This review is for the date 07/16/2021 around 640pm. There was a older lady and young man working together at the register for the drive thru line. I am not a regular so when I arrived at the drive thru I needed help with my order. With that being said, I came here to get some food for my siblings. Terrible service! They got my order wrong, my mistake I should of checked before leaving, then I return for my correct order they ask for my receipt which is fine. They check and correct the order fix it and when I asked for extra cheese for the chips they left out of my original order which they didn't apologize for they still said I had to pay 50 cents for it. Ordered 2 Iced Coffees and a nacho fries from the kiosk. after getting my fries, I was left waiting for over 5 minutes before someone asked if I was waiting for something. I had told him I was waiting for my 2 iced coffees, and that I wanted them with easy ice, as I hate paying for a cup of ice with a small amount of coffee that gets instantly watered down. l I was kept waiting for a while more, when I was presented with two iced coffees that were not only full of ice, but not even filled to the top! There was a good 1/4 cut off the top of each of the iced coffees paid for,and the ice went just as high! The reason given was "The reason it's not up to the top is because you ordered easy ice. if it was regular ice it'd be at the top." I agree with Mary M. below rate the place by the type of business it is. ie dive bar a dive bar scale, fast food by fast food scale. In the case of this Taco Bell it rates up with one of the better ones in the area. It is an older taco bell due to the fact they don't have a indoor eating area. It is two window and a little side area to eat in. Anyway but it is one of the cleanest and fastest Taco Bell I have been to. The only reason it does not get five stars is that locale of it. If you are driving south on Rosemead then you are money, if you are going north then you got to bust some Steve McQueen moves in Bullit to get to it. Also my love of taco bell and how one can eat like a king for less than 5 bucks still amazes me to this day. Also what I love about this place is if you walk up to the window you can get all the hot sauce packets you want. Something you can't do in the drive thru. This location is the most consistent in the area I've been to in terms of food being hot and service being nice. I haven't been to the one closer to PCC though because it's annoying in general to drive through Colorado on a college campus with a lot of unprotected turns (will do it for Chick Fil-A sometimes) and pedestrian traffic unless I have to so it deters me. This location is probably built to be the most convenient drive through style establishment compared to any other tb I've seen from the way it's designed although the redesign encourages more dining in (which I don't do) than previously. read more

The BEST Taco Bell you could visit.. I drive past another Taco Bell to get to this one. The staff is friendly and they never get your order wrong. The tacos and burritos are full. If you've been to the Taco Bell on Baldwin in Arcadia you've probably got one of their tacos with only enough filling for a 1-2 inch taco shell. I think that Baldwin store uses a teaspoon for serving size. I think some reviewers are mistaken this Rosemead store for that terrible cheap azz one on Baldwin. This Rosemead Blvd Taco Bell is the BEST Taco Bell store running. That is why I drive twice as far to get to this store. read more

I don't eat Taco Bell too much but I had a craving and this was the first one I saw. The employees here are nice but it is all outside dining. And outside there's only three tables or so. Currently they have happy hour from 2-5 where you can get a medium drink for $1. I probably wouldn't stay here to eat. Good place to go for a drive through.
