We went through the drive through and I decided check the bag to see if everything was there when we stopped by the gas station to fill up before our long trek back to LA. They messed up our order by giving us coleslaw instead of the mac n cheese. We decided to go back after getting gas since it was close by. My boyfriend went inside to get the correct order and boy was the worker there rude. He wanted to charge us extra for the mac n cheese, but my boyfriend refused to pay for the mistake they made. Then he wanted to take the coleslaw back so he can restock it. Who friggen does that?! It's so unsanitary. Be careful guys, you might be getting second hand coleslaw! read more

Ok, this is not a taste review. Everyone knows what Taco Bell tastes like. Either you like it or you don't. I personally dont hate it but whatever, thats a whole other story. This taco bell rocked. They got our food to us quick and the cashier helped us decide what to get and all food was cooked great. Good size portions as well. Cashier was great! First review on Yelp just so I can share my disappointment with this place. It says they are open until 10:00. We follow the two cars ahead of us into the drive thru. They get service...we sit at the intercom waiting from 8:49 until 8:58 with no greeting, so we pull up to the window where a girl and older man are swearing and making gestures at us through the drive thru window! The man finally comes over at 8:59 and says they're closed. I don't expect stellar service, but we had two kids in the car, and the gestures and swearing are completely uncalled for. Visited this location before Christmas. Drive-thru employee broke my debit card and then proceeded to laugh about it. Had to drive back into Las Vegas to get cash at the bank because new debit card did not arrive until after New Years. Been trying to get an answer or resolution from location AND taco bell (800) customer service line unsuccessful. When you call the store, the person that answers identifies as the manager, but doesn't know or states they are unable to give out the telephone number for the franchise owner or corporate offices. Horrible customer service. On a side note, this location is way overpriced and the employees are both rude and stupid. read more

I'm pretty sure I will have food poisoning later. The floor was littered with food crumbs and trash. The drink area was saturated with soda, counters and floor. The tables were sticky with Spilled soda and food crumbs. I saw a cockroach crawl from the middle of the restaurant into the KITCHEN! One employee took the trash out touched the broom to move it out of his way but didn't sweep. Made time to check his cell phone and then go on break... Please save yourself and don't eat here. The employees may have been busy but it should also be a priority to have a clean eating area for your patrons. Probably would have taken under 10 minutes to make it look clean. I sat on a stool that teetered to the side when I sat on it because it wasn't screwed on properly and almost fell off so I moved to another filthy table and watched another costumer do the same thing and move. I've been to this Taco Bell/KFC twice, and on both occasions I had terrible experiences!! The first time was a year ago, so it's a little hard to recall exactly what happened. I just remember that the service was horrible! I went through the drive-thru and they forgot an item. I went inside with my receipt and they swore they put it in there and told me they couldn't do anything because I could be lying about never getting it!! Then last week I had another awful experience. There was only 1 car ahead of us and they were at the window when we pulled up to order, but from the time we finished ordering to the time we got our food it took 15 minutes!! In addition, I spent $30 at the drive through window and got 10 tacos (among other things). When I asked for a lot of sauce for my order, they did not even give me enough sauce to have 1 packet per item. When I asked for more, they gave me 2 more and said that was all they could give?! Then when handed the bags, I asked if everything was there. They said yes. I pulled out farther (so the never person could pull forward) and checked the bags. They forgot 6 tacos!! So, I pulled up to run inside to ask for my 6 tacos, but the door was locked and some guy was cleaning. He kept motioning that he couldn't open the door and they were closed, but I was clearly flashing my receipt! Finally the guy from the drive-thru window walked over, but he told us to pull back around through the drive-thru. Well, there was 4 cars in line in front of us and it took, another 30 minutes! