easily the worst food establishment in st albans. I went there yesterday and when i walked in I noticed all the garbage left on the tables and even a spilled soda just sitting on a table and no one seemed to care. I went up to order and no one came to take my order for over 10 minutes but there were multiple workers behind the counter that saw me waiting and still didn't take my order.When someone finally came I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a water and it took 30 minutes when there wasnt even any other orders. The worst part is when I opened the sandwich I saw what seemed to be pubic hairs and the chicken was barely cooked. How do you get pubic hairs in a chicken sandwich? smh. no stars. I have never left a review before but couldn't let this pass. We went to the drive thru because the dining room is still closed. whoever was doing drive thru asked for my husband to repeat himself multiple times and told him to speak up so I told them the order in a louder voice. Got our food and pulled over to eat it. Did not get the correct food and we were missing items. Went into the store to have them fix it. The manager argued with me saying we had ordered the wrong thing, told me I was behaving badly when I was just trying to explain what we had received, threatened to call the cops on me (I had not been irrational, I had made the shrugging hand gesture) told me I couldn't swear at her (I hadn't) and told me I couldn't behave that way in "this building" I was like what did I do? you haven't let me say anything. don't know why she was having such a bad day but I just wanted to correct food. Been here several times. KFC quality is better than the Taco bell, the first time I remember coming here. I got taco bell, the quality of the chicken has so horrible, overcooked and barely edible. I had it returned and what i got back was just slightly better. The very last time I went, I got one thing from KFC and a Gordita crunch wrap. Both were good actually. What I had a problem with was how long it took. Literally, the other people in my group ordered separately, more food than me, got their food within like 3 minutes or less. I waited for my Gordita for maybe 10 minutes. By the time it was done, everyone in my group was ready to leave and I was so mad. There was a line and I'm not one to complain, but everyone there knew I was pissed. The boy at the counter was very apologetic and well mannered. This location doesn't even deserve a star. The lines at the drive thru are long due to Covid closing the inside. The customer service is atrocious, while giving my order they switched employees but they couldn't even take my order down correctly because they kept rushing me, they kept making mistakes and were very rude. While at the window I was missing a drink which prompted me to pull over and check my entire large order. I was missing 2 tacos and got a extra quesadilla instead. I went to this Taco Bell location on February 4th. It took me over 40 minutes to order my meal and receive it. 10 minutes waiting in line to order and then another 30 minutes to get my food! This is NOT fast food!!!! I was standing in a crowd with a bunch of other people waiting for their orders. Many people who ordered after me received their food without an issue. I noticed that the problem is with Taco Bell, not KFC. The KFC orders were out in about 10 minutes per order (which is still too long). It took Taco Bell orders between 15-30 minutes. After waiting 27 minutes to receive my meal, I wet to my car and saw that a burrito was missing! I couldn't believe it. The customer service here is TERRIBLE!!!! read more

Takes too long for any orders to be filled. I had to wait 45 minutes for chicken I was told would take 6 minutes. The past couple times I've gotten a veggie cantina burrito, it was cold. The first one was good, it had black beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tomato's. The second one had just cheese and lettuce with a little sour cream. If I could, the rating would be in the negatives. This Taco Bell establishment is absolutely the worst one I have been to. Instead of putting a sign up to notify people that their lobby was now closed and locking the door, I was met with an attitude when I walked in to go and place an order. I was told it was drive-through only, so I went and sat in drive-through for about 20 minutes before I could place my order. My partner used to work at a Taco Bell, and I am well aware of the stress that people are under when they are short staffed. The problem wasn't even just staffing, they had an attitude while they were taking our order, and when we got to the window and paid we were ushered to the first parking space on the drive-through side to wait, in which we waited for another 30 minutes to get food. As I previously stated my partner used to work at a Taco Bell, I know how long it takes for that food to be made and to be brought outside. It should've been a max of maybe 10 minutes. It's not like the order was that big either. I usually get the same thing everywhere I go, but this particular establishment refused to put the chicken on the item that I ordered and instead charged me $10 for sides of chicken to go with what was ordered. Don't waste your time or money at this place. It's disgusting and I will never be going back here. Especially to wait over and hour to get cold food. read more

