Slowest and worst service ever! I went inside and lucked out, only 1 person ordering and nobody else in the lobby! The worker finished taking the person's order and I was next...or so I thought. There were 2 cars in drive-thru. The worker immediately left me and went took orders from drive-thru. Then more cars came, and more people behind me, but she wouldn't even look iver, she was clearly ignoring me. I asked for help she looked over then kept taking taking drive thru orders...all of which came way after me. The workers making the food could win a contest for slowest workers on Earth. My experience here was terrible spent 45 minutes of my lunch break waiting in the stupid drive thru line. I placed a mobile order through the Taco Bell app. They got the order wrong. Mexican pizza was supposed to be without tomatoes. It had the tomatoes. And then they tried to tell me the freeze that I paid $1 extra for was unavailable but wouldn't give me anything else instead when I asked for a refund then somehow the machine magically fixed itself and they were able to make it. I paid $1 extra for the large. They gave me a regular. Terrible customer service and attitude. Failed to acknowledge me as I pulled up to the window. Also for some strange reason blaring an explicit Robin Williams comedy routine. I love Robin Williams but blaring out of the Taco Bell as people are going through the drive through? It's just out of place and inappropriate. Lastly the Mexican pizza that was prepared incorrectly was also packaged incorrectly. Came in because the drive through takes so long, no supervisor currently. The printer is not working so they are not giving out receipts. The cashier he's super nice I don't know his name because he has no name tag, you can tell he's frustrated but he is doing his best. Only hot sauce, no mild for the kids. Gentleman I am over hearing say I just have 1 burrito what is taking so long. If you're hungry and in a hurry do yourself a favor and go to Burger King or McDonalds because these people are super slow!! Ok I love this Taco Bell the staff has always treated us like family.The assistant manager is from the Fairfield store we used to frequent before moving to Napa. He has a great personality and is extremely friendly to everyone. Ok for the record I love the cheese fries! The staff are amazing and friendly we keep coming back for the family feel. We know the assistant manager from a fairfield location and he is a chatty gamer we love his enthusiasm and go get it done attitude. Taco Bell also is very accommodating to gamers. So this Taco goes way back with my history as a person, as a child it was one of my favorite places to eat at. There were doldrums in the late 2000's/early 2010's in quality, I remembered never wanting to eat there and when I did I instantly regretted it, due to poor food quality, rude management and staff etc. However in the late 2010's I heard that the quality in food was going up, and lo and behold the place was much better! I enjoyed eating there once again and it was good for a few years. However since the menu was changed and things like the Grilled Stuff Burtito were taken off the menu (one of my favorite items from my childhood) I noticed a sharp increase in price, a sharp decrease in food quality and friendliness of staff again. The other day I bought 3 chicken chalupas with added sauce for 20 dollars, they were almost inedibly dry and tough and over cooked and straight disgusting. I called and the manager said I could get a replacement the next day. The place was so overworked and busy the next day that when I asked for help with previous my order, a staff member just shook his head at me, indicating that I should just leave because of how busy they were. I left, and this is probably one of the top 3 worst experiences I've had at this Taco Bell. I really hope Taco Bell can pick up its act. The new ambience is really lame too, and the bathroom lock is extremely annoying. No other fast food place has a combination lock in Napa, so what gives? read more

What can I say? I LOVE taco bell. I remember when this location burned down in the 90's. I was a kid and I was terrified I would never have Taco Bell again. Thankfully they rebuilt quickly and I have been enjoying them ever since. Don't be intimidated if the drive through line is long, they are pretty good at getting you through quickly. I finally figured out why the drive thru always takes so long. 2 nights ago my family and I were 1 car back from the window when my husband spots the driver at the window pass a vodka bottle to his passenger, the passenger then pours some vodka into a clear plastic cup and passes it to the driver who then passes it to the taco bell worker at the window who quickly drinks it. Man oh man, what happened to Taco Bell's food? Super salty, no flavor, greasy oil riddened Chalupua. They have all these enticing commercials, of course the one in Napa does not participate in any of these, and you find out when you are sandwiched in the car line. Even their drinks are so sugary with no flavor. I am going back to Sonic where the drinks have tons of cherry flavor and their food isn't toxic tasting. This is just nasty.
