4/24/26 Miguel's Jr Ontario, CA... Ordered the Miguel's Jr Trio. Bean & Cheese Burrito , Chicken Taco , and a Lemonade to drink! A great deal for $8 which has stuck around by popular demand! My friend and I also shared a side of fries and a Caramel Churro for dessert. All was so Yummy! The cashier lady manager at the front was very nice and has great customer service! All other employees were nice to when getting other items ordered and refills. Place was very clean inside and outside! Come enjoy if you haven't yet or even if you already have!!!

Known for delicious homestyle Mexican food. My usual is their BRC Burrito, been my go to for many years but tonight I wanted one of their delicious bowls. They quac burrito bowl, so good! Filled with Spanish rice topped with pinto beans, jack cheese, diced tomatoes, cilantro, onions, chunky guacamole, and your choice of protein. I had chicken. Delicious! Service was awesome! Food came out quick. The only issue and unfortunately I have to speak up about it is their bowls portion size. Maybe a little but bigger portion size for the price given.

I ordered beef taquitos and hardly had beef in them. It was horrible. Basically eating a fried tortilla.

Miguel Jr is a traditional Hispanic inspired taco/burrito restaurant in SoCal. The restaurant itself was clean, and I saw an employee picking up trays during visit. The floors and tables were clean... A+ The food itself was very tasty. The shredded beef tacos were seasoned well, and served in a traditional fried shell. The beans and rice had great flavor, with the beans being a bit on the salty side. The drinks are traditional, including all the normal coke flavors. The plate with two tacos is right at 13.50 with tax including the drink. An extra taco is around 3.50. Not horrible cost wise, but more expensive than other quick casual restaurants. Overall the location was clean and the food was hot and tasty. A rating, 5 stars!

Ass, haven't been here for along time. Today it was shit, I'll never be back. I ordered the cali burrito, it was so disgusting. I threw it out, RIP Miguel's jr. Trashhhhhh

Still not our extra cheese we paid for. The problem is when we ask for extra cheese they either don't add extra cheese or they add extra beans which takes away the point of the extra cheese. This burrito was so bad that I had a blow out in a double wrapped...this has never happened :-( How hard is it to find a cook to follow directions????? This store had no clean tables at all and even gave us a dirty tray. The staff were friendly though.

    El potato burrito

The burrito was good as always the tortilla chips crunchy, and the guacamole was full of flavor. The coffee Chata on the other hand, literally watered down Horchata with a bitter coffee taste. I called the location, asked for the Manager let her know that it tasted off. She proceeded to tell me that multiple people have been ordering all day and nobody has complained about the coffeechata. I proceeded to let her know that mine tasted off. That's all I wanted to let her know then she said give me your name and next time you could get another one.

1st experience. Family owned business. Drive thru ordering is down to an art form. Excellent food, customer service is top notch. 6 star rating!!

I like this place. It's pretty quiet. I see more orders coming in through the Drive-thru. I never tried Miguel Jrs but was referred. We had some Birria tacos, side of beans and BRC burrito and yes of course, it's fall and they have a seasonal Pumpkin Horchata which was soo pumpkiny! Didn't take the burrito pic. But it was really good! Everything was flavorful. Not bland. Customer service was good. It's very clean inside. I'll be trying something new soon!

It did move pretty fast than expected and service was quick. While my husband and I were waiting, we were reviewing the menu. They had a lot of good choices that definitely sounded good for Sunday breakfast, and eventually I settled on the corned beef hash plate with potato's and fruit instead of eggs. My husband saw the chalkboard menu and chose the kalbi short ribs with fried rice and Mac salad. We also added French toast On the side to share. After placing our order, they let us know what seat number we were seated at and went outside to our table. The outdoor patio was very nice, open spaced and shaded well enough that the sun wasn't reaching us. The seats were comfortable enough and the table space was generous for a party of 4 (I know they had tables for 6 and combined tables for larger parties). When our food was brought out and we began to eat, the food had a lot of flavor. I did pick off my husband's plate and have to say everything he had was very good. I have no complaints about the taste or presentation of the food we got, and would definitely check it out again to try something else.

Came in on Monday morning around 11, which by all the reviews I was expecting a line, but there was only two people ahead of us. You order your food then they assign you to a table. But the katsu was good. The gravy was a little sweet. Overall it was good. My husband had the Hawaiian bbq steak breakfast, I loved it. It was really good. Very flavorful and filling. I honestly loved the mushrooms. Chefs kiss !!! The lava pancakes were super moist and not as sweet, which was really good. I wish they would have put more macadamia nuts for more crunch. Definitely a MUST TRY !! The Hawaiian coffee was pretty decent. Not as sweet. I wanted it to be a little stronger but it was good. They had seating inside and outdoor. Very clean and spacious. Employees kept coming around asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Definitely coming back

