 minutes to order with 2 people in front of me. Then placed the order and it was wrong on the receipt. Cashier said she will let them know. Waited 20 more minutes and still no food so I asked how much longer the wait is and I'm told "it's going to be a long time ..you're not even on the board yet". I told her I've been here a 1/2 hour already and I want to cancel my order. The manager walks over and grabs my receipt and hands me back cash without a word and I walk out. I love taco bell.... love love love taco bell!! Found this off the NJ turnpike needing a quick break and some food. Taco bells are rare in my neighborhood so when I get a chance for some fast tacos I will. This location was very quiet. Not many customers inside, not many customers passing by. Could be the bad weather and the sunday afternoon traffic. Eother way I was happy to be one of the few in here. Ordered the crunchy beef burrito big box for $5. It comes with 2 additional tacos and a soft drink(get value). They had some funky soda flavors like mountain dew sangeia, some type of apple punch. I stick to my mountain dew though. Got all the way home and some of my tacos were smashed all of the food was cold and they even left out to items. Called in and they told me to come into the store. I then went back and was greeted by a very rude and nasty manager. After trying to explain to her for about 5 minutes my situation she just condescended to me and made me feel like I was stupid and only agreed to replace the smashed tacos not the rest of the cold food. I will never be returning to this location in the manager should be ashamed of herself. Tonight I went to the drive through , Ordered a 5 dollar quesadilla box.. the man handed me my food in a bag. not a box, I asked where my box is and he was like "Oh.. you want me to put it in to a box?" I had thought at first that maybe they ran out of boxes and that's why I was given my food tossed in to a bag. Next complaint is.. How they tossed my tacos and quesadilla in to the bag, my tacos spilled out all over the bag having been poorly wrapped, my quesadilla was not cut, it was missing chicken.. and all the cheese and sauce was squashed out in to the bag. also since there was no box, I had a really hard time eating it because I had no where to sit the rest of the quesadilla .. We stop at this Taco Bell at least once a year on our way back from visiting family in Virginia. It's always clean and fast and overall a nice Taco Bell. We don't eat Taco Bell often, so it's always a treat when we are out of town. I tried the new Chicken Burrito Stuft Enchilada. It was huge and that was all I neeeded but I also got my usual mexican pizza. They had a new variety of sauces that we hadn't seen: Salsa Verde and Fire Roasted Sauce. They were ok, but we stuck with our traditional hot sauces. If you are traveling on 295 and see a exit sign for this, please be aware that it is a bit of a drive from the interstate. This a good Taco Bell and come here often. It can get busy at nights and take a while but the service is good and the food is always good for Taco Bell and it being fast food. It's a Taco Bell, so there's nothing fancy. The amount of cheese they put on tacos borders on stingy and non-existent. They got my order wrong this trip, then tried to guilt me in to keeping the extra stuff I didn't order but paid for. I didn't realize the mistake until I sat down, and they took the wrong item back to give to another customer. I didn't do anything to it, but scary to think what some people would do.
