Most of the employees are rude, except Hope who works the drive thru, probably the only nice person who works there. Me and my friends decided to order some food on Halloween night. After a night of starving and walking for HOURS. we were excited to grub. We waited for an hour AND a half. We started to realize that people who order after us have begun to get there food. We got curious and asked about our order. They give us attitude, and they did not give us very much information on it. We asked FOUR times. And nothing. After a long time of waiting we left and had our other friends get the food. After our other friends for waiting THIRTY MINUTES nothing. After a long period of time they finally told us that they didn't get our order AT ALL. We asked multiple times about our order and they did not give us that information. It would have been nice to get a heads up, INSTEAD of waiting long. I am unsatisfied with ALL the workers and the service they gave us. I think that BETTER and NICER people should be working at THIS Taco Bell. I should have KNOWN not to eat here with the roach next to my foot while I was waiting. This service has ruined my whole WEEK. Never coming here again. Do not recommend!!!! read more

Needs new employees that don't seem so pissy about having to work a job they applied for. Also, needs someone that can remember to check food bags before handing them out. It's not the customers job to make sure their food is properly put together, we don't get paid for that shit. Manager here is your typical "I'm holier than thou" person, and most of the employees are lazy. This place needs an entire revamp for staff. I've been to this location on several occasions, and they continue to live up to their bad reputation. Let's start with the positive...they have brought in friendlier workers, which is always a plus. Unfortunately that's where the positives stop, and the negatives begin. Service can be painfully slow, even during slow times. My biggest complaint is their inability to get an order correct. It happens way too much! The last few times I've been I've ordered a steak burrito supreme, and each time I get beef. They have no problem charging me for steak, but the preparers aren't reading the screen correctly. There are also times that I (or my wife) get home only to find items missing. It's a nice place with usually very young employees and customers. This seems to be a big hangout for the high schoolers around here. Has medium speed for making the food but anytime it has a line it takes awhile. The building itself looks really pretty and soft which I love. read more

You expect a certain level of quality when you go to Tacobell. This Tacobell has to reach it. Getting the correct food in the bag is often a good start. Three orders over the last year and each one was messed up. Today they topped themselves by using old chewy taco shells. Nothing says quality like screwing up your main product. The Severna Park Tacobell isn't much better, but at least it's kinda fresh. read more
