6/22/2024 2:35pm After having poor experiences with Taco Bell with DoorDash I decided to try the store again but this time I went in person. At the counter there are two self working touch screen displays that you order from. The ease of navigating them was simple and easy to follow. I ordered a Dragon Fruit Freeze as a drink item. A nice gentleman told me they were out of the syrup and gave me options to choose from. He was very pleasant. My order was pretty large but the cook got it together in a timely manner. I was sure to thank him and he was very pleasant and nice. The food was great! I would recommend going in store if you been having bad experiences with Taco Bell. It's a different experience in person than with Drive Thru or DoorDash. read more

Leaving a review because I always see it's reviewed poorly on the map and the reviews mention issues with the staff which doesn't make sense to me. The staff is always super nice from what I've seen and I've never had an issue with my order. read more

No complaints about this Taco Bell. Food and service have always been great in my experience. I'm mean, it ain't Chick-Fil-A, but it's what you'd hope to find in our beloved purveyor of the best average US rendition of anything south of the border. Sure, everything on the menu is just the same ingredients in a different order, but you do you Taco Bell. Sometimes I feel like a proper taco truck for something authentic but other days I just need a 5 layer burrito, a Mango Brisk and some cinnamon twists. Staff is lazy and can't read. Food is never warm, they don't wear hairnets, I've found multiple strands in my meal. They never tell you when a drink is out so you get a surprise coke when you ordered something else. Orders 50% of the time when you go are wrong. Steer clear of this Taco Bell, go to the one by QuikTrip and Walmart they do a much better job. read more

I hadn't been to Taco Bell in a while, but we had a gift card so stopped by today (9/21/22). 1) tried the new Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. Really good! No runs after eating it so that's a plus. 2) staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive! They gave us freebie coupons, and everyone had a good attitude. I felt like a valued customer lol. 3) place was clean. Hopefully this establishment can keep the great staff! Used to come here as a teen, it was the ultimate hangout place. :) read more

Went to Raymore Taco Bell. Ordered a new Cantana Chicken Bowl. Very good. Went thru drive-thru so can not comment on restaurant ambiance. The person working the window was very helpful and very nice. Suggest you try it. read more

This Taco Bell is terrible. I tried the new Dragon Fruit slush and it was alright nothing I would go back to get specifically get! The new Double Stack $5 box is just a humongous tortilla shell with meat, shredded cheese and nacho cheese. It came with two tacos and one was pretty much crushed. All in all I paid $5 for a lot of tortilla and 2 tacos. read more

Worst service and worst drive thru ..... sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. They are pathetic

The tacos barely had any meat, sauce, lettuce, and cheese; it was basically just the shell. the burritos just had the sauce with no rice nor meat. We had multiple missing items and you could tell that very little care was given to our food. We spent 35$ worth of food and barely got anything on any of it. read more

It took a couple of minutes for me to be recognized at the counter, as all attention seemed to be focused on the customers at the drive-thru lane, and they seemed to be under-staffed. Otherwise, my order was ready in a couple of minutes, the food was nice and hot with plenty of toppings, the service was somewhat friendly, the dining area was clean, and there was background music and wi-fi. After going through the drive through waiting 20 min with 2 cars ahead of me, and my order being messed up having to go back to get it fix. ordered from doordash. the driver spent an incredible amount of time in the drive thru. not the drivers fault. ordered a black bean Crunchwrap and the order we received had meat and black beans in it. as a vegetarian my girlfriend was unable to eat what we received. I've had many poor experiences at this location. they must strictly hire bottom tier employees. read more

I ordered a 5 Layer Burrito and a Crispy Potato Soft Taco. The girl at the window said there would be about a three minute wait on the potato taco, and asked if I minded pulling forward and they would bring it out to me. I was fine with that, I had just had a long day at work and was ready to eat and go home. (It was probably closer to five minutes, not a big deal) When I got home and opened my bag, they had given me TWO potato soft tacos and a bag of cinnamon twists. I'd give zero stars if I could. This Taco Bell refused service to first responders on April 17, 2019. I didn't witness personally but was told of this by my first responders friends who this happened too. They were denied service because they were picking up food in the ambulance. Seriously??!! They were told to use grub hub. Funny they were even paying for the food not taking hand outs. Rename this store. Nach-yo Bell. Boycott this Taco Bell!! read more

Where do I begin. The THIRD TIME IN A ROW my order wasn't taken down correctly in the drive-thru. Upon YELLING into the machine to have them fix it, my order came out the same as they had it when it was wrong. For the third time. In a row. They can't hear. They can't get orders right. I started going to this Taco Bell about 3 months ago because I moved into the area the food and customer service was excellent. Food started to slip. I'm guessing they are trying to pinch a penny. I ordered a Quesarito and Potato Griller add Beef and guess what there was more burrito shell then anything will not go back again. Not sure what's been going on at this location in the past couple months, but whoa. Two out of the last three times I have visited they have been out of ground beef. And the drive thru wait has been 30 minutes minimum. Pack an appetizer and make sure you have an alternative to ground beef in mind when you come here. Yikes. read more

One of the best Taco Bells I've been to. Clean and new restaurant with really friendly staff and they move much faster than most as far as service times. This location beats the alternative down the road any day! Definitely a good Taco Bell if that's what you're craving. read more

Taco Bell has got to get a better system for online orders. I ordered a 2 take home kits online with a pick up time of 4:45 which I was there exactly at that time. My email Said to come into the lobby. I called them because I didn't think that was right during the Covid Pandemic. They agreed their lobby is closed. I would have to go through the drive-thru. The drive-thru line was absolutely insane. I called back and asked if they could just set my order outside the door for me to pick it up since it was already paid for and had a scheduled pick up time of 4:45. They said they could not I would have to wait in the drive-thru. It is now 5:15 and I'm still waiting in the drive thru for my order. Every restaurant I have ordered online carry out through has a system of pulling up and someone bringing your order out or setting it on a table for you to pick up. I have eaten here twice & both times the beans were dried out. Also the burrito tortillas were not heated up. I wasn't impressed

Always get my order right and food is made well. Much better than Pleasent Hill location.

Horrible service 3 times in a row. I ask for no lettuce for my son and each time I get lettuce. This time my meal came with a drink that I had no clue it did so I am missing the drink it's on the receipt. I am finished with this location go to belton Taco Bell for now on NO MORE RAYMORE I will drive the extra 7 minutes for better service. read more
