Place sucks. Theres a lot I want to say, but theres two things about my potato burrito i hated. One, the potatoes had no substance it was like just potato skins. Two, the beef was more bland sauce than beef. How TB has usurped Del Taco is beyond me, Im guessing most people here have the palate of a 5 year old. All the sauces suck too. Its just awful. We stopped here for a quick bite for the kids. Service was slow, but honestly what was worse was the temperature. It was freezing. Got home and order was wrong. Called the location and spoke with the manager they said they would remake the order just to bring the ticket off the bag and the receipt. I live 20 minutes away so I drove back and was told by another manager once I got there that she knows who I spoke with but would not be remaking the order. After finally arguing enough over what I was told vs what she was telling me did not match up. They finally reluctantly gave me part of my order but not the full thing and all of the food was cold. WORST LOCATION within A 30 mile range. Truly choose any other Taco Bell or restaurant this one sucks. read more

Customer service was poor. Getting our food was quick, but while watching them make our food they proceeded to be neglectful of their job, being distracted by their phone. After they out the phones down, they kept the same gloves on. While most people may overlook this, I have no idea where that phone has been and I would rather not get sick due to the germs. They have tons of gloves for a reason. The lack of respect from the employees toward my friend was also uncalled for. I prefer respect and cleanliness over getting my food quicker. It is unnecessary for 2-3 employees to make fun of someone just because of a shirt. read more

We eat here ALL the time and usually it's late at night, but today we decided to stop for lunch. We ordered and the lady that took our order was great, and our receipt was correct & everything like we ordered. I routinely use the drive-through at the Oxford taco Bell between like 430 and 6 PM. Even if there's a line services always fast and my food is always good. whether I'm getting a cheesy, melt burrito, a meal or food for my whole family. It's always good! I get exactly what I ordered. It's always hot. The burritos aren't skimpy. I'd recommend it to anybody. Keep up the good work! read more

This location has always stayed open until 5am. It's one of the only places open that I can stop and get food after work because I work so late. I rode by after work tonight around 3am. Drive thru lights were on so I pulled through, but nobody acknowledged that I was there. So I called to see what was going on, and the person who answered the phone said they were closed and didnt open again until 7. 2 hours early, why? Its not a holiday, the weather is fine, and the people still have the dang drive thru lights on. A girl just wants her tacos. read more

I was stuck in the bathroom for at least 2 hours. I literally thought I had food poisoning . To make it worse it was their bathroom and I didn't have toilet paper so I had to us a mop that was in the corner of the bathroom. The only way you get good service is if you go elsewhere. This is by far the worst taco bell around as far as customer service goes. My last visit, trust me, its going to be my last, I waited forty minutes for cold food and was lied to when I asked for a manager's name and number. i hate this place. they never get my order right, there is always something that they don't have. when i went thru the drivethru today (a "Football Saturday") they didn't have any CO2 to pump the fountain drinks. What kind of management wouldn't realize that restaurant drive thru sales increase during sports events (this is the heart of the SEC afterall) because people want to get back home quickly to see the game. oh, about the quickly, you won't find it here. the drive thru has to be the slowest in calhoun county and what's worse is that the way the drive thru is made, you are 'held hostage' and made to stay in the line, even if you decide NOT to get taco bell. and the new "triple steak stack" is nothing but some beef slices w/cheese on some kind of wrap that is more akin to raw, un-risen dough, that is so gummy it seems to inflate as you attempt to swallow it. the dough is actually a serious choking hazard. i can't say i'd give them any stars or any recommendations at all. read more
