Taco Bell -- pregnancy (and not) guilty pleasure. this one is nearest to us & honestly is a bit hit or miss. oftentimes the drive through wait is close to 30min & they are out of ingredients (chicken?), but when they have it, man is a chicken quesadilla good. recommend making sure the order is complete & accurate before you leave though...I've had them forget to add protein to an item before. all that to say, it is what it is for Taco Bell. staff is always pleasant when we go though! read more

By far the worst Taco Bell in the state of Wisconsin. This place used to be the best back in the day. Wait time for a taco is anywhere from 10min-30min, and they can still get it wrong. This Saukville Taco Bell is one of the best Taco Bells I have ever been too (#1 being the TB on the Las Vegas Strip; this is #2). One may ask, why? Why would I drive from Shorewood to Saukville for Taco Bell??? 1. The food is SO MUCH fresher than any other fast food chain restaurant I have been to in the greater Milwaukee area. 2. Customer service is A+. 3a. They know how to make all the menu items. Even the ones not listed on the menu. 3b. They really load up what you order with the ingredients. 3c. All menu items and ingredients are in stock when I visit. 4. Even if there is a line in the drive-thru, it goes quickly. I can't believe anyone would give this location less than 5 stars. Okay, maybe 4 as it IS a chain. Seriously though, I hope the management staff reads this review and gives their employees a raise. They are doing a great job amidst the calamity that is 2020. If the owner or manager of the Saukville Taco Bell is reading this, please pat your staff on the back. I have become a very regular customer since realizing how vegetarian friendly the menu has become. All of my orders have many substitutions that omit meat and add beans. In dozens of orders--many of them large as I freeze/use over time--I have only received freshly prepared vegetarian items--never meat!!! I think that is pretty miraculous. In the past month I have had many issues. About 3 months ago they got my entire order wrong. I them went there today and they got at least half of my order wrong. I would give a better rating if they actually answered their calls. I've called multiple times the last 2 times I ordered and had issues and both times. Don't bother! Poorly run, rude staff, poor service. States that they only take mobile, door dash, or online orders only- however the Audi in front of me clearly ordered over 50.00 of food taking 10 minutes to order (clearly not using a mobile app or online order)- but I was told I couldn't add or order anything extra to my order as "they only take mobile or online orders". Terrible time here!! It's always like this but it has never been this bad. We waited in line for 30 mins. I ordered 2 bean burritos with no onions. after waiting already 30 mins i get my food and there is onions in them! How hard is it to take onions out? So after i received my food, i went into the building and sat there and waited and they all looked at me and did not approach me. I waited 10 minutes inside the building before leaving and going back into the drive through line to let them know so they cannot ignore me. They said sorry and they would give me 2 more. I apologize to the manager I spoke with you were right I was just being negative as I was not about to drive back 20 minutes one way to pick up the food I had already paid for. This would have been a simple it happens but it happened the last one I was there. Coincidentally this is the exact reason I stoped eating at Taco Bell altogether as that the order is wrong more often then right at your drive through. But let's be positive, so if you are desperate enough to order food for multiple people I suggest ordering extra as that it seems to be a challenge to both look at the picture while making the food to ensure that the food is accurately made and to include all the items purchased actually make it into the bag. Rest assured not everything in this process is done incorrectly, they have made sure they took my money correctly every single time, so they got that part right. read more

Customer service through drive-through is always an issue. There's always some sort of issue. It makes no sense that you can't order a Quesarito through the drive-through window but you can go on your app and order it through your phone and then get it at the same store. I never try to do fast food chains unless it's either really impressive or very bad. I have stopped here multiple times on my way to Green Bay and EVERY time they have just exceptional service. The staff whether you go inside or through the drive through is really nice. They ask about your day, are enthusiastic and just make you feel good! It is always so nice inside, very clean, and well stocked. I have had terrible experiences at fast food restaurants...which I am sure we all have...but this is a very awesome place. Ever eat puke? I was driving back from Northeast Wisconsin and was sooo freakin' hungry and my stomach was yelling at me in some strange language that I stooped to stop at this Taco Bell to get a couple of tacos to get by until I got to Milwaukee for a real dinner. Yep, my stomach was saying things like "ja4;gfk;jgjarfggf" and "wrta3ij9-jjkj9". I couldn't understand a word my tummy was saying! So, I got scared and decided to try to placate it since its incomprehensible ramblings sounded desparate. So I got two ground beef soft tacos, or better termed "puke in a blanket." I did not vomit, despite eating puke. I did not die and made it successfully to Milwaukee for a nice Prime Rib dinner that night. Phew!!!! Great success!!! read more

I more than often visit this Taco Bell close to or after midnight. The people who work this shift are always really nice and fun. One time me and a few friends were coming home from summerfest and it was packed! At least 10 cars ahead of us in the drive thru. People were getting angry with it but you have to remember there are only 2 or 3 guys there at that time of night! When I got to the window I was expecting a they guy to have lost his cool with such a odd rush but he was just as happy and nice as always. I've only had them mess up my order 2 times in my whole experience and they were more than happy to fix their mistakes, which is more than I can say for other taco bells that I have been to. Soooo, I know, its T Bell right? Not sure what these people expect... You're getting "food" from some kids from an orange building with bright green and blue drinks. Yeah, the nacho fries are literally the worst condition a fry can come to you in. Cold, limp, soggy. I've come to expect that. But everything else is pretty on point. I probably go once every 6-8 weeks since they've opened years ago. Sometimes after a couple cocktails, late at night, early evening, lunch... always always always a pleasant drive through experience. I can always hear them fine. They're personable and patient. Not once have I had an order screwup. I don't go there expecting super clean, super fresh, table (car) side guacamole... if you do, well, that's your first problem. But go there expecting what you should, fast, cheap, pretty ok tacos. And a super bright blue drink that will probably do worse things to you than most street drugs - if that's your jam. Spend the extra buck and get the chicken instead of ish beef. Get a caramel apple pie thing. And for what, 7$? Pfft. Interact with a youth that's doing something for themselves and not looking for a handout. This taco smells aight. I Don't go to TBell much anymore cuz they don't sell bean burritos like before. Now everything has damn rice in it or corn chips as cheap fillers and nacho cheese. At least they still have the sauce packets out for you to grab more than is necessary to make your taco as wet and juicy as you like it. In the hood you don't get that privilege. I love this store. the employees are nice. they help you and are always saying thank you. the kids that work there politely ask if you want a drink to go with your food. or if you want the meal. the younger kids are definitely the future of thst store. read more
