​I placed an online order at 7:50 PM for 2 sandwiches, and received an email stating it would be ready at 8:10 PM. I arrived exactly at 8:10 PM. One of the employees asked if I was waiting for an order, and I pointed to the bag right there with my name on it. They were just putting the receipt on it, but the order wasn't actually finished.​What followed was a complete failure in basic customer service. ​Instead of finishing my order which had been placed 25 minutes prior the staff completely ignored it to prioritize walk-in customers. A family of three ordered, got their food, and left. Right after, a second family of three walked in. The second employee, who had actually started making my sandwich before I even arrived, completely abandoned my food mid-build to take care of the new walk-ins, which took another 10 minutes. ​Meanwhile, the first employee finished only one of my sandwiches, put it in the bag, and then literally started sweeping the floor right in front of me instead of making my second sandwich, fully knowing I was sitting there waiting. Besides the family of three at the counter, the restaurant was totally empty. ​Once the second family left, a solo customer walked in, and the employee tried to start making her sandwich next. At that point, it was 30 minutes past my promised pickup time. I finally had to get up, complain, and ask how much longer it was going to take. Only then did the employee finally finish my order. ​The night crew working the front here completely mismanaged the line, ignored digital tickets, and showed zero respect for a customer's time. As I walk to the counter to order, a male employee is wrapping up the condiments and looks at me in disbelief that I'm coming in possibly so I ask can I order he makes a gesture like yeah. I say can I get an Italian sub and he makes what appears to be a annoyed facial gesture and takes the wrap off of the condiments because he'll need them for my sub so I immediately it's okay bro never mind I see it's an issue he tries to say he wasn't mad but he really was. The problem with this is why are people closing up shop 30 plus minutes earlier especially items that would be used if a customer comes in. I never leave bad reviews but I'm still annoyed a day later so here we are. Last night I went to pick up my girlfriend's order at the listed ready time of 7:24 PM. I showed up at that time, asked if her order was ready, and was told no. Which is fine, I could clearly see they were backed up as they were working on like nine sandwiches at once for pick-up orders. No big deal, it happens. However, I then watched them get done with those sandwiches, as well as the sandwiches of several walk-in customers that arrived in the interim. By that time, it was 7:52 and I was the only person in the restaurant. Just sitting there, still waiting for my order. Finally, the staff behind the counter made the sandwich and wrapped it up. They dropped it on the pick-up rack and went back to joking around with each other. All of the other pick-up orders were called out by name, mine was the only one that wasn't. No "sorry about the wait", no calling the order out by name and handing it to me, not even acknowledging my existence at all. Again, I was the only person in the restaurant at this point. I don't think this is acceptable after waiting thirty minutes for a pickup order and watching everyone else get helped before me. I typically have almost unlimited patience for retail/service workers but I felt so disrespected during my time here that it led me to leaving my first ever bad review. Excellent Philly Cheesesteak was joyously consumed by me on Sunday. Well, actually I got the LARGE so it was portioned out between Sunday lunch time and finally Tuesday's lunch. I got 4 servings out of it and each serving was just filling enough. This is where an air fryer comes into play. I ate the first 1/4 as soon as I got home with my food. Subsequent portions were reheated in my air fryer. I just pulled the sandwich open and put it in the air fryer and 5 minutes later/375 degrees it was ready like it just came out of JM's own ovens. Went to Jersey Mike's today 4/30. I was a bit disappointed with wait time. I ordered my meal online and when I got there at the pick up time I still had to wait an extra 25 minutes. When I opened my sandwich, it looked like a five-year-old made It the mayonnaise dripping out on my sandwich along with the oils. This is my local Jersey Mike's, and it's average. It's a smaller location with only a few tables. The food takes a long time to come, which I noticed other people have the same problem. Due to COVID safety they allow 6 customers inside at a time. It's fairly spacious inside so you are able to social distance. It was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. Interesting you can order your sandwhich Mike's way and it includes "juice" which is red wine vinegar and olive oil. I had ordered the super sub but think they made me a supreme club because there was mayo and bacon in my sandwhich. So for this review I am not sure what I ate but it was good. The cheese and meats are sliced when ready to be made and tasted very fresh. The next time I order tho I think I would prefer without the mayo and bacon. read more

I haven't had JM too many times but when I do I can say it's a treat. I have to give a survival shout out to the staff at this particular location Victor & Hailey both were awesome. I think that's why my sub tasted a little more delicious bc the time, effort and one on one attention helped. They had a very smooth team process and organized. The location was clean and staff was mindful to change out gloves when handling different meats. I ordered tuna sub with Parmesan bread and have provolone cheese. We were pleasantly surprised at how the hot sandwich (#17 Philly cheese) was being cooked (by placing bread, meat, veggies on the grill pan) and how much meat was placed on the cold sandwich (#13 Italian). They were both so good! I like warm food in general, so I liked #17 better, and my boyfriend liked #13 more for more meat presence. I've always had great experience at this store. Instead of going to the one closer to my house in La Cańda which I've had not so great the experience, I drive all the way to this store. So I ordered a Big Kahuna with extra meat around 1 pm and requested pickup time at 2:30. I received an email confirming the pickup at 2:30. I got there at 2:20 and sat in the car until 2:25. I went inside, picked up my order and drove home. When I opened the bag I found the Big Kahuna was COLD ! I will bet it's been sitting there for at least 30 mins instead of the agreed on time at 2:30, they must have finished making it at 2 pm or earlier!!! I placed an order online for pickup at 4:18pm. Upon arrival, my order was not ready. I was told that one of my hot sub was still being made. After waiting for 30 minutes, I noticed that there was nothing on the grill. So I asked if my sandwich was actually being prepared. It turned out that I was waiting over 30 minutes with nothing being made. All of the staff looked like they didn't want to work there. I finally got my order and walked out of the store at 5:05pm. When I got home, the hot sub was so badly made and was a complete soggy mess. I am NEVER returning to this Jersey Mike's location.
