For a reason that I haven't been to a habit in six months. The whole experience was horrible. First they were out of jalapeños. I asked do you have any type of peppers. She said they were all out. We have been coming here every now and then for several years. During our last visit we got a double charburger combo with fries (15.29) and a Bbq bacon charburger (9.49), Tempura green beans (4.79) and a medium drink (3.39). Flavor/taste was okay and I appreciate a different menu option like tempura green beans. However, I think a price of 35.51 (after tax) for what is essentially just two fast food burger combos is kinda expensive. This is my second time ordering food at this location. Upon approaching the door, the closed sign was showing. I double checked online and it says they opened at 10 AM so I tried opening the door a d it was in fact open. The cashier was new so she struggled a bit taking my order. I was not in a rush so I was ok with the added time. The food is always delicious so I would recommend it. I prefer ordering ahead so that there are no issues with what I want. Not sure what has happened to this location but the food has gone downhill. My fries looked like they came from the bottom of the bag. Just small cooked fragments with a few long ones. The charburger had a bad aftertaste. Did y'all change the oil you use or was the oil old? Also, where's the beef? No amount of lettuce can cover up the fact that there was a barely there patty. I'm very disappointed. There used to be a Chef there (tattoos on his arm) that demanded perfection from his crew. Now, there isn't even a crew there. Used to love the food there. Let me start that I,ve been reluctant to eat there because in that last few years, it happened that while I was in the restroom, an employee came in, used the restroom and went back to work without washing their hands. There are a couple items on their menu that I like, so I thought I'll go in. Sure enough, while I,m in the restroom brushing my teeth, this female employee with one unusual eye comes in, uses the stall, then goes back to the kitchen area. Same employee that served my Ahi Tuna sandwich on ciabatta roll. I literally felt disgusted for the rest of the day, and I believe I will never eat at that location again. This was the THIRD time over the last few years, so I,m guessing it,s an every day thing there. And there is a post above the sink that employees must wash their hands before leaving the restroom. Thoroughly disappointed in the service when we came this past Saturday. Not quality service and the staff behind the counter were not kind either. My grandparents were in town and treated our family to lunch only to receive half full trays of fries. A super annoying buzzing sound was also blaring throughout the entirety of the restaurant. I ordered my food to go and got a chicken club. Whenever I visit a habit location, it's my go to. This is nothing against the employees, they were fast and made pick up easy. It didn't seem busy so I enjoyed being in & out very fast. BUT, I would be willing to wait longer if they needed to cook a thicker piece of chicken. The chicken in my sandwich was so incredibly thin that I couldn't even taste it through the sourdough. The fried green beans were good as usual, but you can't go wrong with those. We got our orders in and our orders came out after about 10 minutes. The lady taking our order was very pleasant, and seem to have a good relationship with regular customers. I ordered the double charbroiled burger meal and it was quite good. The fries were super fresh and the burger was also. I enjoyed their strawberry limeade, and the fact they had a whole lot of pepper options to enjoy with your meal. Was a big plus. Two of my coworkers order the regular charbroil meal, and one ordered the portobello mushroom burger meal. I tried one of the onion rings and will say it had a nice a crunch. This place is consistently bad. Hands down the worst Habit I've been to. They are constantly forgetting things. Did you request no ketchup? There's gonna be ketchup in your burger. Did you pay for an extra watered-down ranch? They'll forget it. Did you need utensils to eat with? Yeah they forgot those too. There's also a quality issue with certain foods. I've literally never written a review for a fast food place before. You don't go in expecting stellar service or anything, just a quick meal. But when prices go up and you start having to spend more on your bad meal, it gets annoying.
