I waited in the drive in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window, they handed me the drinks. The pop was flat. My boys ran into the restaurant and changed the pops themselves. Then they hand me an order that was wrong. I handed it back (they actually served it). They then hand me another order..which was also wrong. Sully, an employee claimed that was what I ordered. My friend and I were hungry so we decided to get taco bell. We pulled up and they said they weren't serving food and only drinks because they were "closing soon". This was at 12:23 am and they close at 2 or 3 am. Then we pulled up to the window and we asked why they weren't serving food since they dont close for another hour or two and she said that since she leaves at 1, she doesn't want to serve food to anymore and that she's tired and wants to go home. Overall, she was really rude and made us super upset and we don't believe we will be returning to this taco bell. They're definitely redefining "fast" food. Ordered at 8:12p. Checked in at 8:35 because we didn't receive our order and literally everyone else had already received theirs. First of all they skipped over our order, and then they said that they had no more black beans for the 6 items I ordered. So they waited a half hour to tell me this and I'm HANGRY at this point after already waiting all that time. Granted it was a large order (9 items) but WTF. i have emailed, tweeted, and fb messaged TB multiple times with no response this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!: I placed an order on your website on Friday may 20th for your Niagara Falls location. When I arrived to the drive thru line and finally got to the speaker after waiting 20 minutes I was advised by the employee that She was sorry but they were closing immediately as their manager had quit on the spot. When I explained to her I had ordered online she said oh okay we can make your order just come on up. The line didn't move for 25 minutes when another employee started walking the drive thru line and telling people they weren't getting their orders. When she got to my car I explained my situation she apologize and advised me to go back online and request a refund. However when I got home online said my order has been completed and there is no refund option for my order!!!! So now I have gotten no food, wasted gas and time, and you have my money still. Nice little scam their running over there. 3 occasions now in the past 2 months where I went through the drive thru without them giving my drink. Today I was handed my bag of food and sent on my way and this time I remembered and they said "oh sorry" and filled a cup and sent me on my way. They apparently do this to many people in hopes that a customer won't bother to return to fetch their drink. I went through the diverge today after placing my order in the app. Only one car in front of me, how silly was I to think that that meant that it would be quick. I waited at the speaker for 20 minutes (the guy would occasionally come on the speaker and say, "I will be with you in a minute." Finally, he said, "Can I help you?". Told him that I was picking up an online order. They told me to pull around, and they would bring it out to me. Took another 20 minutes to get my food. There was a hair in my Mexican pizza, and half of the pizza had nothing in between the shells. I grabbed my 2 arm crutches and the food and went in. I showed them the pizza. Tiffany got really rude and accused me of putting the hair in it. Then another guy came over and told me that I didn't have to be rude. Hello, who was the rude one? Then Tiffany turned to the staff and started bad morning me. Then she stated that the restaurant was only rated at 2.5 stars and what do people expect from them, of course we are going to make mistakes. Do not eat at this location. Absolutely horrendous customer service and the manager is an absolute d***. Waited over 25 minutes for an order, asked politely for it to be refunded because I could've eaten at a sit-down restaurant faster. While he did refund only 2/3 items, he let me sit there for another five minutes afterwards only to tell me he wasn't giving me my food. THE REFUND WAS A COURTESY FOR AN OUTRAGEOUSLY LONG WAIT TIME. I am not exaggerating when I say this is probably one of the worst Taco Bell's I've been to, the service is consistently horrible as of recently. Whenever I go to taco bell anytime other than afternoon, the workers are slow, and just don't seem to care. I personally work in the food service industry, and never in my life would I be so negligent towards customers or the restaurant itself. Always low on sauces,at least put up a sign if there are supply issues.. Communication is terrible and I've seen people waiting in the drive through for so long. Seriously do better guys. Horrible, horrible experience! I made a 40 minute drive for nothing. All of the employees were extremely rude. Playing on their phones and socializing with one another, and their friends and family which were in the dining area. Employees were shouting to them from the kitchen area as well. Setting their phones and drinks in the food prep area and itching their heads! Not a care at all about the customers that were waiting for food that we are paying for!! That's not even the worse part. It took them 45 minutes to complete making my one chalupa!! I always come to this location to grab a quick bite, as it is near the outlet mall and Walmart. All the years I've been coming here, service has been very slow. Like really slow. Even with new faces, the service is still the same. Many times I've received multiple wrong orders or missing items, so watch for that.
