I'm not one to give out bad reviews, but if you're trying to have a good day DONT go to this Taco Bell. The experience I had today was worse than attending my dads funeral when I was 11 years old. I had to eat my burrito sideways like a god damn maniac because half of it was tortilla with no filling. This Taco Bell doesn't deserve to exist. We should knock it down. The service at this location was horrible. The employees had an attitude the entire process, from ordering to picking up the food. Both times I have been here the soda has had no syrup in it, tasted like pure soda water which is disgusting. Ok, so I got in line at the drive through. The I realized, shoot, I banned this Taco Bell. Too late, I was stuck in the drive through, so I ordered anyway. Much to my surprise, the food was awesome! Drive thru line was really long so I decided to walk in. After standing in line for 5 or so minutes, I finally asked if we could get our orders taken. A lady at the counter said " we are short staffed, you have to use the kiosk". It would have been nice to know that before standing in line so long. My wife and I have been go to this location for a long time. Very frustrated that the Freeze machine is always broken. It's been broken over a week now. I go to this Taco Bell a lot and apart from the occasional poor quality food (guessing it depends on who is working at that time),it's usually pretty good. But tonight I got a taco and when I took a bite ,it tasted like I just licked an ashtray. Someone working had smoked and clearly didn't wash their hands or put on gloves. My roommate then smelt the taco and he said it smelled like an ashtray. Took awhile to get that taste out of my mouth. Pretty nasty,so I'm hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else. If you are a smoker and work in the food industry,it's fine,just have the decency to wash your hands and wear gloves. read more

Ordered a moderate amount of food at this location, just to find that the order was wrong. Went back through the drive through to let them know and the girl on the mic seemed so put out and like she hated her job. So, I get through the drive through and pull into the parking lot to check the food. Wrong again. I go back through again, and the same girl on the mic might as well said, "Whatever" while confirming the issue. I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon... unless I'm drunk. read more

First off, I haven't had a problem with this Taco Bell location for a long time. We had just gotten back from a 6 hour drive and wanted to get a quick dinner so we could relax the rest of the night. When I got there, I tried to order naked chicken chalupas, but Melissa was very nice and told me they didn't have them anymore. I understand that promotions come and go. Unfortunately, one of my kids ONLY likes the naked chicken chalupas. I had to call my husband and ask what he and my son wanted instead and I told her my order. Melissa even offered me free drinks, which was very nice. Once I got home I opened the bag and realized that they forgot to give me the two items my husband ordered instead of the naked ckn chalupas. So I scarfed my food down while it was warm and then headed back to Taco Bell. I went through the drive thru this time instead of going in because I had my dog with me. I waited 12 min in the drive thru and once I got to the window I didn't even get an apology. I know mistakes happen but I also work in retail and the first thing that needs to happen is to own your mistake. I didn't get an apology, a free cinnamon twist, a refund , a free taco coupon.. nothing. All I really wanted was an apology.. last thing I wanted was to be running around after driving all day. read more

I have been here many times and have to praise the employees, If something goes wrong this location will make it right. Well it's taco bell, not Macayo's. When in a rush for a quick lunch stop it will due. Have never experienced bad service at this location, in fact, I'd venture to say it's the same as any other Taco Bell I've visited. My food is always hot and fresh and the service is reasonably fast depending on how much you order. Friendly people work the drive thru -have never been inside this location but it appears to be typical Taco Bell flair and is reasonably located for this area. read more

Service is always amazing when I go here! The people that work at this restaurant are the reason me and my wife go here! Food is always made just like the picture so you get what you are actually wanting and nothing short of it!