Scramblers also has a long line, but in comparison the wait was more reasonable. I've since removed the other restaurant from my list of places to go. Congrats to them for being so popular, but when people are forced to wait for an hour by default, it's an automatic turn off and they're losing customers. Anyway, while waiting in line at Scramblers we had time to look at the menu which is a big sign hanging over the counter. When we first walked in, though, the sign was still far away, so I also brought the menu up on my phone. I was glad there was a vegetarian Garden Crepe option and the cashier was accommodating when I asked for even more ingredients to be removed. It was packed inside, so when we were asked we told her we'd prefer to sit outside. Outside, there are small wooden signs with numbers on them and you go to the one you're assigned to. We were sat next to a tree which was appreciated because we got some shade. There's also a table with condiments if you want to grab a bottle of ketchup or anything else you might want. At the time I remembered thinking what a nice day it was to be sitting outside, but later learned the air quality was actually bad that day since there was a fire we didn't know about. Also, summers in general have bad air quality because the heat traps the pollution. Then again, even if we chose to sit inside, the door was open for people to line up, so we couldn't have escaped the bad air either way. Also, Scramblers is on the corner of a busy intersection and I saw one car cutoff another car at the turn and the other driver honk and yell at the other driver, so not exactly the most peaceful place to sit down and eat. Anyway, the food tasted good and I ate everything in one sitting. After being to this plaza a few times now, I've learned that it's best to take whatever parking spot you can get even if it's far from the place you're going to. Scramblers is especially difficult to get to, so it was a bit of a walk to and from our car. I've said it before in other reviews, but I curse whoever planned the layout of this plaza, like what were they thinking? Still, there are enough places for us to want to try out to keep coming back.

Toby likes to poke fun of me because I usually a cup or two of coffee when we're in, but, get me to…read morea breakfast diner or other food joint and I'm suddenly having six to eight cups with my meal. I remembered this because Iron Skillet has got to be the fastest on the draw in terms of keeping you coffee topped off. I counted in the first fifteen minutes I was there, I had my coffee refilled four times and probably eight times in the span of the forty-five minutes I was there. The only slowdown I saw was when they dropped off the bill. Suddenly after that no one was checking on me to see if I needed more coffee. I guess they figured that I had had enough and were cutting me off. That's a mistake because as long as I'm sitting at breakfast I'm going to want coffee. The second thing I noticed was they have a damn good skillet program here, especially if want to experiment with creating your own. It was something like $15.50 to put in three mix-ins for your skillet, but only $1.50 to make the mix-ins unlimited. This time I kept it simple--sausage, ham, green peppers, and onions along with customary cheddar and three eggs--but next time I'm going to experiment a little. The skillet itself was amazing. The portion was generous, the produce was fresh, and the eggs were super runny. It really is in contention for the best traditional skillet I've ever had. The other thing that could've put it in the running for best skillet overall is if they had some exotic offerings for protein like I've had elsewhere in the country like elk, smoked pulled pork, duck, walleye, or even rabbit. Skillets are good, but skillets with like an animal you don't normally see for breakfast is amazing. I'm still on the lookout for my goat skillet. The service, as aforementioned, was impeccable. The coffee refills is the main thing I complain about other breakfast joints and here I never even had a thought to getting upset regarding that for the first portion of the meal. My only critique as you may have guessed is to continue that generosity and initiative for the whole meal. I really want me to toy with breaking double digits with the amount of coffee refills I receive during a meal. And that's only going to happen if you continue to ask me after you drop off the bill. The ambience is good. It looks like a diner. It quacks like a diner. It's a diner. I felt right at home here with all that space and mix of booths, tables, and counter space. I'm definitely planning my trip back here for that superb Build-a-Skillet and that fantastic attention to keeping the coffee overflowing in my mug.

This was a bit out of the way, but still somewhat close hy in Ontario. I really like the shopping center its in. Lots of communal seating outside. But I can only imagine when its a 100 degrees midday, they dont get much use. The actual store is super small. With very few seating options. They have a lot of different desserts they offer. From coffees, to halo halo to baked goods to cookies to shakes and matcha and everything else inbetween. Staff is friendly, the drinks do take some time to make. We had their halo halo, banana pudding matcha, several of their crinkles, and their guava cheese. The halo halo looks amazing. So many colors. It was very cold. But had no flavors.... tasted like drinking milk with ice. Even the little jellies had no flavors. It wad just loke drinking iced milk. The matcha pudding was horrendous. No real flavors except for bitterness. Seemed like it was watered down. Matcha was not good at all. The crinkles all tasted the same. I didnt know which was which. The guava one had a minor hint of guava. The guava cheese though was really good. Almost rivals that of Portos. But with amazing Filipino desserts closer to home (Cafe 86). And if im really hurting for halo halo closer to home in Seafood City. I dont see myself going out of my way to make a trip here again, unfortunately.