This is, by far, the worst taco bell I have ever been too. Actually it's the only bad taco bell I've ever been too. Maybe it's EXTREMELY hit or miss and I just miss every time I try here? The dining area is usually clean, but a few times I've gone in and it was obvious the tables hadn't been wiped down in the past couple hours. It's a good mix-up at the front counter as well. You may get someone who's friendly and quick, or it may be someone who obviously would like you to stop interrupting their day. Terrible service. I ordered a couple of tacos and a crunch wrap and it took 20 minutes to receive my order, which is ridiculous for a "fast food" restaurant. Many of the previous customers were bringing back their orders during my long wait. When I finally got my order the soft tacos were so soggy they were sticking to the wrapper and the crunch wrap looked like it was sloppily put together and thrown in the bag. Not only that, but I opened the tacos and the lettuce was turning brown (old lettuce - gross). I used to go to the drive-thru here - one day it was closed so we went in. The place hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in YEARS. There is gunk in every corner. I should have ran away right then, but I foolishly ate what I ordered and no surprise woke up later that night with violent food poisoning. The WORST Taco Bell in the universe!!!!! The lady working was standing around chatting with a customer for about 4minutes as a lines built up & didn't even acknowledge anyone. She was rude when taking our order. After about 15 minutes waiting for our food we asked what was going on. They didn't even start on our order. Completely forgot or something! Worst TAco Bell I have ever been to. If you order more than one item don't expect your order to be correct. I have been to this one three times since moving to St. Albans, The beef has a weird taste to it each time I have gone. I understand an order will get messed up once in awhile, but three times now. This last time I went, I ordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a burrito with potatoes in it. All of the potatoes were hard crisply little things that were unedible. I also ordered a gordita crunch with no lettuce. There was no lettuce, which was good, but they never put the sauce on it. It was so dry I couldn't finish it. Terrible every time! Tonight we waited over 10 min for our drive-thru order until I went inside to get it. Half the food was wrong and cold and when I told the cashier she didn't look surprised or in any hurry to fix it. They remade them but when we got home the amount of meat and cheese was pitiful. The cashier complained the whole time about others working there not knowing what they were doing and how they had someone walk out so they were short staffed. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We were first in line with our order, and after five other people ordering their food and then getting their order, we were the only ones left in the store. Turns out our order had been deleted off of the screen and no one had been making it. We waited another ten minutes before we finally got our order, after dealing with a snappy cashier. I didn't think to check the order myself, since the cashier went down our receipt and made sure everything was in our bag (or so I thought). When we made it all the way back to Colchester, a 40 minute drive, we found out that THREE of our items were missing and one of them was the wrong item. My dad ordered KFC and was always able to substitute the cookie in his $5 fill up box for another biscuit and the manager told him he couldn't do that anymore that it was under NEW management and that HE was the new manager. I said: Well, YOU'RE THE MANAGER...you can do whatever you want! But he refused so I refused to buy anything there at all. Really ticked me off. My dad really shouldn't be eating that anyway seeing he is Type II diabetic. We won't go back no matter how hard the craving is for some KFC/ Taco Bell. Such a shame. Stand there 5 min? while they sort through other cust messed up orders, tell EE missing cup, cup given he walks away, tell EE order not processed they finalize it, 9:15 told out of drums, 5 min later told out of cookies, showed EE cookies that were very clearly on display and he literally threw it on our tray, he went to handle our food without gloves on and I asked him to put gloves on he threw a fit and told me to mind my own business and not tell him how to do his job, asked for manager, he continued to lie yell and argue, supervisor came out asked her to have him leave she said she didn't have the authority to that manager left for the night, asked for manager contact info was told she couldn't give it out, she tells us she called manager and didn't have to serve us after 9. Received order well more than 30 min after we got there, missing taco, received two kfc $5 box both wrong order when only ordered 1. Granted we arrived close to closing and they were still busy but service was horrendous all around, worst experience I have ever had! 16 year old employee Landon was only positive asset to tonight's experience, he was courteous and attentive.
