This place is so bad! The service sucks I mean I know you work at Taco Bell but take a little bit of pride in what you do! I have had a somewhat embarrassing retail job also, but tried my best! Every time we get cinna twists they are either rock hard or have no cinna on them! Food is just eh, I know it's just Taco Bell but it isn't that good. WORST taco Bell location, ever! I've made so many calls, emails and left so many reviews but obviously they don't care because they're the only location within a 10-mile radius. But the problem isn't in the quality of the food, it's the service. In the past 3 visits, I've dealt with the same dumb girl on the intercom who chooses not to listen, gives you an attitude and never once has smiled in her life. She doesn't acknowledge your order so you have to tell into the speaker "are you still there?" She acts annoyed you even exist and makes you feel like you're bothering her. Everytime I encounter this sad human, I have to ask her to repeat my order, which she sighs heavily and I fear she'll spit in my food. Finally when it's time to pull around, when I'm finally graced with her presence, she doesn't even say hi or smile at me, just shoves her hand through my window demanding money. After 3 minutes of walking around back there, credit machine beeping that my card was approved, she finally comes back, grabs the card and shoves it in my face. She turns to leave again but I ask for fire sauce, which causes an eye roll and another famous sigh. Another 2.5 minutes goes by and she takes my bag and shoves it through the window saying nothing. No thank you no have a nice day, nothing. I tell her she forgot my drink and she says "you didn't have a drink." In what is the rudest time possible. I tell her I did and show her my receipt. So back she goes again for another 2.5 minutes. Unfortunately, the way this location is set up, after the window, the drive through ends to the street and you have to pull out and leave, there's no spots or room to pull over and check your order. And unfortunately, the past three times I've gone here, they've forgotten an item. Today it was my chicken chalupa, last time my grilled stuffed burrito and the time before? My nachos. These are not cheap items, I'm not a rich person. What I am, is upset, unsatisfied and have decided as of today, I am done going to this taco Bell and will of course, tell everyone I know to do the same. read more

UPDATE:i guess my yelping bout service helps a little! they have better workers. and they even have a number posted for you to call if you had a bad experience hanging by the drive thru. but since my last review about how bad this place was, i should say they improved a lot, they havent screwed up my orders and they give me all the hot sauce and ketchup i ask for! and as for the food theyre still good enough to satisfy your late night cravings but of course can be better but what do you expect for 99cents!? i still enjoy munching on cheesy nachos and as for tacos i learned that if you are more specific and witha side of bitchy you'll get what you like =P read more

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell combo that I've ever personally seen. I can't say much about the KFC side of things, as I'm already 100% anti, but I love Taco Bell. This place should have its signage removed by the Taco Bell corporate office. Its really that bad. One night, my friends and I decided to give into the late night fast food taco craving. I was volunteered to make the trek over and bring back some Taco Bell goodness for everybody. I ordered up a bunch of the spicy chicken burritos, and some soft tacos. When I brought it back, most of it went uneaten. They hadn't cooked the rice in the burritos!! Every bite threatened to break your teeth. I've since been back there every 6 months or so, hoping that maybe someone from corporate would show them how to properly make their food. They haven't. Worst Taco Bell food I have ever had, and I come from the land of Taco Bells, Texas. The tacos/gorditas/etc. are always cold and soggy. I think they pre-make them and keep them under a weak heating lamp because the letttuce is always withered and melted into the cold hard cheese goup that was once hot. There is hardly any meat in them too. I've been here about 5 times over a course of 4 years because this is the only place in the South Shore that tastes remotely like Tex Mex food. I always hope that they have gotten their act together when I go, but it's always a huge dissapointment. The Taco Bell in Walpole is awesome though! It's just a Taco Bell, not a hybrid Taco Bell/KFC, and it is an "old school" Taco Bell. I will drive 30 minutes away just to go there. read more

I had such high hopes for this combo when I moved into the Wollaston neighborhood, but I honestly think they need to focus their efforts on one brand only because they clearly can't handle two! I have tried both the KFC and Taco Bell side and the KFC side was far more fresh and appeared to be the more popular choice of other customers. However, the service at this place was atrocious, tonight I spent 25 minutes inside waiting for my order (which was missing items). When I brought it to their attention I was given attitude and other customers were forced to wait for my issue to be resolved. At the time, there was one employee out front and 6 in the back to serve the drive through I suppose (they were really just hanging out and chatting)... Regardless I will be avoiding this place so that my opinions of these restaurants are not marred forever! Avoid if at all possible, the Friendly's next door is much more worth your money. A final thought...the menu board is a cluster of confusion, don't go there with something in mind, because it probably isn't on the menu and the employees probably won't know if they have it either. read more

I went through the drive thru and while I was ordering I had to keep repeating myself and when the person repeated my order which I made sure it was correct and it was, she told me to drive up. when I got to the register to pay for my food they messed up all my order! whatever I wasn't going to make it a big deal but I brought it to their attention in the nicest way possible and I was willing to pay extra for what I wanted to add on. The guy had the audacity to tell me that They were missing some things from my order cause I didn't order it....?? Like does that make any sense?! I know what I said and I know for sure what I ordered AND she repeated the order back to me. Anyways, I asked if he can make it and I'll just pay extra and he says " you have to go back in line and order". I was so pissed like it wasn't like they were super busy but even if they were is that how you treat ur customers?!? I am a Taco Bell fan. As drive-thru fast food junk goes, they are my second fav (Wendy's is first). But this location is awful. They don't do breakfast. They don't carry diablo sauce (even when other locations start offering it again). On multiple occasions, I've been told that they don't have an item that's on the menu....not that they're out of it, but that they don't carry it. And the busier they are, the more dreadfully slow they are, and the more likely they are to make a mistake. I've worked in fast food, so I understand that it takes longer when its busy. But if you take forever to get someone's order, at least get it right. read more

