This location has vastly improved in the last couple of months. Since I live about 10 minutes away from this Taco Bell I came here a lot, but I eventually had to stop coming here because they would ALWAYS get my order wrong. It was really a pain... Cut to two months ago. My bf was really craving for some Taco Bell and I really didn't want to drive all the way to the Foster City location, so begrudgingly, I came here. To my absolute shock, they actually got my order right! And not only that, but as they were handing me my food they recited my order back to me and told me which food was in which bag. I've gone back a couple of times since then, and they have always gotten my order right. I'm giving this place 4-stars for improving. read more

I tried their online ordering. Time was quoted as 3-5 mins. App said order was ready, but I waited at least 30 minutes and still no food. During that time, I kept asking 2 different servers, at least 4 times. At one point hey verified my order was in the system but still nothing. I got so frustrated, I left without any food. I told them I was doing so, but no one offered to help further. My favorite Taco Bell! Super friendly staff and they sometimes deliver your food to you at your table when you dine in. The inside of the restaurant is also always very well cleaned up. Drive thru open til 2am on the weekends which is super convenient and the latest of any Taco Bell around. read more
