I came here after a day of work and some activities. I like the atmosphere as you can feel it's a family run restaurant. The menu is pretty similar to standard American Mexican cuisine. I ordered a few platters including the taco and the loaded nachos. The price is fairly generous, probably closer to what you might get at a takeout than a traditional sit down restaurant. There's actually a lot of seating available whether inside or outside. The staff was all pretty nice and welcoming as well. If I asked for anything like extra plates or utensils, they usually greeted me with a smile. As for the cuisine, it was okay. I think it is suited for a particular taste. Most of the meat we ordered was well done. Well done but not overly dry. More like a crunchy texture. That was true of the asada, carnita, and chicken. If you are used to your meat a little bit more rare or juicy, then this style may not be for you. I thought it was fine but it just depends on your taste buds. I really wanted to give the place 4-stars or even 5. The staff was good, food was fine, and prices all affordable but the place had one problem. Initially, I wanted to eat outside and enjoy some summer breeze with my family. However, there were too many flies attracted to our meal. I was not sure whether it was due to this restaurant or its neighbors. Unfortunately, the flies followed us inside during our meal as well. Food was good definitely authentic Mexican food. My wife ordered the chili Riano burrito which was delicious and I ordered the nachos. Could've had a little bit more cheese on the nachos they were good. The flavors were on point chips and salsa were good and the service was fast and friendly and we had our food quickly. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito figure simple no it was horrible the beans seemed from the bottle of the pot and burnt and dried out and the cheese not melted and wasn't even warm . Also had order the tacos and also very dissatisfied with them also Other guests there at our table ordered food and also expressed how dissatisfied they were. Clean and very small dining area. Party of 5 arrived at 5:45pm on a week night. Nobody dining in. TV so loud it was hard to have conversation. Young man who seated us was nice. Food arrived in stages over 20 minutes. My Taquitos were pretty tasteless and really overcooked & greasy and not hot. The presentation was messy & made it difficult to eat without making a mess. Also ordered was the Victoria special burrito, which was huge and pretty blah. The only positive comments came from the person who ordered shrimp fajitas. The chips for the table were greasy. Salsa was pretty good. Prices were high. Will not return. Much better Mexican food elsewhere at better pricing and not greasy. read more

My hubby & I had a great experience when we had lunch at this small Mexican restaurant. It is tucked away in the corner of the shopping center, between Anya's and a dental office. We each ordered watermelon (sandia) drinks. My hubby ordered the chicken torta and I had a fish taco. Drinks: We liked the sandia drinks because they weren't too sweet. Definitely recommend. Chicken Torta: Hubby said he'd order it again. It's a good size and was tasty. Fish Taco: I highly recommend the fish taco! For me, one taco was a filling meal. This has been my go to spot lately for some good Mexican food. I usually order off DoorDash that is how I found this spot actually. So, I have not physically been here just yet. But they always get my order correct and pay attention to the notes I add. I have tried a good amount of items. My favorites that I keep coming back for are their shrimp tacos, tortas, and asada fries. The shrimp tacos are packed with flavor! It has cabbage mango bell peppers this very flavorful orange sauce and melted cheese in between the two tortillas and they are not stingy with the shrimp. The tortas are top tier I get mine with carnitas, fire! The carnitas are always nice and tender, it comes with cheese, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, and Jalapeños. The asada is super tasty and they are not stingy with it or the other toppings on the fries! Overall I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed! read more

