I work late nights and every single time I come to this location after midnight they have the drive-thru blocked off with chairs. Their sign still says "Open", they're listed as a 24 hour drive-thru on Apple Maps, Yelp, and Google (at least on the weekends) and 5 separate times now I've driven up and not been able to enter the drive-thru. I can see the employees in the kitchen usually just standing in a circle or outside smoking so I'm assuming this isn't something the manager knows about. These 5 visits have been over the last 6 months or so so it's not a new thing. I'm finally just annoyed enough to leave a review. Update your hours or sort out your employees guys. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! ALL OF OUR FOOD WAS COLD. No cheese was melted and everything was wrapped EXTRA sloppy with beans and meat falling out of the wrappers and smeared all over it. Some youngster that worked there, looked like side show Bob, was going in so I stopped him to ask if they were open and he said let me see what's going on. So after waiting patiently I see him put his drive thru headset on with another character and they both head to the back. I waited for a bit thinking he was actually going to get back to me but both guys were just hiding but kept looking out. Negative 5 stars!!! People want to demand $15+ an hour but can't seem to execute such a simple task of taking an order and giving the paying customer what they have asked for. I went in and ordered my food at the kiosk they have. When I went to go pay for my food the card machine said authorizer was unavailable at the moment. I went up to the cash register and tried using the card machine there. It said the same message. The manager on duty saw what was happening and found out I used 2 different cards to try to pay for my meal. As I was leaving to go get cash I was stopped by the manager on duty who said that the meal was free for the issue I was having with the cad reader. This made my day as I live from pay check to pay check and I'm a veteran. I never expect any recognition. What this manager did today was unexpected. The manager didn't have to do this. Just tried there new $5 box the grilled cheese burrito but this Taco Bell always charges an extra dollar so not sure why it's called the $5 box. Let me start by saying the big fat burrito they show on the commercial will not be what you get. Bare minimum meat and couldn't taste the nacho cheese inside of it. Then the cinnamon twist that come with it I had to throw away because they tasted like 10year old oil and no cinnamon at all.
