I placed a mobile order for 2 large Baha blast bc I had placed an earlier order to be delivered to my job and it wasn't in my order. (Tip /delivery almost$10) I REALLY wanted a Baha Blast so when I was able to go on a 15 min break I ordered on line and ran over to pick it up. As I pulled up to the window (after waiting 15 min on 4 cars)the night manager informed me the Baha machine was broken and he could give me a wild cherry instead. I reluctantly agreed since I couldn't get my money back and thought I would get 2 large replacement drinks for the $8 it cost me, but I got a small (or possibly med) and it was halffull. It's Taco Bell, so expectations are typically pretty shallow. I used to say "You get what you pay for", but these days I'm not so sure about the validity of that anymore. Taco Bell prices have gone up, while the "quality" has stayed the same. What used to be a quick fix cost efficient meal is now a quick fix, expensive diarrhea inducing dumpster fire. Onto this particular location. Not a very popular destination, as I rarely see a line. Not the same story up in Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island. Staff is wishy washy. Some days, you get helpful, attentive staff. Other days? Greasy meth addicts. We rarely get food at this Taco Bell for a plethora of reasons, but our last experience (prior to today) was a dud. My wife was out and ordered for me. I got some sort of burrito meal that came with a hard shell taco. She got home, got no hard shell. Well, today was a repeat offense. On the receipt plain as day there's a hard shell taco that was not present in the bag. We paid for it. Typically it's not a big deal but I was hungry today and this was the second time. I came in tonight to order something and this young girl clocking out kept on complaining and whining with expletives about her boss, work and just life in general. No offense to the girl in orange/red/pink jacket but no one gives a hoot about your moans and groans. It's unprofessional and distasteful. First and foremost, get some class. While you are upset, understand that there are customers who could care less about your personal details, especially when they are eating. I opened my burrito and there is more food in street tacos than their burritos. Quit trying to upgrade people on extra toppings just to sell more. The food is as good as you expect and the staff is friendly enough, but I've had times where I would get food for three and come home to missing items or items we didn't order. Was in for a classic double steak burrito they had asked me if I would like extra sour cream and even charged me the extra fee now I am not sure if there was a shortage of sour cream today or what it was but it seems like they were holding back on it and I feel as if I didn't even get the normal amount of sour cream. In the morning, she was weak, running a fever, and had pain around her kidney. So, I took her to the ER, where she had a pulse of 140, and a fever of 99.7. She went through several IV bags to rehydrate, and was given anti-nausea pills. I called the restaurant, and talked to the manager, who said she would tell the owner of the situation, and have them call me. She sounded a bit sleepy/dreamy, so I am not really expecting a call.