So let's start with the menudo...no no flavor whatsoever. So don't waste your money on it early in the morning. Then the tamale, we got the tamales plate. One of the tamales was good the other burnt and hard. We told the waiter and she just took the tamale and didn't replace it or anything. We bring our dogs to Barks and Bones for grooming, which is in the same shopping complex, and have had our eye on Victoria's for some time. I must say it is a hidden gem. We came next door to have pizza last week and saw this place and we said "we need to give it a try after someone suggested we visit". I suggest everyone should come and give it a try- this is a restaurant that everything is made from scratch not from a can even the tortillas are hand made. It was absolutely delicious. I had a chile relleno, my family had ribs and enchilada and everything was tasty and they are not stingy with the amount of food they serve. You really get your moneys worth ! I mentioned it to owner, Abel that I hate when the relleno is covered in batter and this was very thin and perfect so you can appreciate the flavor of the pepper with the sauce. Abel said they will make them thick or thin depending on your taste. One of the best rellenos around. I added a crunchy beef taco and it was great as well. Loved the black beans. Tried this spot for the first time today because it's close and had decent reviews. I got the Cocido, and honestly, it was terrible -- no flavor at all, and the corn wasn't even cooked. Super bland. I've had Cocido at tons of places and this was easily the worst. My husband got the chicken fajitas and wasn't impressed either. I really wanted to love this place... local, mom & pop and all of that. Ordered tacos. The taco shells were odd. They were not deep fried in the usual sense so perhaps they were premade shells? I did not enjoy the shells but the beef inside was good. The chicken burrito that my spouse had was disappointing- the chicken had no flavor. The beans were burned but the rice was good. Absolutely terrible! I live just down the street so I thought I'd give it a try. Big mistake! Rice was dry and I was served the burnt bottom from the pan. The tamales were dry and meat was tough. I called to let them know and they said they would replace the rice. I drive back and take my plate (uneaten but meat was pulled out to show how dry) and was told she will just replace the rice. Now I'm eating cold and dry tamales. NEVER AGAIN & You've been warned. Hopefully if you do eat here you have very low expectations. read more

The food here is so delicious! It's hard to find good Mexican food, but the quality here is definitely great. Feels like you're having a home cooked meal at someone's house. My favorite thing to eat here is their carne asada tacos, the torta, and the carne asada fries. Their asada is full of flavor and very delicious, not chewy like other places! Service is always great and they are very friendly and attentive here. I'm very picky with Mexican food, but Victoria's Grill never disappoints me. Not sure what's up with the negative reviews others have posted on here, but I've always had a wonderful experience here. Food is pretty common. Basically your standard Mexican food small restaurant. I personally like the Birria Ramen. Staff is always nice. We try to eat here every other week. However...DO NOT order the molcajete. Very disappointing. All the places around here that had an amazing one all got shut down from Covid. Since it had been a while I was craving one bad I went ahead and tried this for $40. BIG MISTAKE!!! Usually a $30 molcajete is good for 1.5-2 people. This was barely enough food for myself. Good thing I was able to top off with chips and salsa. Whoever is making these doesn't know what they are doing. They fully cooked everything to well done THEN put it in the molcajete. By the time I was half way through I was eating jerky. DRY jerky at that because this thing had almost no sauce in it. It was DRY. This thing is 25 bucks at best! So yeah, I'll never trust this place for anything "luxury" again. But all the usuals are good. Tacos, Tostadas, Ramen, Taquitos...I've been wanting to try their chilaquiles but now their "breakfast price" is a complete turn off. read more

We finally had an opportunity to try this new Mexican spot near home. We ordered an asada huarache, their quesabirria taco order and a torta de milanesa. All three were pretty good. We are definitely ordering their quesabirria tacos again. They were extremely tasty, consome was delicious and they were full of meat and cheese. We'll try the torta again since it was good overall but have had better tortas. The asada meat was delicious, but wont be ordering a huarache again. I'm happy we don't have to drive out to Fontana for good authentic Mexican but since its Rancho, expect it to be pricey. read more

Very pleasant customer service. I was in a pinch because I forgot my dogs collapsible water bowl, and we had to make a pit stop in the area. The Chevron next door was nickel and diming me for an empty cup, so I went here instead. They gave me one for free, no charge or anything. It was extremely kind of them. Next time in the area, I will def try them out food wise. This left a good first impression with me.
