The customer service didn't have to be this good. That was my thought while driving away at 11:16PM with my lap full of food. I don't go to Taco Bell for hospitality the same reason I don't go to my favorite Pho place for hospitality. Consistency and speed matter the most--especially in fast food. So to my surprise, I had probably the best experience with a disembodied voice that I've ever had in my fast food dining experience. Taco Bell has their whole menu on the TV screens as well as they have 6 kiosks where you would be able to order at! They do also have a separate cashier station in case you pay for money and not card! The service was great and fast with their customer service! The ambiance was nice and chill! Super glad that the AC was blasting on such a nice hot summer day! Food was nice and hot! I got their caramel apple empanada and a cool ranch Doritos tacos! There's 5 huge ordering screens at the register area. There's also lots of available seating. It's spacious, bright, and clean. So we got the $7 Supreme Luxe Box. Honestly, the value is really good for what you get. It comes 3 full items (Chicken Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5 Layer Burrito, and a Crunchy Taco), Chips w/ Nacho Cheese (comes warmed!), and a medium drink (we got the Baja Blast). Between 2 girls with smaller appetites, this was just the right amount of food! Very worth it! I like that the sauces, utensils, and napkins are readily available and fully stocked. It's been awhile since I've been to taco bell, but I had to come try their new cheesy chicken crispinada. I thought it was good, just a bit pricey for the size. It was crispy, cheesy and had a good amount of filling in general. The sauce that comes with it was what I believe spicy ranch. The sauce complimented the crispinada as it gave it a slight kick. I could see myself getting this is I came to taco bell again. In addition to that, I got a crunch wrap supreme. I thought theirs was really lacking. My friend and I were excited to try this location after their recent remodel. Holy hell, this place is just a polished turd. It is SO bizarre how far away the tables are from the benches, and you can't move either of them! What the hell? Huge gap. Maybe they're made for morbidly obese people? I dunno. Terrible setup. The floor was super disgusting. The place smelled kinda like poop honestly. It was freezing inside, like almost as cold as outside... when it was 57 outside! Really disappointed in this location. It gets worse and worse every time we come. We felt so rushed to order even though we weren't at the speaker. They kept asking if we were ready, and we physically could not order because the speaker was far from us. We ordered as shown in the receipt. We got the food quick, I'll give them that But everything was half assed and lacking. The chalupa was not heated, the tortilla was cold, the "beef" lacked its usual flavor. The Mexican pizza was missing the sour cream that I had to pay extra for. It wasn't worth going back for it but worth the review. I've been coming in this Taco Bell for many years. I usually drive by here on the way to work. I'm surprised I haven't written a review for this location before. Especially when school was in session and this place was always busy. Now with the Taco Bell app, I'll place an order on there and you are able to go in and pick up your food. There's a bunch of different options on how you can order here. They've made it quite convenient. There is a drive-through at this location which is very popular during covid. Through the app they do tell you the process and the progress of mine your food is ready. So once I was being made I went inside and picked up my food. I'm a big fan of their chalupas and their nachos. Pretty much everything is really good here and you can't go wrong. A lot of the things have similar components but with different variations. I know many times people are coming here and the line has been really crazy. There's a good amount of parking right outside service shouldn't be a problem when it's not a busy rush. read more

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food joints, so no complaints here. During COVID-19, they place a sticker on your to-go bag to ensure it's sealed too. We picked up a quick lunch on the way home from the drive-thru. I had my usual Crunchwrap Supreme ($3.69), which is seriously one of my favorite things ever. Also picked up a couple tacos and the Nacho Crunch Double Stacked Taco for $1. Pretty good value overall. This time I stopped by to buy the grande stacker combo for $5.49! It was advertised online for $5 but apparently I asked them about it and they told me it was $5.49. I bought 2 combos and in this combo there is: one drink, one grande stacker, and two classic beef tacos. Although the service was good and there was no other issues, the food could've been better and they could've stuck to the 5 dollar pricing as they advertised. Some people come here believing there is a 5 dollar deal when there really is not. The hard shell taco was not that crunchy and it was a bit soggy, and I was expecting some sauce in the grande stacker like they have it in their quesadillas. Man screw this Taco Bell. The 'manager' or foo in charge has an attitude problem and should quit because he obviously doesn't like being seen as a fast food worker. My burrito supreme was cold and had way too much sour cream. Was excited to try the new cantina menu items and was very disappointed. Quesadilla was greasy & cold with had hardly any chicken in it. That green sauce is not all the hype. Don't pay the .25 cents each for more packets. I very rarely eat here but once in a great while I get the craving for a classic burrito supreme. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION. It seems that the night shift (9p - close) crew is full of high schoolers who do not pay attention to anything and will let you know in their voice tone and facial expressions. Pulled into drive thru around 11p and there were 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me, with a midsize SUV directly in front. As soon as the SUV finished ordering it moved up appropriately. I moved up as well but stopped a full 3 feet away from the ordering screen, giving a respectful space from the SUV ahead of me by not being close on their bumper. THREE TIMES I hear the voice box say "Welcome to Taco Bell, what can we get for you?" I obviously wasn't right next to the ordering window so after the third time I yelled, "im not even at the screen yet". The response: "what can we get started for you?" My response: "I can barely see half the menu, can't you see how far I am?" Only then they apologized. Ordered three items: Mexican pizza with sour cream, toasted cheese chalupa and cheesy gordita crunch. The female at the window already looked like she wanted to clock out and her tone said it all. After I received the food, I first made sure there were three (3) items before driving off. There was (for once). As soon as I get home, I discovered the mex pizza had NO sour cream, though I was charged 0.50, and the other two items were very tasteless and lacking in flavor. Eat Taco Bell always reminds me of college. It was one of the only things I ate at Cal Poly. This location is one of the few Taco Bells around me after they closed the Valley location. There is only one entrance and exit off of San Gabriel. The turn into the drive thru is a little tight. When exiting the drive thru you enter a sketchy alley way. It must have been a long time since I've been to Taco Bell since they do not make the Verde sauce anymore. Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos - $1.69 - Exactly like the chip. The shell gets soggy after a few minutes. You only get that chip crunch within the first few minutes. The ingredients are just basic taco stuff, meat, lettuce, and cheese. Fury Doritos Locos Tacos - $1.69 - Same as above. Fury powder is not as good as Hot Cheetos though. Chicken Chalupa - $3.39 - One of my favorite things here. Fluffy but crispy taco shell. Chicken is better then the ground beef. It also has diced tomatoes which is not in their normal tacos. Steak Grilled Stuffed Burrito - $5.49 - Steak is cooked well. Comes with rice and guac also. Big and tasty but nothing compared to a real Mexican burrito. Fiesta Potatoes - $1.19 - Crispy potatoes with melted cheese and sour cream. Just as good as back in the day. read more
