I have held off on reviewing Domino's Pizza because the food and service are usually good, but it has not been consistent. However, my recent order was so good that I have to give a shout out to them. I order through the app and they have a great deal where you can get 2 or more items for $6.99 each (before taxes). I usually order a 2 topping pizza along with a Philly cheesesteak or chicken Alfredo depending on what I have a taste for. This time I ordered a pizza with ham, half onions and half banana peppers, with the chicken Alfredo. The pizza was really good, but the chicken Alfredo stole the show. When I opened the box and saw the perfect amount of Alfredo sauce with the perfectly cooked pasta and chicken, I was drooling. The food tasted as good as it looked. I only wish it looked and tasted this good every time I order, but a HUGE thank you to whoever made my order on Sunday. Everything was delicious! Food was horrible, the store is chaotic, when ordering online you can't understand those Arab indians and when ordering inside the store you still can't understand them, you can smell them from across the counter smelling like bad B.O, smelly pits and greasy hair and poop. I will not be ordering from dominos again. If they don't wash their bodies and have religion against showering and wiping with toilet paper and keeping up on basic hygiene, the thought of them preparing and touching my food makes me sick. Plus the sauce taste like crap, just fowl and nasty all around. I wouldn't order from them. I found out the Arabs bought up all the dominos in Kalamazoo so I wouldn't order from any of them. "NASTY". I've recently moved to this area and decided to try out Dominos because they are so close. And so far, I have not been disappointed. The food is freshly made, when I did have a concern the staff went out of their way to fix it for me. It ended up being a nice experience. Just too understaffed. Wait times are 60 to 90 minutes with mixed results in product. I think we've had enough trying. Hope they can hire people as we always ordered from them. We'll try again in the spring. read more

Service was horrible. Cashier didn't talk above a whisper and the "kitchen" staff were loudly flirting and fighting with one another. The cashier forgot to give me the 2 liter of pop I ordered and I didn't discover it until I got home. I called and they said they would give me a free one next time. Well, we needed drinks this time so I drove back and walked back inside. I wasn't greeted, didn't get an apology. I said I'm here for the pop and the cashier just shoved one in my hands. I held the door for one of the delivery drivers on the way out and he didn't say anything like "Thanks" or "go f&$@ yourself". Common courtesy is gone and this Domino's was one of the first to depart. Also should be noted, I noticed 2 workers making pizzas with no gloves on and one worker wiped his nose and continued working. Unless you want food poisoning, don't go here: there are several other pizza joints that are reputable in the area. read more

Took 45 minutes to get my food none of them were wearing gloves or hairnets, while I was sitting there they dropped the blue dough containers on the floor and just picked them up and set them on top of another container and still used them. At the end of all this when I got my food it was burnt. I do not recommend this place read more

I thought I would give old Domino's (Milham Rd/Portage) a go for our order tonight, just like back in college, I was excited, haven't had Domino's in years. Well after setting up my order online, I go to checkout and a message comes up telling me this function is not available at this location. So I call in and start to convey the rather large order to the gentleman that picked up the phone and about half way through the order I hear a female voice in the background shout out to who I am talking to "Are you talking an order?". Response, "yes" . The female (I would assume a manager) comes back and says "get off the phone you are not supposed to be taking orders". So with no other warning, phone goes silent and there I sat on hold for several minutes until I came to the conclusion if this place is that messed up on the ordering side, what am I going to get for our dinner. Placed a $60 order around midnight on a Friday. (Closing time is 1am) Driver called and said it would a late delivery, 1/1:30. It is 3 am, no pizza, or answer back from the shop. And also no refund from maybe a possible cancelled order. I know businesses are overwhelmed, but I got ignored and have to try and get reimbursed. read more

After giving up on Papa John's, we needed to find another pizza place that was quick. Domino's happens to be fairly close to our place. Their new pizza is great, they run frequent specials, and their pizza is pretty inexpensive. The lava cakes are delicious. Our pizzas are always on time, correctly made, and yummy. This location's staff is always very friendly. We always get greeted by someone as soon as we walk in, asked how they can help us out, always make sure to ask if we need red pepper or parmesan, etc. read more
