    Not enough filler
    Michael L.

Forget about the unfriendly staffs part, this business is not operating with integrity. I just spent 20 dollar there for lunch, and guess what, they don't even give fair amount of the filler in the food. So it cost me 20 dollars to by lettuce cheese tomato tacos, lettuce, cheese tomato crunchy wrap. I also spend 7 dollars for the same veggie Chalupa. This is ridiculous. You guys is the disgrace of the brand, worst ever. If the franchisee continue to operate like this, you guys will be out of business soon

Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros, Baja Blast Strawberry Dream Freeze, & Steak Garlic Nacho Fries

I rarely eat fast food, but I wanted to try the Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros. That led me to ordering two other limited time items- Baja Blast Strawberry Dream Freeze and the Steak Garlic Nacho Fries. The churros had birthday cake frosting. They were pretty good, but I prefer cinnamon churros over these. The freeze was average. I'm glad it was only $1.5 during "Happier Hour." The fries had minimal garlic flavor and I didn't like the texture of the steak.

Steak Street Chalupa (almost no meat!)

This location consistently puts VERY little meat in their food. Franchisee DG Smith Enterprises, who operates many Taco Bell locations in the Sacramento area, has been ripping off customers for years with this tactic that likely goes against parent company Yum! Global's Code of Conduct on food quality. This was our last time supporting any TB in this area. Don't waste your hard earned money here! Instead try a local taqueria where you'll get better quality food loaded with protein for the same (or less) price.

Last night, I ordered two loaded beef nachos and there was no beef at all They should change the name to Loaded Bean Nachos, instead.

We ordered from Taco Bell and there was mildew on the lid as you see on the picture is there disgusting and never coming back here again

    Two spoon fulls of rice

5 dollars of rice and cabbage was less than 3 oz. Rice is cheap so not sure why they skimped on a sauce container and gave me 6 shreds of cabbage. That could have been what was scraped off of the cutting board charge free with the amount. Wild for them to cheap out on a product that costs them essentially nothing.

This is what they gave us for chicken tacos. So messed up. We ordered like 6 tacos and all of them had like 2 pieces of chicken in them. We got one that was just completely stuck to foil and burnt . For the price we paid this is so messed up .

Tacos were good but SEVERELY lacking in meat. I added tomatoes since i removed the cheese (I'm lactose intolerant) & I had to look close to see any meat. It was more veg than meat. Sad. Especially at the price. Pathetic since they're getting $20 an hour now.

Every time you order a taco in they drive thru it comes smashed and is always half full. Recently got a slushee and look how low it is, you would of thought someone already drank it. Y'all now charge $8 for two tacos an a burrito, your prices went up but your quality and customer service has tanked!

Somebody thinks it's funny to put this many in my bag. I asked for 5.

This location is close to home so I come here often. It has the worst service ever. I think this is franchise owned. So here are my experiences. I go inside because the drive thru was long and there was only one couple ahead of me. The girl at the counter was new and stumped on how to enter a modifed order . She kept asking for help and the 4 or 5 other people making food including a manager just ignored her. She says, "sorry, they did not train me." The wait times are longer than normal. Several times something was missing from my order but had a time that I only got 2 items out of 5 that I ordered. I had to go back after coming home only to wait forever before it was addressed. They gave me the wrong order and mine was sitting there getting cold. All I got was a sorry and a free order of cinnamon twists. Then the other night I felt the bag was kinda heavy. The guy at the drive thru thought it was funny to give me over 50 sauce packets. The picture i posted was after I used 10. I guess you get what you pay for, meaning employees. They don't give AF and neither does management but then again they are Taco Bell open 24 hrs. They will survive.

I got MTN DEW Baja Blast Freeze with Dole Lemonade Strawberry Squeeze and Starry.

I have to drive almost an hour to get here but I try to time it out right if I'm in the area as they open at 6pm though they were serving people earlier one time so maybe they're flexible. The seasoning on both the asada and the pork with pineapple is amazing. They have the pork on the spinning thing so it's super juicy. The asada has a flat grill char. It's just so tasty. They were bright orange, flat, and tasted like they had only the slightest splash of champagne. On top of that, our server took ages to refill them and only brought one small carafe at a time, which barely covered two or three glasses. Paying for "bottomless" felt pointless. I ordered a taco that was tasty but extremely small for nearly $5. Someone in our group ordered a burrito, took one bite, and didn't want to finish it. Most of the food around the table was just mediocre. Service wasn't great either -- our server wasn't very attentive, especially for a big group. The only real positive is the location in the heart of Midtown, which is convenient. But overall, I wouldn't recommend Mas Tacos for brunch, and definitely not for bottomless mimosas.