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. First tried the drive through with 5 cars in front of me and it wasn't moving for 10 minutes so I decided to park the car and walk in to order. I only wanted one combo burrito. I placed my order of one burrito at 2:41pm and didn't get it till 3:05pm!!!! Really!!! I waited over 25 minutes for 1 simple burrito. In the meantime, there were about 8 other people ahead of me waiting for their food. The place was dirty but even looked worse behind the counter where the food is prepped. I counted a total of 7 employees and couldn't understand why it was taking so long to fill orders. The employees were even sending orders out that belonged to other people. OMG, don't eat here. Do. Not. Eat. Here! I did and was up until 5:30 a.m. with Montezuma's Revenge. Two crispy tacos and a Pepsi, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't the Pepsi that did this. I'm lucky we had some of the antibiotics used to treat this left over from my husband's tooth extraction or I'd probably be in the hospital right now. Writing this on here because I can't send a review over their website! This store was discussing! Trash cans full of trash, floors are sticky, and customer service was horrible. The store was very understaffed and most of them didn't understand English. We arrived at 7:27pm on the way home from my grandmas funeral. Upon arrival it was busy so I knew it would be some time. What I didn't like is that it literally took from 7:27pm to 7:45pm for myself, my gf, and another guest to finally speak up and ask where our food was. When we went to the desk, no one was even in the kitchen! A guy brings up an order and calls out 3 orders after us and that's when I spoke up and said something isn't right. The guy behind the desk didn't speak English very well and wasn't really understanding what I was saying and literally just stood there and did nothing. So I called for a manager and he still didn't understand. Manager comes up and does what a manager is suppose to do. Checks up on our orders. What I didn't like was that he went to the back and literally dropped 2 f bombs to his associates. To me, that's not okay as a manager to do or even as an associate. This guy doesn't know how to manage and he shouldn't have yield at them like he did. My gf and I decided we wanted our money back so we go see a girl at the counter and tell her we want our money back. At this time the manager comes back up and actually says that he was coming back to give us the food and our money back. We told him thank you for taking care of us and giving our money back. 2 separate checks between my gf and I. On the way out, the manager goes back to the back and dropped another fbomb in front of all these customers to his associates. Again, please take this seriously because to me, he shouldn't be a manager if he's going to act like that. Once we got into our car, we tasted our food and it was just nasty. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Cashier was rude, service was terrible. We waited literally 30 minutes for our food just for them to forget our quesadilla and the rest of the food was cold. You would have thought the food would've come out faster since it obviously was sitting for a while for it to be cold. After we told them we were missing the quesadilla, we literally watched 2 quesadillas go to other customers before getting to us. It took us almost 45 minutes to get our food. So much for "fast food". You would have thought they would have compensated us for the wait but no, they did not do a single thing. Worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. And to top it off there are poles from what it looks like old tables that were once in the ground and the poles were cut with an inch sticking out of the ground. KFC sends out coupons and includes some in The Review Journal newspaper. So I make that 30 mile one way trip for dinner and what do they do? Refuse the coupon. Not good for business. So I won't be going there again. If you want good chicken, go towards Las Vegas and find a Popeye's or a Chruch's. They have great food and have never refused a coupon. I absolutely do not even want to give this place a one star, but I wouldn't be able to write a review. Employees are rude and have disgusting attitudes. This only goes to show that they will hire anyone just because they need a position filled. From the start, the so called manager (didn't get his name, heavier set white male) was already rude and seemed pretty frustrated while taking an order. Story cut short, my sisters waited 30 minutes for their orders. 2 chalupas, bean burrito and nachos. They went for a refund after their order had been skipped 10 times. Manager Robert was more than rude, cussing and all. All the while the corporate manager was sitting in the lobby completely ignoring the commotion (Jaimie). Little did we know, the owner was sitting in the back not bothering to come out and see what the hell was going on. Robert, instead of giving my sister a refund, charged her again for a meal that she never received. She went back in for another refund and the owner completed that transaction, but only apologized for the wait. Not once did he apologize about his employee's action. If a complaint is made to the corporate office, i don't even have any faith that they'll do anything about it. Save your money and peace of mind. Do not ever grab a quick bite here, they are ruthless and will continue to do so as everyone higher up turns a blind eye! This place is a pice of shit and deserves to be shut down!!! read more
