My husband ordered me a beefy 5 layer burrito with no sour cream no cheddar cheese ONLY nacho cheese. (Yes I know I'm weird) he got himself a double decker.... We went thru drive thru... So we had to park my husband needed to use the bathroom. I took a bite in my burrito and it tasted funny so I look in to SEE SOUR CREAM! So I walk in to let them know the mistake. She had a stank face like she didn't want to get my burrito... She walked over to the girl who was making food but I didn't catch her name she has a tattoo on her left arm. So I sat there to watch them so they wouldn't spit in my food Bc I wasn't trying to be rude.. I told her no sour cream, no cheddar cheese only nacho cheese. I seen them whispering. Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but I was practically dying of hunger so I pooped in. The definition of a hole-in-the-wall. I got the regular hamburger and wow... there are no words. A classic burger done right. Crisp bun, juicy patty, stuffed with all the essentials (ketchup, shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles) There's about a million options available between the menu board and wall full of specials, so it can get a little overwhelming, but you really can't go wrong. I just went to Taco Bell approximately 20 minutes ago and ordered the beefy crunchy nacho griller because my man was on his lunch and was hungry . When he got it ,the meat was not fully cooked which was extremely unsatisfying and made me disappointed . Every time I go they either mess up the order and give duplicates of something we didn't order and this time the food was not cooked all the way . Unacceptable . Running out of supplies can happen, but refusing water to customers and asking them to go somewhere else for it is very poor service. That's highly unusual for Del Taco. Usually they have some of the best Mexican food. Or what you would call Mexican food. Had a craving for a couple of bean and cheese burritos. Ordered two with green sauce, one with red and extra onions because they're supposed to come with onions and it never seems like there's any onions on them. I get my bill and pay for it and drive-through and like what these things are super expensive. When I pull over eat them and look at the receipt they charge you $.75 per burrito for extra onions. And they only had the amount of onions that I would consider would be the regular amount on a burrito. What a rip. One of them barely had any onions on them. What a way to gouge your customers in the future, probably should just order the burritos and come home and put onions on them. For $2.43 I could easily buy a couple of onions and dice them up. And have tons of onions for other stuff. Between the price of the onion and tax that's what it comes to. It wouldn't be so bad if they actually put their regular amount of onions on. I would say between the three burritos. I probably got a 1 ounce soufflé cup worth of onions.
