I am usually a fan of Taco Bell, but this location is the worst. They almost never get the order right. I even switched to mobile orders so they had it in print, and they still are never made correctly. The lines for the drive-thru are so long that they continue down route 112. Great way to cause accidents. The portions are ridiculous. Be prepared to get a tortilla shell with a tiny amount of your ingredients in the middle. There are better alternatives in the area. Most restaurants can seat customers faster than this place gets them through their drive-thru. Not worth it. read more

Update: I still love them but I ordered a Mexican Pizza No Beans and guess what I got? Only Beans. Gah! Its not that I don't like the beans but I am counting calories (why am I at Taco Bell??) so I always go without them. Now I am really scared to use the drive thru. It was not a pleasant eating experience but I refuse to drive to another town for my fix. It is just like any other Taco Bell I have been to in terms of quality and consistency. What I do like is the people who work there are always kind and respectful. The drive thru is hell though. No matter what time you go the line is into the street. But if you go inside there is rarely ever a line and it is quicker. But if it's 10 degrees out I will just wait in the warm car and put in an Audiobook. It's the only Taco Bell in Patchogue and the only other one nearby is in Farmingville. These parts need more Taco Bells (and an Arby's). read more

Worst taco bell ever. A few friends and I just went here and half our order was wrong. Apparently "no cheese" means only cheese to them. Nothing like trying to get some burritos without cheese and ending up with several rolled up tortillas with only a tiny amount of cheese in them. I wish Yelp would add zero stars. I do uber delivery some weekends to make a little extra cash. The time the inside is supposed to close is midnight. There were tons of people still inside but I wasn't allowed in because they were "closed". I called and got the manager she had an incredible rude attitude and started telling me that it was my fault for coming to late and then told me to go wait in the 2 mile car line. That isn't fair to my customer who now has to wait for their food when they ordered it. I tried to cancel the order with support and she told them I was lying and already received the order. The amount I was gonna make from this delivery is much more then a couple of tacos. She then yelled at support and hung the phone up. This manager needs to be fired. I can understand being swamped and stressed at work I have been many times but don't treat me like shit I don't deserve that. Treat people the way you wanna be treated. I don't know why I keep trying this dump. After 45 minutes of waiting and being told my order was being made I had to demand my money back. They couldn't find my order that was placed at their kiosk. After getting the unapologetic manager I finally got me refund. But wasted over an hour of my life that I'll never get back. 4 door dashers left while I was there and it wasn't even busy. It was 10 pm. And normal line. Place is a dumpster. Has to be 5x in a row of being disappointed driving 30 minutes to go to t hell. Awful place. Awful management. Awful every time. I have worked at 2 different Taco Bell's in the past and let me tell you, with the amount of employees they have they should NOT have a 20 min wait in the drive threw! Now this isn't the only problem I have with this Taco Bell, the food is almost always cold or lukewarm at BEST! I went here at 1:30 a.m. I went inside and the lady said they were closed as the other workers were eating in the back and laughing because of her unnecessary attitude. I walked to the car and checked what time they closed, it said 2 a.m so I sent my girlfriend to go back in and as she got out the car she locked the door and gave her a dirty look and laughed. I noticed people going through the drive through so I proceeded to follow. Everyone in front of me ordered then when it was my turn they said they were closed. I had to stay behind the other cars to exit and sat there as THE CAR BEHIND ME ORDERED. As I passed the window to exit the lady laughed again. They got their stuff together, this taco bell is old faithful. Other locations have almost always messed up my order which SUCKS because when you're a vegetarian and you ask for something with beans instead of beef, other locations will straight up just mix beef in with the beans and you'll take a bite thinking it's vegetarian and then boom, surprise beef, and it's really nasty & completely ruins my desire to ever eat there again, and some places straight up don't care that you could have gotten seriously sick from it (I've been vegetarian for 15 years now, any meat injested at this point will most likely send me to a hospital). But this place I've been going with my family since I was a kid, since Mohammed was manager (he was the best!), but the newer managers are always consistently good and really attentive, I've never had an issue here. Manager (Joe) does not understand ADA laws and refused service to us because of us having a service dog in the restaurant. He caused a large altercation and was extremely rude. He yelled and cursed at us telling us that we need to get out. Under ADA Laws, you can only ask "Is this a service animal" and "what services does it provide." He then told us that it must be an emotional support animal because he didn't "look like a seeing eye dog" (as if that is the only type of service dog). He refused to give us his name (was acquired by another employee) and when asked for the corporate number, gave us the store phone number. When we called, re realized it was the store line and the person answering the phone was just as rude. I would not have put up this review if it was handled differently. I'm putting this up for others who have service dogs and might not be able to defend themselves in this type of situation. Luckily I was able to defend myself. This is probably the highest I would ever rate a chain fast food place, and that's because this Taco Bell is almost always on point. Very rarely do I get a mistake from this location even though it is almost always busy here. Anytime after 4pm the drive thru line is insanity and pouring out into the street, but they handle it quickly and efficiently. First let's get one thing straight- Taco Bell is not mexican food. I am not sure what it is, but having grown up in Southern California the bar is set a little higher on this subject than in many places. This Taco Bell is pretty much the same as most others except for two complaints from our one visit there this last weekend while we stayed at a hotel down the street. We went in Saturday night around 630 and there was a bit of a line. No problem, totally understandable. My first complaint is that the person running the register during the dinner rush seemed to be "special". I get it, hire the differently abled. However, you never ever ever put Corky on the register- especially at dinner rush. I knew from the moment we stepped up there that the order would be wrong (and it was). Second complaint, only a minor one, only half of the soda machine in the lobby worked- just inconvenient. read more

