If you are the first person in line and you know what you want you will be out quickly. I've never received a wrong order and they have always had what i wanted. This place is good for something fast, or on the go just expect to be on line through the drive thru for a bit. Which is understandable with the pandemic like in all fast food places always check your bag before driving off to make sure everything you ordered is there. This place really never messed up my order and the person on the window is always friendly since that's the only one you will see. Ordered $50 worth. The quesadilla was not cut and was empty. There was barely any filling at all. The soft tacos were completely empty. Legit an empty tortilla. The cheesy wrap was empty was well. It was as thick as a cigar, so we unrolled it and there was maybe a pinch of cheese. This was the worst quality we've ever received. Seriously, just a bunch of empty tortillas. I ordered fiesta potatoes and a soft taco and got two chicken quesadillas instead. So went to this location yesterday after work to get dinner. I do come to this location and have never had any problems with service or staff. I was waiting in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes and when I finally got to the speaker they informed me they were closing early which I have no issue with, and they did have a note on the speaker as well. The issue I do have is why wouldn't you come out and at least block the drive-thru with a cone or something. I along with about another 4-5 cars were stuck in line for another 10 mins because they were being extremely slow getting the customers food to them there is no other way to get out of line. I do understand a lot of businesses are understaffed due to the pandemic but this was very disappointing as a customer and hopefully will be addressed. read more

Taco Bell has become such a joke. They changed the bread used for the Gordita/chalupas and it's too thick and doughy. Then! If you order a hard taco box and ask for sour cream and tomato on then, the price is $25 for that box! Ridiculous! When you open it, there were 4 tomatoes on them but I was charged .50! Very Rude employee she worked the drive thru November 7 between the hours of 11:00 pm and midnight. Does not know how to speak right to customer. She literally did not want me to check to see if my order was correct when she handed it to us through the drive thru window. Been coming to this location since I was little. Never had any issues here until recently. Was there the other day to grab dinner. I ordered a chalupa meal, 3 soft tacos, 2 grilled stuffed burritos, nachos and cheese and the new nacho fries supreme and a chili cheese burrito! My receipt has everything listed correctly. I got a regular fries and nacho cheese, not the supreme. Ok, let that slide. Honest mistake. Then got to my chili cheese burrito ... what a joke that ended up being. I had more of the tortilla than anything else. Usually they're bursting and the chili cheese gets all over the place. Best part of it. It was as thin as can be. Anorexic chili cheese burrito. Our food ended up being cold and all the tacos ended up being a basic salad! Hardly any meat on anything. Looks like I'll be going to the Columbia road location. Quick and realible! I have a super confusing vegan order, but they always get it correct.

I used to come here all of the time but as of recently in the past few months it has been an awful experience. Wrong orders, DISCUSTING food, COLD food, and awful service. It takes forever to get food and when you do its been sitting out way too long and you can tell. The beans are dry and crusty. This is coming from an ex GM from a privately owned fast food restaurant. It is very obvious that they are not keeping track of their times for how long food can sit out before it is waste. I wouldn't want others coming here to experience this. Somebody will get food poisoning, its just a matter of time if this keeps up. This place desperately needs new management. I wont be coming here anymore. Such a waste of money and time. It's just sad because this used to be the best location around and now it's trash. Hopefully the managers will see this and make changes accordingly. Consumers be weary. read more

Finally tried the new Dorito Lacos Taco. It was OK, however, I expected the shell to actually taste like the cheesy Dortio chips. It was still good-ish, but not overly-whelming good as they show in those snazzy commercials. I'm having hopes that the Cool Ranch Dorito Taco will have more flavor. read more

I'm upset. Went to taco bell on a casual friday night with the girls. Got 4 baja blast freezes, a chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream, and two supreme tacos with no meat. When we got home, we discovered that we received the complete wrong order. The taco we received had a hair in it, and the mexican pizza was complete dismembered and looked like a mexican salad. Truly a disgrace and should never be served any individual. We went back and got our right order, but our appetite was lost at the sights of these horrendous creations.
