Taco Bell is at it again with new menu items to keep you craving a run to the border...for Taco Bell! A busy night called for a stop for a quick dinner. I took the opportunity to try the new caliente chicken nacho fries and the toasted cheddar street chalupas. My youngest got her usual: nachos bell grande and a Doritos locos taco. My oldest decided to try the Discovery Luxe Box. My youngest was happy. My oldest didn't dig the toasted cheddar street chalupas. I, on the other hand LOVED them! I did order chicken and got steak instead, but it was delicious, so I ain't mad about it. The chile lime crema sauce is very limey, but it works so well with these! I saw on social media you can order extra sauce and onions/cilantro on the side, so I did that as well. The nacho fries were good, but definitely spicier than I'm used to from Taco Bell! I topped them off with the extra onions/cilantro I had ordered. Yum! Drive thru was busy, and therefore a little slow. Was contemplating placing a mobile order instead or going inside to the kiosks. Im going to keep this short. Went there about an hour ago. I ordered out. The chicken nuggets were as hard as Trumps friends driving by a playground. I asked for no tomatoes in the nachos. They made sure there were tomatoes all in the nooks and crannies not to mention the nachos have clearly been sitting there for hours waiting for its turn to give someone the booboos. All that being said this is probably the worst taco bell iv ever tasted!!! I cant wait to hit the bathroom later:/ read more

1.8? That's a bit harsh. I went here today as I saw an influencer try Taco Bell internationally and since I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while, I'd figure I'd give it a try. The service though was a bit slow. I waited over 15 mins for my food and I was the only car in the drive thru. The staff was very nice and polite though. Can't complain about that. Can't really talk much about the inside since I just went to their drive thru. But it wasn't so busy on the inside of the restaurant from what I could see. There were just a handful of patrons dinning in so I don't know why it was a bit on the slow side to get my food. As far as the food, it was not bad. Had the bean and cheese burrito with their hard shell taco and a mango iced tea. The bean and cheese was okay. It didn't have the rich and creamy texture of an authentic bean and cheese burrito. The hard shell taco tasted like something I could make at home. My expectations weren't high and I'll just say it didn't exceed or go below my expectations. The inside was a typical Taco Bell restaurant set up. From the chairs to the drink area. Nothing unique about it from what I could tell from the outside. But go to Taco Bell if you want a decent Mexican/American fix. But for authentic Mexican food, go on Yelp and find some hole in the wall near you :) read more

Management is horrible. Hostile work environment. They work teens past the lawful hours, and tell them if they miss work they'll get their hours taken, even if they request ahead of time, they'll purposely schedule you. So many laws being broken here and will be reporting them to the labor board and pursuing legal action. If you have teens that work here check on them, review their hours and check on their mental health. read more

Went to go buy my crew some taco bell for lunch(drive thru). i got 3 supreme lux boxes and 1 cheesy rice burrito. 1 pepsi, 1 moutain dew, & a tropical refresca. After i paid they gave me the drinks and boxes but forgot to give me the burrito. #35 for 2021 Having a late lunch Taco Bell is one of my goto places when I need a quickie to hold me over to dinner. Dine has recently opened up. I chose take out on this visit since the drive thru was busy. Walking in was nice to get out of the heat and not waste my gas. Used the kiosk to place our order. That was convenient. With only 3 people working there handling orders the line looked to be lagging. I paid for the order. We were now sitting and waiting. Not too long before our order was ready. Very pleased with that. The food has been some what lacking of late. Mostly the portions just aren't like they use too. The tacos look flat not plump. The toppings are not popping out of the top. Really different from the advertised pictures they use in the posters and ads showing a plump taco with topping sticking out the top. When we got home I plumped it up by adding tomatoes. The main issue I have is the employee attitude. They were out of the wild strawberry lemonade freeze. Fair enough, not a problem. I was offered the raspberry freeze or the mountain dew baja freeze. I did like the Raspberry freeze for $1. Just the right size for me to go with the 3 crunchy tacos I got. This interaction was just not in a friendly way. Maybe that's being harsh but that's how I felt. Granted these are young kids working the location. I went through the learning pains myself. After reading several reviews this issue seems to on going for some time. I hope management can play a more hands on role to correcting this issue. Looking at just the 7 Elite Reviews here at this time, the average rating comes to 2.25 starts. My review will raise it a tad. Taco Bell just turned 59. Opened up in Downey, CA on March 21, 1962. They have an interesting history worth looking into. Check out their website for current deals. It is constantly changing. We wanted to try the new flaming cool ranch tacos and decided to go to this Taco bell due to the wait at the other Taco Bell we went to. These staff are working hard because you can tell they are short staff. It can be frustrating at times (as I see other people getting angry) but they are there still working hard to make the food!! We enjoyed our taco and the one who helped us was name Melvin. He was a hard worker, so polite, and made sure we were good. First off, it took a couple of minutes to even be acknowledged at the counter. They should not assume every customer to enter is using a kiosk. There should still be some customer service given. When I'm finally acknowledged and the cashier takes my order, she says she can't take a $100 bill. There isn't any sign that says that in the establishment. As a business, how can you say no to money? Last week I came in, they couldn't take my card because their system was down and I didn't have cash.
