Hard to say. It's Taco Bell at the end of the day. I've gotten food here a few times. Both via drive-thru, and eating in. Last night I went through the drive-thru. The drive-thru is now AI generated which makes the ordering process longer than it should as you aren't talking to an actual employee. After the AI didn't comprehend what I was saying, an employee came over the intercom and took my order. It's really counter-productive. Just leave it how it was and let people talk to a human. This is exactly why the drive-thru line was out on RT 112. It's not time efficient at all. My food however was good. Nice and fresh. However, I was not given straws for my beverages. Eh. Taco Bell, please get rid of the AI at the drive-thru and let people keep their jobs. read more

I hate leaving negative reviews but this Taco Bell really throws me off. I love Taco Bell so I won't tarnish the brand but this location needs a management makeover. The drive thru always takes eternity. It can be a slow weekend night and they still manage to take forever. So I think order ahead from the app and it will be quicker if I go inside right? NOPE! Always at least a 30 minute wait for fast food... I learned from doing takeout the interior is filthy which makes me weary about even ordering from this location moving forward. I can understand being overworked and underpaid but on top of it all, the employees are always rude. I am always friendly and polite, even given the aforementioned frustrations and they are always rude and curt. I'll continue to order from this location due to the convenience, just wish they would receive new management and more customer service training. read more

Wife worked all day and picked up mobile order thru drive thru waited in drive thru for 20 min got food was ice cold got home 5 min drive opened to then find hair in. Food called and got hung up on said "disconnected" to call back and get supposed supervisory have someone translate the call only to not understand that after agreeing to refund transaction, that the transaction was made with a digital card. There is no physical card for them to tap or insert to process the refund I ordered through the online website. I want my money back and cannot receive it until the return is digitally or manually processed. read more

Then he got our drinks wrong, then we later realized he labeled our orders wrong too. Lastly, there were probably 3 crumbs of meat in our crunchwrap supremes (not very supreme). Man how the mighty have fallen. I used to love Taco Bell. Good prices and tasty food. Now, prices have shot up to a crazy amount AND they are drastically cutting the quality and amount of what you get. I went to Taco Bell and got a Crunchwrap. I took a few bites and noticed that there was virtually no beef in it. Like if you took all the beef out it probably would be 1 teaspoon of meat, I'm not exaggerating. Thinking they just have just forgotten, I went in and politely asked for another one explaining they forgot the beef. They hand me another one after a few minutes and I walk out again. I start eating and this is what I got, seen in the pictures below. You can see the tiniest sliver of beef on the right side. This is a joke. Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food spot. And it's become one of the only ones I'd go to. Now, with the prices the way they are, and the declining quality/ portions, I just can't justify continuing to eat at these restaurants to myself. I suggest anyone reading this review stop eating at these places with their dishonest advertising and outrageous prices. Send them a message. read more

Such a bad overall rating...and I am sure there is truth to every one of those bad reviews. However, the line is ALWAYS long here! So I guess they are doing something right. Or we all just get a little taco bell craving and can't help ourselves. haha. Best way to order in my opinion...download the app, use it, hopefully get some discounts/specials, sit in the comfort of your car, then pick the order up inside once its ready - the app will let you know when. Absolutley horrid. Go somewhere else. Everything was stale, even the cinnabons were hard as rocks. Not to mention finding a 2 inch piece of a dark brown, rock solid piece of sh*t in my food. I ordered extra cheese and got less than I normally do! Had to add my own cheese when I got home- for real. I ordered no lettuce meanwhile every item I ordered came with abundance of lettuce(even if lettuce wasn't even a part of the item). The soda (pepsi) was tasteless like seltzer. Not gnna try to hide it, I effing love Taco Bell. My fatasss can eat like a king at this fast food spot. This ain't the best Bell as far as quantity/quality goes but its usually on point and I don't always get messed up orders, though it does happen often at Taco Bell in general, it usually doesn't happen to me in patchogue. Have I gotten meatless tacos? Quesadillas with chicken on one side and air on the other? Crunch wraps that were a little less than supreme? Sure, but I stick to my staples and mostly enjoy them. I miss the Baja and Santa Fe options of my childhood, and I miss a few of those limited time items (sometimes they'll make em anyway) like the ranchero chicken soft taco, and recently the amazing for a dollar, taco burrito. I wish they'd stay open late as advertised sometimes shutting down before I feel they shoul for the night but who really needs a big neon sign over your car for cops to pick out all the drunks at 3am waiting on a mile long line.... seriously pigs, here's your cash cow. I placed my order in the store on the kiosk and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes to get my order. The woman ahead of me was waiting over 45 minutes and had missing items from her order. They seemed to get mobile orders done quicker. But they took a very long time to assist any of the people in the store looking to dine in or take out. Very young and inexperienced staff. Manager looked very overwhelmed and seemed to be very inexperienced as well. I don't eat a lot of fast food and honestly I wouldn't come back to this location. read more

The T-Bell receipt offers you a number to call & rate the place along with a chance to win 1,000$. I called the IVR (Interactive Voice Response.) The first question: "Would you recommend this Taco Bell to others?" I prompted the "No" option, then an option to leave a voice mail for an employee or manager I didn't go that route. Today for the first time I had a Taco Bell breakfast which included the Crunch wrap combo meal. The meal wasn't too bad. I made the mistake of adding Diablo sauce to my wrap..my mouth was on fire! The cashier Jahleel was nice enough to give me a cup so I can drink some ice water. I was impressed with the cleanliness and great customer service at this location. I've been to this Taco Bell several times and they've never screwed up our order and that's a win at any fast food place! They've been skimpy on fillings or anything either. The Drive Thru can get busy during evening hours (especially Fri/Sat). It usually moves pretty well, but going inside is always an option! They also have kiosks so you don't even have to wait for the cashier. I know you can order TB through the app but I haven't tried it yet. Will update if I do! read more
