I find myself coming by here quite a bit more since my job moved to South Napa. Hats off to the staff for just doing a great job despite being super busy all the time. Each time I'm in a state with an In-N-Out, you know I'm there. This In-N-Out is truly exceptional; went there twice during my visit: once in the restaurant, and the other time, drive-thru. Both experiences were truly great, no complaints. Inside of the store was clean. Drive Thru experience --- although the line was long --- was a breeze. The food? I have to start out with that i have never been a fan of in-n-out, and I haven't been back in a long ass time. Its as i remember, ok burger, and shit fries. How are the fries not just crunchy the whole way through? Like it literally was like tasting hard dust. But I digress, the burger was as i remember decent. I do love the ice that they have at this establishment, and a the absolute best thing about in-n-out is the dedicated water faucet in the dispenser. The restaurant is exactly the same as the one back home. It gives you a sense of familiarity. X Palm trees mark the spot. The employees are friendly and welcoming. It taste exactly the same as back home. Super fresh cooked patties with crisp lettuce, juicy big sliced tomatoes, soft warm bread and perfectly cooked sautéed onions. I always get mine animal style. We found a seat at the booth. Employees are walking around cleaning throughout so we got a clean table. While we waited, one of the employees came by and offered us kids activity Kit. It kept them busy with the crossword puzzle while we waited for our number to be called. They called our number about 5 to 10 minute wait. I was a faithful In n' Out junkie when I lived in Santa Rosa. I went religiously 2x a week on Tuesday & Thursday's and it's always been delicious. The fries were always crispy and the buns always nice and toasted. I was so excited when I moved to Napa that there was one right next to my house. After my first time eating there I was disappointed in how soggy my fries were and the burger was just not the same. I've tried it a few more times and it's been the same each time. Perhaps they can have a Santa Rosa Manager come over and re train everyone so that the food has the same awesome quality and taste. I would really enjoy coming back to my regular 2x a week routine but the food just needs to improve. Juicer burgers, toasted buns, crispy fries every time. Please can we do better? First off, it's in n out, so of course it'll have 5 stars! This review is specifically for Daniel. He held the door open for our party upon entering while he was on his way to clean up outside. While inside he stopped by to see how things were going and if we needed anything. When I approached the counter to ask for forks for my animal fries, he came up behind me to ask how he could help because no one was at the counter. It's a Sunday. I actually didn't know I was going to be in Napa again today. It feels good to be back in Napa. I'm not going to lie. I had an In-N-Out every other day for a few months. I'm here at the In-N-Out Burger on W Imola Ave., I seen it a lot of times going to Cinemark Century Napa Valley and XD or Target. There's nothing more All-American than a Cheeseburger. I had to do it again, but this time I got the infamous 4x4 Cheeseburger instead, and Animal Fries. I don't do this everyday, it been a very long time since I had a 4x4. And last time I had a Strawberry Milkshake like usual, but this time I went with the Chocolate Milkshake. The Chocolate Milkshake was so pleasant for a hot Summer day like this, the only thing is it was so thick that I needed a Spoon. And there's nothing quite like a California Classic Cheeseburger, their flavor is so distinct. After much reconsidering, I think the last time around at the end of the other year, I scored their Cheeseburger somewhat lower than it deserved. But since this time I got the monster Cheeseburger version, I would like to rescore it. I give this 4.4 stars out of 5 stars, and it's even better knowing I did it in Napa. read more

I've been to this In-N-Out twice already and I'll say that hands down this is the In-N-Out with the shortest lines I have ever seen! haha and that's a great thing for me! I frequent the San Ramon and Pleasant Hill locations and the drive-thru lines are crazy insane, about 45 min waits. Here at the Napa one I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 min! Maybe I've just been lucky the couple of times I've gone. My In-N-Out order is always a cheeseburger with grilled onions, animal fries and a coke! Can't go wrong with that! read more

Me and my boyfriend were ordering inside and " donna" was taking our order, she looked at us like we were stupid after saying our order and said " so onion?" In a snarky way. I go to innout literally every day and I've never had a worker be as genuinely happy and nice as the lady that served me my tasty nums tonight. Taylor, I hope you go far in life, get it girl. This innout doesn't usually have a super intense line for food and it takes 15-20 mins on a bad day which is good for innout. Everyone is always super nice and I don't usually get an incorrect order unless I can tell one of the workers is new (yes I come here too often lol). Pretty clean and not overcrowded! You can go inside to pick up and then eat at the tables outside, which are all at least 6 ft apart. The staff wears masks and try to take orders from the passenger side of the car, which is considerate. I love this place. read more

If you're not familiar with the In-N-Out Secret menu: Neapolitan Shake- vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream mixed together Grilled cheese- everything but the beef patty Protein style- wrapped in lettuce, no bun Animal style- mustard grilled patty burger, grilled onions, added pickle, extra sauce (you can get animal style fries also) Well done fries... or cheese fries Banana peppers are available I literally hate salty food, so I get both my burger and fries with no salt. This is my favorite part about In-N-Out, the food is made to order and you can customize it how you want without feeling like an asshole. My go to? Cheeseburger animal style, no salt fries, with an iced tea, splash of house made pink lemonade and a fresh lemon wedge. And now for the real reason I'm writing this review? 3.5 stars. What is there to say about In-N-Out? It's predictable, but awesome. The burgers are cheap, the meat is high quality, and the people that work there seem to actually like their jobs. Like most folks, I order off the secret menu. Cheeseburger with a whole grill(ed onion), add chili peppers. Maybe I'll add an animal style on the side. No complaints about the burgers, or the service. But there is one complaint, and that's the fries. Typically I will order the fries "light well" - meaning, cook them a bit more (well done), but don't make them crispy chips. I ordered light well the last time, and as the picture shows, they came back just to the left of raw. Now people will tell you that In-N-Out is good, but their fries suck. And those people are right. Tweaking the order - getting them well done, light well, etc. - typically makes them okay, but in general, meh. This particular location somehow managed to make them worse than usual, which is a disappointing accomplishment. Overall, I'll go. Frequently.