I don't come to this location often, but when I do, it's been nothing but disappointing. Between the incredibly long drive-thru lines and negligence from the staff when walking inside, this place can't seem to do anything right. When ordering from their kiosks inside, the credit/debit readers declined my card and instantly sent me into a panic. However, I noticed another customer having this same issue, which led me to believe that these machines weren't working. What's the point of having these running if they won't accept a certain type of payment? At the very least, a sign specifying this would've helped. Regardless, the fact that I still waited over 30 minutes for a six dollar order through all this was and still is mind boggling. When I inquired about my order, the manager simply said, "It's coming," but yet i overheard him moments later saying to a staff member, "We gave someone else the wrong order." For that matter, the whole staff appeared pretty laid back and seemed as if the long lines didn't bother them one bit. I've worked plenty of different positions in fast food over the years, so I understand that some nights are "better" than others, but the experience I had here is something I can't possibly empathize with. read more

Went here on my birthday last year with Kyle and my mom. Was pretty bomb honestly. Thew new Quesarito was fuego. Asked for extra fritos and they gave it to me no problem. Pretty nice of them. Also asked for extra Fire Sauce and Brown Sauce and got both. Those were a little bit extra but I didn't really mind 'cause it was my birthday. Pretty pretty good experience. I'd defnitely recommened the all time classic Cheesy Gordita Crunch, it has a nice balance between cheese and crunch. Aways get it after Findlay's too. 10/10 for me. read more

The only reason I come to this location is out of desperation lol literally! When I get the TBell Craving...which I'm sure a lot of you also experience every now and then (even if you are too embarrassed to admit it) this is the only location even remotely close to my area. The only Taco Bell Location that truly impresses me where things are always fresh and theres never a huge line is the Port Jeff location. The Patchogue location is a TRAIN WRECK...no seriously an absolute train wreck chooo chooo! The person behind the counter is always a very sketchy looking young person. Once the guy tried to short change me by a few dollars. I guess knowing how to count $$ isn't a requirement when filling out job applications here. Also the soda machines are ALWAYS broken! Don't expect to come inside and get what you paid for. Machines are so disgusting, filthy, full of sugar, extremely sticky on the counter area, sometimes the machines will start spewing out a drink and won't turn off...what a waste, and majority of the time the workers don't refill the drinks so all you get is a lemonade that tastes like water or a pepsi that tastes like seltzer. The food is NEVER as fresh as the other chains. Food is sometimes cold, taco shells are soggy, chalupa shells taste stale, tomatoes/lettuce is borderline spoiled, Cinnabon delights are hard as a rock, the order is almost NEVER correct. Make sure you go in and order, if you order from the car there is a 99.999% chance your order will be messed up in some sort of way, also they are really cheap with the sauces they give at the drive thru. And if you go in and order...allot a minimum of 30 min for the incompetent workers in the back to put together your order. Honestly wishing the franchise owner of Patchogue Taco Bell had at least a small amount of pride with running their business. Honestly make the drive to the Port Jeff Location....much cleaner, much more fresh, service is much more up to par! read more

Usually we do the drive through at this location and have never had a problem. However this past Saturday we stopped in to try the new breakfast items and had a horrible experience. We were ignored for several minutes then someone finally comes to take our order and she tells us they are out of eggs and can't make anything with eggs from their breakfast menu. I have written to corporate many times about the customer service and food at this Taco Bell. I have never heard a response. It's because hey don't care about they're customers. It's convenient for me but the ordering is so slow and the food is always cold. I have gone to Taco Bell's where the food is what it should be. I know I'm at a fast food chain, I'm not expecting a song and dance, but meet and cheese in a shell they can't get right. They broke shells so they put the broken shell inside another shell, as if I'm getting a bonus. You know how dry that is, especially when you pay extra for supreme and don't get it anyway. I ordered extra cheese on the triple layer nachos because it's always a little drizzle. So they filled the container to the brim with cheese. Six nachos floating in cheese. They got soggy quick, and when they gave it to me the cheese was solidified. I just through it in the garbage. Mexican pizza was cold as a hockey puck. I have written many good reviews but training and customer service needs to happen at this Taco Bell. It's the worst.