I'm literally writing this as I sit in line at there drive through. I've been sitting here 25min after my order was placed and there is still 2 cars in front of me. The lady couldn't understand a word I said (in English) because I'm American. And completely botched my order. The lady behind me have up and left, if I wasn't wicked hungry I think my journey would have ended sooner. I come here a lot because Taco Bell is my jam. Service can be really, really slow when they're busy. They need a bigger building, or Taco Bell needs to open up more locations in the area. There's clearly a demand. If you go onto Google Maps and see where the Taco Bells are, this is the only Taco Bell for like hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people. All of Quincy, all of Milton, most of Dorchester, South Boston, Weymouth, etc. The inside is still small. If you come here after school is out or after work, this place can get real fucking busy. If you're coming here and it's busy, I HIGHLY recommend parking on the street or down a side street. Drive through and parking can be a complete clusterfuck because the drive through and parking both use one single lane. You can be stuck in that parking lot for literally a half an hour. They don't have any of the cool Taco Bell drinks. That's the problem when it's a KFC/Taco Bell combination place. However, they always get the new food on time now. It's great being able to hear about a new Taco Bell item and I can actually go here and get it instead of never or weeks later. They definitely revamped their staff. Now instead of unhappy, angry young kids. There are actual adults working here who know that people come here for cheap, fast, indulgences and don't have time for lazy, disinterested employees. No one wants to be in a fast food joint for longer than they have to, but we do it because that's where shitty capitalism takes us. Their staff has significantly improved from below 0 stars to a respectable if I must say above respectable level. They still fuck up orders once and a while, because that's part of the requirements you must agree to when you get a license to open a restaurant from the city, but they've gotten significantly better. I will admit, I love me some KFC. Taco Bell is also up there on my list of late-night fast food cravings, but the popcorn chicken combo usually wins out. I moved to Quincy in February and this establishment happens to be the closest fast food restaurant to my apartment. Since February, I have paid this drive thru a few visits and was shocked at how horrible the service was. Not only is this the worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to, this was the worst fast food restaurant I have ever purchased food from. The Drive-Thru: No matter what day of the week or time you go to this place, the service is unbelievably slow, incompetant and inconsistent. Last night, I enterred this drive thru at 9:45PM and did not pull away from the window until 10PM. I was offered no explanation as to why the line was delayed or an apology of any kind. Also, after I placed my order and pulled up to the pick-up window, I was told that there was no more Pepsi. When I asked the girl to calculate my order without the soda, my request was met with attitude. She also snapped that she didn't have any change in the register, so I had to dig through my wallet to find coins so that she could give me bills back. I know this is a single example of the poor service, but all of my visits have been equally as frustrating. No forks given when I ordered mac and cheese with a meal? No wedges available? Even worse, no CHICKEN available? More than once I have had to sit and stare through the glass window after giving them my money for over 5 minutes before getting anyone's attention - no explanation for delay offered- turns out that they were frying more chicken, while there is a line behind me, and didn't think to let me know so I could pull over and let the other orders through. The drive-thru is so slow, in fact, that on Friday and Saturday nights the line is so long that it ends up in the street, causing additional traffic at an already congested intersection. The store itself: disgusting. The floors are always sticky and there is constantly trash on the tables and floor because the employees do not clean up anything. The condiments and papergoods like soda covers, straws and napkins ALWAYS need to be refilled. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms. Bottom-line: Avoid this KFC/Taco Bell at all costs. 1 star because I like the food, but the poor service and unsanitary conditions seriously need to be addressed. This is one of the best Taco Bells I have been to. Their food is almost always made right. They cook the food long enough, and add enough ingredients. This is my favorite Taco Bell to go to. They are consistent. I love this place. The drive thru wait isn't that bad. This rating is purely based on service and my experiences at this establishment. Personally I love both KFC and Taco Bell, but the employees at this location are horrible. Slow service, will mix up your order 90% of the time, you'll catch an employee texting on their sidekick 3/4 times you're their. It can get really busy here, and one time one of the employees wouldn't return from their sidekicking break to help out the busy line. The floor is usually sticky because nobody mops up the spills. When I am galavanting in the Quincy region, and have a hankering for a waffle filled with sausage and egg, I slip quietly into Taco Bell of Quincy, Massachusetts. Typical of fast food establishments. Still, sometimes you have to satisfy your cravings. Will you get Grilled or Original Recipe? Tacos or Quesadillas? Coke or Iced T? This place is great source for messy, fulfilling, smile-inducing carbs. It also has the distinction of serving both KFC & Taco Bell. This place got my order wrong last time I went and then I tried it again today and it got my order wrong again. I asked for no lettuce on my meal, the guy repeated it back to me, and everything I ordered had lettuce on it. The tacos stuck to the wrappers I had to forcefully peel it off. I like the prices, sometimes though the customer service is horrible. Use to be bad food, but seems to have gotten better. Few workers there in drive thru can't speak or understand English well.
