Keep in mind this is fast food - and it's not Mexican food, it's Americanized Mexican food - you either love it or you hate it - I've loved it for more than 45 years - back when there were only like 5 things on the menu, and they had pronunciations under the items (Tah-co, Bu-ree-to) - anyhow, I've ordered, among other things, the same thing since walking there in high school for lunch - bean burrito with green sauce with an extra tortilla - the comsistency is amazing - tastes the same, feels the same, smells the same - and I love it just the same. My boys prefer the soft tacos, but the older one is beginning to expand his boundaries. Went into the drive though with my 3 kids. Order the cheddar chalupa box. Tyler was serving. Cheerful Enough fellow. Normally, I don't eat fast food and I had not had Taco Bell In a long time but I saw an ad and my daughter agreed to go , so it was going to be a treat. I bit down. And I did not expect this. It was really really good. The sour cream and ground beef and veggies come together well. I love the texture. I know, it's not going to be healthy. But it's a must try. I suggest that you leave your credit cards at home and bring only $5. This way, you only order 1 chalupa and no soda. Otherwise , you may order a dozen. It's tough to just eat one. It's that good. Sept 2, 2019, my girlfriend and I enter this Taco Bell at 5:30pm and placed our order. We were 1 of 3 couples n the place and were able to walk in the door and order quickly. Finally after 25 minutes we received our order which was incorrect. My girlfriend had ordered the triple crunch wrap and instead received a regular crunch wrap. I've been to this Taco Bell twice in the last month and both times the staff has been overwhelmed with very few customers in the branch. Both times my order has been wrong. I understand that everyone has a bad day but I'm seeing a pattern at this place. If you have other options for dinner I would recommend you try those instead on this place. read more

Biggest issue in the past: Wait times in the drive through. Once you're in line, you cannot get out and you're stuck. Giving 2 stars because it's a hit or miss. With my experience, I'm not surprised with the complaints here. The wait is (or was) bad enough to warrant a 1 star rating, given how you're expecting a quick visit and get roped into waiting for 30 minutes. Yet, still I come from time to time because the food and prices are generally on par with what you'd expect from Taco Bell. The wait (very recently) has improved for me, but that might be a coincidence. I'm adding an extra star since the person I usually see taking my order at the drive through window is a very friendly and happy individual to interact with. This is despite the effort (and probably hours) required to do his job. He recognizes the wait, but management needs to do a better job addressing it. read more

Just wanted to let the team know they did a great job handling the big rush around 6pm today. There were a lot of impatient customers and they did thier best to accommodate the dine in people who probably waited the longest due to the enormous drive thru line. My friend and I appreciated the free drinks to tide us over while we waited the long 25min wait. The staff really hustled and the food came out perfect, the Mexican pizza was just as I remembered it. My boyfriend and I came through the drive thru at 12:30am. We waited for 10 minutes at the drive through for someone to take our order, but no one did. We drove around the store and saw the workers crouching down on the floor, literally HIDING from us so they wouldn't have to serve us. Worst customer service ever. So we we are from out of town here on a trip and a appointment. We stoped here to get something to eat after going to the Hiller Aviation museum. (just a little plug here but go to the Hiller aviation Museum it was amazing) Our son was hungry and so were we. Well that lasted all of 30 seconds before she asked if we were ready to give her order. I again said we were still deciding and I'll let her know when we were ready. Not 15 seconds later she came on and said are you ready to order yet? Now I'm thinking to myself I'm the only one in line in the drive-through there's three cars in the parking lot which at a minimum one of them has to be an employee. So what's the rush? So I start placing our order and i tell her we're really not ready yet but this will get us started. And we've only been sitting there maybe two minutes and still no one is behind us. So I give her The rest of my order she then proceeds to rattle off everything in my order as fast as humanly possible. Luckily the order was on the screen so I could read it. We pull up to the window to pay and as I'm handing her my card I noticed that there is no one inside besides the employees and her. So why were we rushed so much why was there no guest service or customer service it really seems that by ordering food at that restaurant we were interrupting her day. On top of that I know that there's a standard for how tacos and burritos and everything is supposed to be made well they didn't follow that standard at all. I've been here twice, the first time through a drive-thru, and second time eating in the restaurant. Both times I've been given expired pizza items, through the drive thru they had removed the time stamps, but there was no question why the decals were removed. I ordered 2 2packs of cinnabon delights and only got one. After noticing that one was missing i went back to the counter and let them know. This is when things started going down hill. The manager came and told me she couldn't find my order on the screen very rudely. I told her that i ordered on the walk in tablets they have and she looked again but still couldnt find my order. She then needed my receipt which i had already thrown away. I had to dig through the trash just to find it and show her. She showed no signs of being sorry or anything of the sort. She was rude to me the whole time. The past 3 visits to this taco bell have been terrible. The time before i had to sit in the drive through for over an hour just to order! While it is fast food, I just have this soft spot for tacos. Plus in the future, every restaurant is Taco Bell. So, basically, there is this gal there with a gold tooth and she goes above and beyond friendly. She usually works the lunch shift and is just sweet as pie, remembers regulars and speaks very good English, which in my mind is a plus. In addition, I dont think they have messed up my order once.
